There is hardly no service at all since AeroCare took over. They have no iota about running a very busy business. I was renting a Oxygen Concentrator for probably 2 years or more. I always knew my OC wasn't working right. I had someone out 2 times to check it. Both times it was worked on. Still I knew it was still not working right! I was not getting the Oxygen needed. I have COPD & Asthma among other serious things. When my blood Oxygen dropped, the concentrator had problems getting my levels up. I know both me and my husband checked my levels. I will say my portable was able to bring my blood oxygen up when my big one could not. My insurance is paying their part on the rental every month ($81.96), plus I'm paying $20.50 out of my pocket each month myself. Add it all up! I wish I knew my exact start date, I know it's been years with this same concentrator. I'm telling you this machine was a medium Blue. Really looked to be 20 years old or older! My husband finally carried the concentrator back to the Columbia Tennessee Office to exchange it for another one that hopefully would work properly. Low and behold after all of this time I now have a newer if not new concentrator that now works. This one actually uses the distilled water you put in the cup to moisten the air that I breath. My old one bubbled, but never used and distilled water! I really do feel sorry for the person who got my returned machine because I was breathing nearly nothing at all. I just hoped that the next patient was not on hospice. If so they smothered to death because they got very little oxygen! This is really sad. I'm on 3 liters right now, and probably need to go up more because after a breathing study, I'm getting a little over 50% of the lung function that I need without being on oxygen and as far as my blood Oxygen that flows through my body, I'm only producing 25% of the oxygen needed in my body without a concentrator. I know all that time with the old Concentrator not putting out what it should, I'm sure it also affected my Diastolic Congestive Heart failure in a negative way as well. I'm still with now AeroCare but only because I have to be. Take your chances, stay on top of any situation that you know is not working. If you don't, it could be a matter of Life or Death! I do believe I'm going to call my insurance company to complain about the OC and all the money both the insurance company & I put into to a piece of trash all of that time that I had it.

Liquidation.com company has no idea how to run a business. They take and expect you to pay right away for your auctions won, which is not a problem for me. The problem is getting all of the pallets to the auction that you won. At first, we received all of our auctions. I started out buying Amazon auctions, but honey their stuff was filthy. You have to spend hours just cleaning their stuff up. Really nasty. After we got tired of cleaning everything that almost that came in, and BTW they are now called Titan on Liquidation. I have no idea why the name changes on their auctions? I'm assuming that they had a bad name for the reason I just wrote. Now here comes the second problem. I changed up and started bidding on everyone else's auctions and here is the next problem. Just about every auction won (not all) when delivered was missing pallets and what I did receive a lot was broken to pieces! It was all big money pallets for some reason that was NOT delivered. We got the lower dollar pallets, but the here comes the disputes! We have to go over our manifests' and inventory every pallet that we got, and all has to be done in 72 hours. This includes filing the disputes. We have even had disputes denied, can you believe that. Money totally lost! On the lost pallets we get a very small portion of our money back after having to comply with their every demand if they need more information. You only have 24 hours to reply. Not everyone checks their email that often. If you don't reply in 24 hours of them sending for additional information, your claim will be denied on the spot. Another way for them to keep your money. Now as far as damage. They expect you to keep all the damaged products as if we have the space. This is so they can check the damage if needed. Never have they checked! I have a unsightly pile of broken and smashed products sitting outside of our gate. Remember Sandford & Son show? Well, our house outside is beginning to be well on its way to being a junk yard. I don't understand why they don't just come and get the junk and keep it as evidence since they do not want us to take it to the dump. Speaking of dump, have you guys noticed when you do get your pallets that on top of those pallets is junk that is broken, and they know it. After doing everyone this way they never have to go to the dump because it is dumped on us to get rid of. Now remember, we are paying freight by the pound. Well all of the broken crap that they know is broken, we are paying shipping on as well. It's not a free ride for the junk to be thrown on us. They must charge Liquidation to take stuff to the dump from their warehouses so it's being pawned off on us. At this point, I have no idea how many pallets that has been lost so far and as you will see I have bid on and won several auctions in just a short while. I would like to ask everyone that has missing pallets to refuse shipment if it's not complete! If we all do this, they will fix whatever problem that they have. Freight truck comes, have your paperwork in hand and count pallets. If it's missing even one (which I have never been that lucky) REFUSE IT! DON"T TAKE IT! RETURN IT BACK TO THEM! That is exactly what I will do on the next two auctions, that are sitting and ready for delivery! After I receive them, I will never bid on another auction again. They do not deserve my or your business any longer if they are going to rip us off like they have been. Now I will give credit on the last auction delivered! I received all of my pallets, if anything there is minable damage. I did receive some great pallets for once! Below is a list of auctions that I have won. If you decide to bid here, remember to refuse the lots that are missing pallets! Get your money back instead! Now off to the BBB to file another complaint. Be safe and take care!

Tip for consumers:
Watch out, check the number of pallets brought to you and if any are missing refuse the lot. They will eventually get tired of the rejects! You need to get what you paid for.

I was missing 4 orders and Jessica stayed on top of it until my boxes made it home. As I told her it must have went across country to get here. LOL! I got top notch customer service. Could not ask for anything better.

I know a lot of you love them, but that is not me experience with them. I'll just post the email I just sent them. Customer service was very rude to me. Here is my letter to them.
Charged Twice On My Bank Card (Supervisor Please)
Yes, I just wanted to bring it to your attention that you charged me twice on my bank card when there was only one order. Please check your records and correct this problem.
Im still stewing about my shortage on my order before last. Who ever answered my email did not give a flip I was shorted a part of my order. Never even offered me a refund either. I have a good mind to file a complaint with Paypal because I did not get my full order. I have already filed a complaint about the double charge. You need to get your stuff together or you will loose a lot of customers. And like the lady that replied to me about the order I was shorted and did not even offer a resolution to it as to give me a refund is crazy. She should be fired because she dont know how to react to someones complaint. All she said is we are out of the product. I hope you get all your order in your next box. Well I did but paid dearly for it by charging me twice. You have lost a good customer here. I will not be buying nothing else from you. I have never seen the likes of rudeness. And I will be telling others about this too, plus posting this on sitejabber. This is my next thing to do on my list.

I don't know where to start. I have been battling this company for over 2 months now. Sense then they have changed their refund rules ans selling off their imitation name brand stuff. I even had the sellers tell me for a fact that they sell "high quality Name Brand Imitation Stuff". She said you should know, it's marked in red. Before I discovered it was imitation I had already spent $2700. 00+ with them! Call you US ATTORNEY GENERALS office to file a complaint + US CUSTOMS to let them know what they are shipping to the United States. I think I'm going to get a lawyer to recover all my hardships that they put me through. Keep files. Don't delete nothing from DHGATE. Go back and print out all the information, letters to you and everything to start building your file. Print out your order because things have a way of disapearing on your order page, Don't forget to print your dispute page. And lastly, call your bank. Write Kylie and others that you got so called cosmetics from. You will need a letter from the companies for the bank. My bank told me that I was not responsible for false imitation products. I have gotten all the refunds I can get from them so now I have sent my file to the bank for further investigation. Get the sellers to start talking about their imitation cosmetics. They will talk. Print it out! Piss them off, they hate bad reviews! They will beg you to change it. As you can see I have done my homework over the last 2 months. Been through he++ & back but I'm getting somewhere. First thing you do is contact customer service on the imitation products you got. You will need these letters for your bank, US CUSTOMS & US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! NOW GET TO WORK!
