OMG. What an awful experience. I can't believe these guys are in business. Never got my items, never heard from the seller. DHGate was slow to escalate my case to refund my money. I don't think they have the western world sensibility like eBay and Amazon do, which we all have come to expect as far as reliability and customer service. What a lousy experience. Won't do this twice.
I ordered two LED mini moving head wash lights for DHgate and I quickly regretted it. The lights freak out all the time and hardly work. The colors of the two lights don't even come close to matching. The boxes they came in were disgusting. I chose the free shipping option and in checkout it said free shipping, when I got the bill in the mail they charged me an extra $30 for each light behind my back! I had no idea they did that until I received my light! And of course they only give you a very short time to return your items which made things difficult. They are a joke, I highly recommend not giving them any business at all.
Please don't order from these people. I order my package over 3 weeks ago and still haven't got an update on my package. It says it's still awaiting shipping from usps. Fake tracking number and all. I deleted the app out my phone. Worse people ever! I wish I could star them a zero!
Avoid dealing with DHgate scammer group that collect a huge numbers of scammer.

I have placed over 5 orders with various retailers from DHGate. All have been fast delivery, excellent communication, and as stated in description product. Will certainly shop online with them in the future.
If you want to save a few bucks and are willing to wait forever for delivery (in my case 100 days), then get a defective or inadequate product and be told by their resolution center that they rule against you, then DHgate is the perfect place for you to patronize. I only got ripped off for $13 but you may want to go bigger. Good Luck

Dont deal. Con artists. Poor English. No refunds. Snide merchandise. Counterfeit $hit. Looks decent on their site. In reality goods poor in colour and quality. Not worth the seemingly cheaper prices.
Update: I've challenged the payment with my credit card provider on the basis the goods are counterfeit. See if that gets me anywhere...

I was extremely dissatisfied with the item after receiving it. DHgate makes it impossible to request a return/ refund. Not to mention the maze that you have to go through to reach customer service, even by email. I so regret ever going this route and have thus warned my friends/ family to "Stay Away".

Ordered goods, seller marked order as shipped and even provided tracking number, I could track, but when after 4 weeks goods did not arrive, seller told me that they didn't even ship because they don't have those goods available. DHGate resolution centre agreed to refund and said that they refunded, but after several weeks of wait I'm still waiting for it, probably will never get it

They sell fake products while claim the products are authentic! I ordered a pair of Air jordan 5 wings shoes, the pair has strong smell, it must use some kind of fake industrial glue. I didn't notice DHgate is a China wholesale marketplace, thought it's a US website. Don't buy anything so call "authentic" from this website!

DH gate allowed a seller to steal over $300 from my 13 year old. Terrible customer protection! The seller sent us the wrong type of electric scooter and it was defective. He acted like he was resolving the matter and gave us info to return product. He then stopped communicating. DH gate acted like they were assisting but ultimately blamed me for the process I followed. I was given a cell number and the guy I talked to admitted that there were multiple frauds occurring. These guys are allowing criminals to steal from people over their exchange.
