The site was thorough with its products and descriptions. The deals were absolutely amazing and a life saver. The phone was delivered a day behind schedule which I was sad about but they fixed it and sent me a free case with my phone which I was not expecting and did not ask for. Which I thought was pretty awesome as well. Phone received was in excellent condition I will be using them as well as my family for my future purchases! Thanks you guys a ton!

Suspect fraud
May 20, 2016

I ordered a battery for the Samsung Note 4. The battery I received was advertised as OEM new. The battery received was not wrapped or packaged and I suspect is used. It shuts the phone off with 18% charge remaining. After full charge the battery shows a 3 hour charge life with minimal usage.

One Big SCAM!

I have been back and forth about the phone they sent with delaminated and chipped screen, after I paid extra for the "like new" phone. I could go on and one about the mind blowing lack of business ethics. But instead I will simply warn you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I an in dispute with the bank now to have the charges reversed, and they are behind me 100% after finding numerous complaints on BBB, and trusted review sites.

On 7/29/16 I placed an order for an iPhone 5S on the Devices-Now website. My credit card was immediately charged $187. On 8/1/16 I received a "shipment confirmation" showing a USPS shipping tracker form number. Going to the USPS site it said # had been pre-issued but not actually picked up. Waited 3 days. Checked back. USPS site said same thing. Emailed Devices-Now. Got no response. Opened a ticket. Got no response. Called their phone at all times of day - got recording saying, voicemail not monitored. Left 6-7 messages anyway. Waited 2 more days. Filed a second problem ticket. Finally heard back. They said it had shipped. It's been 14 days and nothing. Having to work with credit card company to get charges reversed. Ordered different iPhone from Myte-Cell out of Houston and it shipped same day. Was received 2 days later. Shame on Devices-Now.

Steer Clear!

Scam website. Don't expect any communication from them once they accept payment. Thank goodness for paypal - but it takes a month to get money back.
Ignored repeated e-mails, phone # is not monitored with voice-mail, FAQ link on website contains neither answers or any questions.
$187 i-phone 5S they sent me wouldn't even turn on: chargers, ear buds, & cables not Apple - SCAM SCAM SCAM

NEVER GOT MY PHONE

Oh man do I wish I had read the reviews on this company. I ordered a phone on 2/9/18. The money was drafted from my account on 2/13/18. By 2/20/18 I had no phone and hadn't heard anything about a back order of anything about a delay. I then recieved a shipped email on 2/21/18 but when I click the link (to this date) it says that my order is still processing and cannot be tracked yet. On 2/26/18 I recieved an answer to my help desk ticket. They apologized for the delay and said it was because of a move and that my phone would be expedited to a faster shipping option. I responded to the ticket that I had gotten a tracking number but that USPS still didn't have my phone. On 3/4/18 I responded again to the help desk ticket and asked for a refund. ON 3/7/18 they responded that my order had been cancelled and sent to processing for a refund. Well here we are on 3/19/18 and I still have no refund... much beyond the six day refund BS I saw in another comment. I will be contacting the fraud department at my bank tomorrow. I plan to blast this company any and everywhere I can so that no one else falls for this stupid scam. I'm also going to contact the BBB. SHAME ON YOU Devices Now!

I sent for an iPhone 6 Plus. I didn't receive the phone for over a month, and I believe the only reason I got it at all was because I relentlessly emailed them. When I finally received the phone the mic wasn't working so nobody could hear me when I tried talking to them. I took it the irepair shop at the mall and had to pay 75$ to get it fixed. So far that has been the only issue. I was not willing to send the phone back to them for them to fix because I knew that there was a great chance that I wouldn't get the same phone back if at all. Also when I first started looking around in the phone I came across pictures taken by the company which tells me that they most likely knew that the mic wasn't working. Please if you value your money and I'm sure everyone does. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I usually don't submit reviews but on this I felt it was necessary.

"I received my phone in a timely manner, however I did have an issue with the the phone not being able to read the SIM card. I contacted Devices-Now and they promptly sent me an RMA for the return of the device. I was able to return and receive a new phone in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the service and I will buy from them in the future

Bought a Samsung S5, it worked for about a month, I was pretty excited suddenly the camera stopped working and the phone started to turned on and off all the time and for no reason, I've been calling over and over again with NO ANSWER AT ALL! I don't want anything from them, but a proof of purchase (ticket) since I called Samsung and the warranty is already expired and they will give it to me only with that! DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE! STAY AWAY!

I regret I didn't do extensive research on this company before I buy. I got a USED phone that is locked, they won't unlock it, and want to charge me restocking fees when I try to return. It IS a SCAM like everybody said.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a phone in november. I was having trouble unlocking in and when I tried to contact them, I received an initial contact back and then nothing. I tried contacting them multiple times by email and phone. At that point, I needed to return the phone and bought one somewhere else. I finally filed a complaint with paypal. They did not respond to the complaint until I escalated it. At that point, I did get someone on the phone and they initially offered me a store credit, which I laughed at. Then the person on the phone realized I had filed a complaint with paypal. She sent me information on how to send the phone back. Once I sent it back, they sent me an email saying I would be receiving a credit minus a $10 restocking fee. However, they did not actually send a refund. Paypal ended up filing in my favor and returning all my money to me. This was finally just finished in February... it took over 3 months! What a ridiculous company who has terrible customer service. They are relying on people not being proactive to make their money. Do not purchase from them!

If you want good customer service and package delivered at your door at promised time, DO NOT BUY here.

I ordered the phone 9/21/15, I got it on 10/10/15. That is a long time to wait for a phone, not to mention time wasted trying to email (and fill out Support Form because they were not responsive to email in a timely manner) to figure out if anything was wrong with the delivery as I was not getting any notification via tracking. I had to contact them MULTIPLE times to finally get notified that the package was misdelivered to New York. Even then, they had the "We did everything from our end possible. It is not our fault." attitude. They offered Otterbox OR next day delivery. I mean I am already at loss if I get next day delivery - my package is way late. (I said I don't need Otterbox. I just want my phone ASAP). I mean are you trying to satisfy customer or trying to maximize their revenue? It really shows. Even then, the product was not next-day delivery. It was a three-day delivery. They cannot even send a next-day package right.

The phone's power button is a bit messed up and overall it looks like someone touched it and a bit fake.

I would buy from Amazon or some other more trustworthy website. Not here.

The worst ordered a Samsung s5 still haven't received the phone 2 weeks later. E mailed them no response the worst I should have never paid for 2-3 day delivery. Would never recommend my worst enemy.

Ordered a phone on 01/24/18, credit card was charged and phone was never sent. My account with them indicates the shipment was processed and the order is complete. I received a few emails blaming the confusion on a recent move. Monday of this week they sent an apology for the delay and said they would include a car charger for my inconvenience. They said the complete package would be sent out within 24 hours by overnight service, at their expense.

The following FRIGHTENS me:
Today I attempted to open their website and I got a warning that their site is NOT secure and was being hacked. It said do NOT provide any personal information such as credit card numbers as others are able to see the information. I regret not checking the reviews before using this company. For a few years I have seen this companies name when I price checked electronics online. So I "assumed" they were legitimate. I am so very happy that I used my bank's "ShopSafe" feature that issues a credit card number (that is different from my card) it is good for one transaction with a maximum dollar amount that I choose and the expiration date is 60 days. If you did not use something similar to this for online shopping you should pay close attention to the activity in your bank or credit card account and your credit report. If you haven't received your order it would be wise to contact your credit card company's fraud department immediately and dispute the charge because the merchandise was not received. Using a credit card rather than a debit card gives you more protection as a consumer.
I will never order a product from a new company again without checking the reviews

After waiting over 3 weeks they sent a broken phone and the wrong cover. Then after weeks more of waiting they sent a replacement phone, that broke in about 15 days.

They then said that "after 2 months you must have gotten a virus", so there is nothing they can do. First, it was 2 months since we first paid for the phone. We only had it for about two weeks. However since their refund policy is 30 days from original purchase date, we were SOL.

I tried and tried to find someone to fix it. I even sent to to Samsung. They refused to work on it because it wasn't "Factory Unlocked" as Devices-now.com promised. It was just a standard after marked unlock, so they refused to even look at it.

On top of this they never answer their phones nor their chat room They will answer you e-mail, but only after about a week. Their customer service sucks.

Given the number of complaints I see here, and the fact that Devices-now.com sent us two defective phones, I don't see how it could have been anything but they sell defective phones on purpose. We are out $263 Avoid them at all costs.

Do not order from this company. They are liars & cheaters! For your protection if you decide to take a risk & order from this company use a credit card only. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone & you cant leave a message either. Doing the live chat is a waste of your time. It will state you got one person ahead of you. Then its 2 people ahead of you. How did that happen? On the website They dont answer your questions of where is my order. They sent me a bogus tracking number too. I called my major credit card to dispute the charges & $$ was put back on my account in 3 days. I finally got an email 2 weeks later stating my order was on back order & they were refunding my $$. They are liars because if anything was backordered why did they bother issuing a bogus tracking number. Tracking numbers are issued when the order is shipped. They stated via email that my $$ would be credited back to my credit card company but HELLO my credit card was already credited with the dispute I filed...
