I ordered an iPhone 5s on June 10, they sent me a shipment ticket, but when I check with usps, the screen always stay on pre shipment. I left a message to devices now website, never got any reply. Now I saw those review about this company really make me very upset. How can I get my money back, they charge me around $200.

My case is worse than you, they sent me a dud phone, I sent it back. But they also never reply anything :(( ((. Hope PayPal get money back for me.
