I had to give them one star but they don't deserve even that. Still waiting for my $340 refund. They said they refunded it but neither PsyPal or my bank has any record of the transaction. They lie! Shop somewhere else and save yourself grief!
Bought a phone from this site last week and I never got a delivery notice. The company's contact phone is never picked up. They have a voice mail recording that comes on every time you call. No email response, no active live chat. This is a fake fraudulent site. I'm sure all the 5-star reviews on the site are fake. STAY CLEAR!
Ordered a phone, which came locked and therefore useless. Tried to contact them for a return ticket: phone never picks up, online ticket never updated. Had to call Amex to dispute charge, and still pursuing it a month later.

I had a great experience with devices-now. The prices are great and the device arrived in great condition. I did have an item that was back ordered and devices now contacted me with the option to wait or they would send an item they had in stock. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and have already recommended them to a friend looking for a device.
Sent wrong phone 1st time. Didn't send correct phone until called over a month later. Secound time sent wrong case. But the phone works.

I am very pleased with the product and services that devices now has provided me with. I ordered 2 s6 phones and they arrived promptly and in better condition then I had expected them to be in. I really liked there on site chat where all of my questions where answered by their friendly staff. I recommend to anyone and have already referred a few friends who where happy as well.
Blown away from how easy and cheap the process of buying a phone was. It's a fraud. This company never sent the item which I ordered and paid. They have a fake customer service - no body will reply, either by phone or email. I need my money back and also I already reported to BBB. I have left emails and phone calls in the past one week and never gotten response. I have called them over 100 times but all the time they all said all reps are busy 24 hours. I went to website to check reviews and a lot of buyers have mentioned this company is a fraud. Even if finally they sent a phone with many weeks delayed, the phone won't work. I need my money back right now. It's terrible experience and I have wasted my time and no cell phone to use in the past 4 days. I just bought the other cell phone to end this crazy nightmare. I am going to leave my bad experience in Yelp and let people be careful about this company. I also have filed a claim to PayPal. If I don't get my money back, I will flight against it forever.
I have had nothing but issues since I placed my order 1 month ago tomorrow! I am currently waiting for a refund. Seems that process is about as messed up as the sales process is! I placed an order for 2 phones on 7/9/17. Right now I have no phones and they still have my money! I have only been able to speak to someone on the phone 1 time thru this ordeal, and it is not for lack of trying to speak to someone. I just LOVE to call, get a recording telling me to submit a ticket online for a response... NOT! I did this multiple times. Sometimes I got an answer, sometimes I didn't. Sometimes I got an answer with snotty attitude which I did not appreciate! I have told everyone that will listen about my horrible experience and put it on Facebook. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. This has been a horrible horrible horrible experience. I wish there was a negative rating. Don't even deserve 1 star! Hopefully I will get my money back eventually! I sure didn't happen in the promised 48-72 business hours! Not that I expected it to, since nothing else I was told during the process turned out like it was supposed to!
Hi Samantha. I am sorry you were not happy with your experience. In order to keep our prices competitive, we do state on our phone to submit a ticket. Tickets are also our preferred method as it creates a record of what was stated by us or the customer so there is no worry over if something was or wasn't promised, who authorized something, etc. Unfortunately, the tickets you were submitting were not being submitted to the help desk, they were being submitted to the RMA which is not a monitored email. I do see that you return was received back to us on 8/3/17. As stated on our website, returns take 1-3 business days to process and then they are submitted for a refund which also takes 1-3 business days - this can be a total of 6 business days. I do see that a refund was issued to you on 8/10/17, within the time frame promised for your refund.
Ordered brand new/refurbished galaxy note 4. They sent me a dirty old note 4 and I had to order a S pen (because it was too nasty to use) and back cover (it was scratched up and dirty). The screen has a peck and I couldn't get rid of it no matter how expensive screen protector I applied. They contacted me via email after a month later, and still addressed me with someone else's name. The communication has been extremely difficult (I leave the message and they return the call one week later) and they didn't provide the solution. They should have replaced it with the brand new phone because that is what I paid for. I am still stuck with nasty dirty phone - and had to replace all of the part out of my expense - new battery, S pen, and the back cover. I am basically stuck with it because I already got a nice cover for the note 4. I don't think they are serious about their business. My item was shipped from Ponce De Leon St, St. Augustine, which is in the middle of tourist trap.
Before you purchase from them call the # on their website! You wont get an answer! Send a message and an automated response will answer! I have never experienced fraud like this ever! I contacted paypal for a refund but it's goung to be a while to get it. Please order through a trusted website. I wish I had searched real reviews before I placed this order!
I ordered for a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from them. They took my money and never delivered my phone. I called them numerous times but nobody answered my calls. I had to make a complaint about them before they finally delivered the phone. I opened the package and it was a used phone without its battery.
I ordered a phone from ebay from a company called devices now. I paid the extra fees to have my phone delivered to me sooner. I was told my phone would arrive in 3-4 days which was so far from the truth. I was given a fake tracking number that usps could not track. Once I discovered this I immediately tried calling this company but to no avail I couldn't get a response. So I contacted them by email asking them to cancel my order and refund me my money. Instead of accommodating my request they sent the phone to me anyway a week and a half later. I then contacted PayPal for a resolution but was only told that they needed to do an investigation before refunding me. I then paid to have the phone sent back after getting another phone from a more reputable company but was never refunded my money. These people are scam artist and whatever you do, make sure you never order from devices-now.com

Devices-now is the WORST. Ordered my phone paid them and a week later NOTHING. I contacted my CC co and they are refunding my money. I'm not waiting around for PayPal. You snooze you lose devices now.
On their website it state that its a "New Battery" under the spec section.
I received the battery but it is not a new battery its a use battery, "FRAUD" stay away.
A new battery would have a Samsung package in a box this item came without nothing what you see on the their website is what you'll be getting.

I love love love this phone its like brand new and it's unlocked everything was exactly as advertised. I bought and unlocker for Tracfone through them and they walked me through the whole process. Everything went smoothly. I would absolutely use this site again!
Was looking for a new cell phone, couldn't believe the prices. Went online found this site, put in new phones only, here out of all phones on this site there is only one new phone, Samsung Galaxy s4. DOESN'T say that or that every phone is used or refurbuished. I bought a Samsung Galaxy s5 for $198
Not knowing that, when I got it the piece that covers charger slot was not attached, and phone is att not t mobile, and all this stuff started popping up, saying phone has viruses from adult sites. I called devices now the girl who answered was hysterical laughing when I told her what happened, she said the s4 was the only new phone they had so she was gonna send me that one. She wound up sending me another used s5 and never answered my calls again, I tried calling for 2 weeks straight. So I wanted to let people know what I found out the hard way. So I learned my lesson for sure.
