How am I missing 2 lower ball joints and 1 of my new wheel bearings is bad how long will it take me to get my money back?
I bought some STRUTs for my RAV4, they not only didn't weld the brake bracket on correctly they didn't torque down the spring to spec. Total garbage proving the saying, you get what you pay for!
I bought defective Front rotors for my car & they didn't want to refund me or give me a voucher. Very bad parts & bad customer service

I purchased a Rack and Pinion for my truck and installed it and found out it was defective. Called them and was instructed to send it back for either a replacement or credit. I told them the part was installed and i needed a replacement to remove and replace it to send it back. I was told I had to purchase another in order to get it and it would take a week to get it. I paid for it and asked to have it shipped 2 day and it was agreed. After not receiving it on the 3rd day, I called and they had no record of it being shipped although the part was charged from my account. I called and cancelled the replacement when told it was never shipped. I purchased another one from ANOTHER SELLER aan installed it and sent the defective one back. After 2 weeks, I received credit for the defective part, but still had not received the replacement credit. I asked for reimbursement for the double labor I had to pay due to the part being defective and installed twice. I was told "WE DONT DO THAT". Poor customer service for a defective part sold.

Sent The Wrong Parts, Hassle to deal with customer service, spent about 2 hours taking to customer service, sending pictures and finally a video to get them to help.
I was referred to them by a friend, I ordered parts on January 27,2024, it is going on Feb 2,2024 and, my parts haven't even been shipped yet, I've called and spoken with FedEx on the phone and they haven't even received my order, to ship it yet, website says they ship the next business day, that would have been the 29th, I'm freakin 3 hrs away from them, I could driven there and picked up my damn self by now, my vehicle is hanging on a mechanics lift waiting for the parts to arrive,,,, everytime I call Detroit I get excuses and the run around, they've already gotten my money, if I don't have my parts by next Monday, I'll Borrow someone's vehicle and go see them in person, definitely won't make this mistake again, I'll go buy used $#*! from the junk yard before I'll ever buy another thing from this damn place again,
Keep giving me excuses that my parts are coming from somewhere in Texas, even though FedEx tracking Website says that the sticker was made in Ferndale Michigan, I hate being lied to, especially when I've already paid my money and, not only am I being inconvenienced, it's also inconvenienced the mechanic who is working on my vehicle, I've called damn near every day this week asking for my parts, just ship the $#*! already.
I bought a 13 pc front suspension kit for my 2001 2500 Cummins, they only sent the 2 hubs and when we called customer service she said that the rest of the kit was laying in the warehouse, NOT TO MENTION, this truck is how I get to work everyday and I had scheduled to have it worked on that coming Sunday, the lady on the phone said it hasn't been shipped out yet and she would gaurentee it to me by Saturday afternoon and she would send a confirmation email we would get with in 24 hours, 24 hours go by, no email so I call again on Friday, to find out it's still sitting there and hasn't been shipped out, so at this point I know there's no way it's getting fixed on Sunday, she told me a supervisor would be in contact with us on Friday (Never happened) so I call back today on Saturday, she tells me she has no information on when or where my order is and what's going on with it and I needed to call back Monday morning to figure it out. I'm highly disappointed and HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GIVING THEM BUISNESS, they are absolutely horrible in customer service and are extremely disrespectful.

Answer: Detroit Axle wasn't the low ball company but after doing business with them we got low balled.
Answer: For us it has been a scam and we will never order from them again and request you do not. But the choice is up to you.
