Poor very bad, took a 7or 8 emails then turn it over to paypal

A pain in the butt I sat waiting for tech support for hours with no answer.

Sometimes it is easy and other times impossible -- but then when you connect with them they are worthless

Horrible bad never received my package. Sat on the phone for hours. Waiting for someone to answer only to be told that it wasn't their problem. There was nothing they could do so I received no money back and I received no package. So yeah this company really sucks
