I keep getting the same run around, no package yet. They keep giving me the same tracking # or I can talk to a supervisor. I have done that already he he gave me the same tracking # and it hasn't been shipped!
I wanted to return the parts they told me was against walmart policy. I contacted Walmart they sent them email. They responded again against Walmart policy. I reached out again saying you were sent the same email from Walmart that i did that they approved. Paid with affirm so stuck with the bill.

I order brake pads, it was nice to see a company that has such good sevice and at a fair price, you don't find that at many businesses now a days. Keep up the good wook! Not only did I get my parts early they even gave me all the hardware plus brake cleaner and brake fluid, I will order all my parts from Detroit Axle. I placed two separate orders for tire rod ends from this company. This was for a 2010 Honda CRV. They did not fit my truck. The mechanic never used them. I returned them to the company. The items were $35.58 each. They reimbursed me $17.00 on one and $24.61 on the other. They reimbursed themselves for shipping stating the shipping changed daily. This was the first and last time that I will ever use the company. I am so disappointed with this company.

Purchase rotors and brakes, a couple of month later noticed my car not braking good, went back to my mechanic and learn the brake were faulty the seller is saying its outside their 30-day return window. Which is a scam most as I read other reviews problems are not diagnosed for months. A TOTAL RIP-OFF

So far I have ordered Brakes and rotors for my F350 4x4 and both my 15 & 16 Kia souls. I haven't had any problems with these parts. I find they're pretty good quality, no warpage on the rotors if I have to hit the brakes, the pads are wearing the way they're suppose to. I order, I get a receipt, I get a shipping number and the last time I had all parts in under a week. That's pretty darn good service if you ask me.
Detroit axle sells a cheap product in an even cheaper package. Ordered the item three times hoping it'd arrive by the time I needed it. It was deemed undeliverable every time by UPS. If the product is anything like the package it's shipped in STAY AWAY.

Ordered on Saturday the 24th. Got an email on the 25th showing label created and would deliver the 28th. Checked FedEx today and the package has not even been picked up. I called customer service and they advised the label was cancelled and a new label was being made today. I advised them I need by Friday and that was not going to happen. Said he had to cancel the label and would not cancel my order until that time. They take your money in seconds but drag their feet on a refund that is their mistake. I had my CC reverse the charges and will NEVER order anything from these clowns again.

I paid 1700 dollars for a transmission that hadn't been touched, metal shavings in the pan bad seal leaked fluid everywhere they sent me 4 bad transmissions I paid for 4 installs and then they wouldn't refund me what a nightmare don't do it!
Do not do buisenes with these crooks I spent $1800 on a so-called rebuilt transmission before it was over they sent me four different units the last two were not even touched they were metal shavings in the pan these people will send you cores and charge you $1800 for them I spent thousands on installs and Ultimately had to surrender the vehicle they blocked my number and took my money
Both outer boots failed. This was part of a 4-piece kit. ONLY ONE PART IS COVERED. Not ALL the parts that fail. Save your money for a quality part that won't fail. And buy a part from a company that stands behind their products. ALL their products.

It seems like Detroit Axle is a place where you could buy low-cost Parts but in exchange you are getting low quality parts. The struts for Mercedes are terrible quality. You can push them down with one finger and that means you will not get a good ride at all, your car will probably bottom out. People are also complaining about the struts leaking within a few months. These people take forever to give back your money. Even though they're selling you a piece of junk they still take a restocking fee when you return the item without any scratches or missing Packaging. I am contacting my credit card company immediately. There policy says that you will get back the full amount if the part is defective and it was definitely defective. I could have made a better strut myself out of a pipe, axle and a couple of rubber washers. I don't know how they're still selling on eBay and Amazon. I know he has about 65% feedback on Amazon and that is why because he is selling the worst part you can ever buy. Don't go through trouble twice changing your parts just stay away from this place. Another thing is I don't think they speak English because when they respond they talk really strange as if they're from another country and they're using some kind of translator. If you buy from them from Amazon then Amazon cannot refund your money because Detroit Axle is a third party seller and Amazon does not get involved with third-party sellers which I think they should especially when you get ripped off like I did

This company reels you into a sale claiming "2 day free shipping" and as soon as they receive payment they start changing the arrival date to a later time. They were advised it was a breach of contract and violation of the consumer sales practices act and instructed to cancel the order and refund before it shipped. A preprogrammed message stated someone would get back to me. All lies. They ignored me until the day it arrived, A WEEK LATER, to say I could start a return. This company is a fraud and a joke. EBAY is acting.in concert with these company's, as well as Amazon, to allow these companies to commit fraudulent business practices and making it almost impossible to talk to anyone or get the problem resolved. I am taking legal action to stop this from happening. Our country was built on the faith in government and businesses to have to honor promises or be held accountable and liable. When this is being done by large corporations the money held by them and interest collected without compensation (unjust enrichment) amounts to millions of dollars profit when sitting on millions of dollars of customers' money for a week or longer--or any length of time. It costs me and other businesses a lot of time, money and frustration.
Detroit Axle has terrible business practices and customer service. Don't buy from this company. Next time I will spend a few more bucks and buy from a more reliable and reputable parts supplier! Legal action is being taken, you should file complaints under the consumer sales practices act with your state or attorney General when companies are misleading or commit fraud.
Detrot axle sells junk bought a front drive shaft gor a dodge truck with in a little over a year the front driveshaft has failed twice the life time warranty is a joke I will never buy their junk again they said they would give me 10 percent off to order another one I will never deal with these no speaking English $#*! hole again

First time ever dealing with D/A easy website ordering parts for my F450 front pads and rotors no time at all they were here only thing pads are correct but the rotors are not to small so I called them thought maybe they were missboxed (so called service rep) tells me I ordered wrong one said the correct ones are more expensive (of course) said if I pay to ship wrong ones back and pay the difference he will get the right ones on the way. I ordered what the site said would fit my truck so I feel I should not have to pay to return the wrong rotors(disappointed) I've ordered many of stuff online before
And if there was something not right it was handled i guess stick with what works went to my local parts place and have the correct ones from them should have done this in the first place. Thanks
I recently decided at the recommendation of my mechanic to replace the entire front end suspension of my 99 Accord, since it has more than 300k miles on it and it was all original parts. My mechanic tipped me off to Detroit Axle as having the best prices for these kinds of parts around, about HALF THE COST of what you'd buy at an O'Reillys or Napa. I'm not a mechanic but I do shop with a real detailed eye, so as I was browsing the various front end kits I emailed a lot of questions to them asking about the differences between the kits, whether it included this or that, etc. They were very patient with all of my questions and answered them promptly. Their shipping is free, a big deal when you're getting a heavy set of metal parts. Arrived on time, without packing errors, and they are working well on my car. If I need any more parts to replace my original equipment, I will absolutely come back to Detroit Axle.
Got a number of parts from Detroit Axle I wanted parts made in the US and the price was good. The parts seem good but they cheap out on the small things such as No nut and cotter pin for a CV joint no cotter pin or grease fitting on tie rod end also I didn't know the tie rod ends was grease-able be I order, a CV joint I order was missing a big part of it, it was useless to me. If you have a return they don't want to talk to you. I think they are a front company for china.

I have some friends that will be checking into this company personally after this fraudulant scam they seem to be targeting people with.

I ordered a rack and pinion from Detroit Axle and they charged my card and sent me a tracking number. The tracking number claimed the part hadn't made it to the facility yet. When I called nearly a week later to find out what was happening I was told they didn't have the part and it was on backorder about a month out. (Who charges for a part they don't have?). I asked for a refund and was told it would be 24-48 hours. Six days later I called again and was told it would take 24-48 hours (oh and they asked me if I still wanted the part! I thought I asked for a refund last week?). I told them I wanted a refund by the end of business that day. I was assured I would recieve a phone call by the end of the day (I did not). I have filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
I have since purchased the same part from another company and had it installed.
This company appears to be thieves! I will never order so much as a spark plug from them.
Answer: A pain in the butt I sat waiting for tech support for hours with no answer.
Answer: Detroit Axle wasn't the low ball company but after doing business with them we got low balled.
Answer: For us it has been a scam and we will never order from them again and request you do not. But the choice is up to you.
