I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and absolutely love how fast my order came in, the customer service was great and helpful! Glasses came in sooner than expected and they were very well and carefully packaged! Will highly recommend and will reorder from them soon!
Don't believe the advertising. I was supposed to get my frames last Wednesday, they advertised "fast shipping", I relied on what they advertised, made appointments by when they said I would have my frames, that was last Tuesday and of this Friday, still nothing. They have my money and I have nothing. I get delay noticed from Google Express who even gave me a 10 dollar coupon off my next order like there would be one, I don't think so.

I had a little confusion over how to fit frames to lenses I already had. Called customer support and that was resolved right away. Ordered the frames and received them in 3-4 days. Exactly what I needed. I would go back to this company. Did not order lenses from them because I already had those so I don't have any experience with ordering a complete set of glasses.

I ordered 2 Dior eyeglasses and both of them are damaged. One side of the glasses is more than 4 mm upper than the other side.
I believe it is due to packaging.
It was not rapped or protected by anything!

I received my glasses in a timely manner, but wld like to exchange 1 of 2 pairs. I filled out the return request and still awaiting a return number. You have 14 days to return. It's been 4 days since my initial request and have not heard anything. I don't like to do business this way. Just send the RA number and I'll pick a new pair. I'm not even asking for a refund, just a return/exchange. I have reached out twice so far... Nothing

I have not received my order? No one responded to my emails and the hold time changes. As soon as I'm number 2 I get kicked back to number 13? I never experienced something like this. I'm contacting my HSA to let them know this is a scam site. I also suggest looking at the 5 star reviews with skepticism. I'm a real customer!

Ordered on 5/21 a pair that said they would ship in 2-3 days. Week goes by and no shipping confirmation or any emails.
I email them and they say the style I bought was out and ask me to pick another style.
I chose another style that said on site would ship in 3-4 days. They confirmed they would send them on 6/2.
It's now 6/27 and I have yet to receive anything.
Filing a claim with my credit card.

Horrible company and even worse customer service. Weeks after ordering i contacted several times asking when I'll recieve them. All you get is a generic message back they will be in touch. 3 weeks later they cancel my order with no explanation at all! Purchased as a gift and now im screwed trying to replace them.

I saw the pair of sunglasses that my mom had been wanting for a while and decided to order it about two weeks in advance to Mother's Day. Took payment immediately, no confirmation on item being shipped. Contacted PayPal to investigate and then designer optics decided to email me. By then PayPal canceled and d. O said my order was on back order but canceled. So upset, I lost opportunity to purchase from other sites at the time now prices have all gone up everywhere. Never again dealing with this phony website. Also my item was available on the site for shipping within 2-3 days. Hm so quick enough to take money, with no order shipped after 10+ days, and then reach out after PayPal investigates.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company. The order was shipped but the post office sent it back to the company. I sent them an email asking could they redeliver my package and no reply. So I sent another email still no answer. Now I am on hold with customer service, I have been on hold for an hour and 45 minutes! At this point I just want a refund! I saw a pair of glasses in a high end optometrist store that I fell in love with but they were over $400. I took the information and found them at Designer Optics for less than half price. AMAZING! I also received the order fast for only $9.00 more. I couldn't be happier. I keep telling friends about my great experience. I'll be back!

Company has forced me to use my own courier to return the frames which they had sent from USA to Canada due to their staff negligence. I have been asking for the refund since Nov'20 but they didn't take corrective action. I have not see. Such a company in my entire life. They will block your Tweets if you talk the truth about them, this company should be banned to do business.

Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
