Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Designer Optics staff and previous consumers.
Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.
Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Yes, I ordered plain frames and they came with plain lenses. Then I took them to Costco to have my prescription lenses done.
Compared these to some I already have in the same model and they are authentic (Carrera models)
Yes, the are they come with Authenticity Card and numbers on the card to show proof
