They are really good at taking your money, but not so good at sending you your glasses. I called and talked to customer service before I even placed my order to make sure they could make my slightly complicated prescription - I have prism in my glasses and not everyone can do that. I had a nice conversation with customer service and expressed my reluctance to order from an online company as I had just been burned by EZContacts (you can read my review). The woman assured me there wouldn't be any problems. I confirmed that the frames I had picked were in stock and that my prescription was something they could do. Fast forward to a month later and still no glasses. I did receive glasses in about 2.5 weeks, but the prescription was totally wrong! I contacted them and they sent me a shipping label for the return. Since then... crickets! I have called and emailed customer service and I always get the same response, they are almost done. Well my glasses may not be done, but I am! I guess you do get what you pay for!
