I bought a lemon of a gas range. I bought the range and have problems with it now I'm trying to get a service man here before my warranty runs out. The only repair person is Paul's Appliance so they set up the appointment. What I didn't know, but the next day Pauls Appliance called to reschedule and I didn't recognize the number, so I waited Monday from 8 to noon and nothing. Not only do you wait weeks, you have to wait between 5 to 6 hours for the repair man. This is on Whirlpool and Pauls Appliance.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy Whirlpool Gas Range or the warranty, no one will come and fix it.

Products used:
Only the top of the range, the oven is not safe.


My doctor called in a prescription to be filled. HEBPharmacy said that my insurance would not pay unless it was 30 days between refills. Insurance said not so. HEB now says it's store policy, so they decide what groceries they sell and now when you get your medication. Finding a real Pharmacy.


Don't believe the advertising. I was supposed to get my frames last Wednesday, they advertised "fast shipping", I relied on what they advertised, made appointments by when they said I would have my frames, that was last Tuesday and of this Friday, still nothing. They have my money and I have nothing. I get delay noticed from Google Express who even gave me a 10 dollar coupon off my next order like there would be one, I don't think so.

Drove more than the miles said it was as the "regular store merchants" came and got their stuff and called by first names, we stood in the rain and waited, as they took the dust covered mirror off the wall, we, well over 60 took a chair and an ottoman up a steep incline to our vehicle, the store owners buying things for their store were backed up to the garage. Awful. Second place, they got the name wrong on the street but GPS new better than they did. Went to it and asked for my mirror, yes it was early, and no she didn't want to give me my mirror early, but I did get it and was out of there, never to bid with this place again. It was a garage sale gone a muck.


Everything that has been said is correct, they say they have info, but after you pay, they show you nothing, I believe this company is taking the few scraps on the Internet that are free and putting a pretty background on it and saying it's true. Thing is, they give you nothing, all they give you is free stuff but charge you and hook you into a contract. Unbelievable. One star is over the top for this company.
