If it were possible for me to give them no stars at all I would. Dealfind is a total waste of hard earned money since the company tries to prey on customers who for a minute think they are actually getting a good deal on a product. I have tried to contact them numerous times regarding a product I received which was a) damaged and b) falsely advertised... I have since then had zero luck in trying to get through to them.

BUYER BEWARE, DEALFIND IS A SCAMMMMMM!

The terms of the deal I bought were changed. It was at Cruz clinic in montreal. When asked if there were other fees. They said: Samantha (Dealfind Admin)09-Nov-2011 2:15pm (EST)

But the Clinic charges them EVERY time we have an appointment!

And now, nobody answers my email.
The clinic said that it's dealfind' s mistake, that they didn't fo their job right. Dealfind says the opposite, that the merchant changed the terms.

But the worst? Even knowing Cruz clinic are not honest with bad customer service (i told them the clinic is always late on appointment, if their machine is broken, they don't tell you to cancel the app., the receptionist is also the one performing the treatment, so she stops and answers phone during your treatment.) Dealfind still do business with them, by having them advertise another deal.

And also, dealfind will delete bad comments, even if they are polite and RELATED to the deal.

I've been trying to get a refund for a water proof iPhone case that IS NOT WATERPROOOF. Dealfind refuses to even respond. I've sent countless emails and no response.

DO NOT BUY ALL THIS CHINESE JUNK FROM DEALFIND, WHICH MEANS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING. IT TAkES FOREVER TO GET IT, ABOUT A MONTH TO 6 WEEKS, THEN IT"S GARBAGE THAT DOESN"T WORK

They seem like many of the other sites out there doing the online discounts thing, but they are definitely the worst I have used so far. They are so bold that they even state in their FAQ's that they won't be able to retro-charge any of their discounts after the purchase process is made. I made a purchase and found my attempt to include my discount for joining the site, wasn't included in the process. Most sites will add a step where after you enter your card #'s and all details to your purchase, you get to review everything before the final charge. This place doesn't do that. A major flaw in any site that allows online purchases, and in my mind, a sign of laziness, or simple lack of website design skills. Could even be a method to their success so far, as I later realize not only did I only like the one item I purchased after looking thru all their items, they also are very very very slow at adding more items. So my discount expired, and I tried to file a complaint on how this was bad business. They didn't help me, so I said I was discontinuing service with them, and would be reviewing their site based on my horrible experience. They should get out of this business, not one of the good ones.

EMAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED UNLESS IT'S BY COPY/PASTE BASICALLY TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY LEFT WITH 100$ OF MINE.

Ordered product on Nov 11th, they said 2-3 weeks for delivery, we are Jan 5th and NOTHING! I've emailed "customer service" and still no responce. WORST SERVICE EVER... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I am now going site to site warning others!

I HATE THIS COMPANY! First off, I've never had to wait 2 in a half months to receive my items (Their guaranteed shipping date is FALSE!). The earliest I received a tracking number was a month after my purchase. By then, you already have completed your credit card statement towards the purchase but have no idea what happened to your items. When I do call customer service, they tell you they will follow up on the items and will get back to you, but NEVER make that promise. It's pretty much your job to be persistant and call back frequently (everyday if you must) just to figure out where the heck your items went. Be very careful about purchasing clothes online. The quality isn't as great as what's shown on the pictures. I would also suggest to go one or two sizes larger than what you're considering. So not only were my items delayed, but I did not like my purchases. They say these sales are final so you are taking a huge gamble with your money. Overall, I honestly think Dealfind should have NO STARS. Stay away from this company and prevent them from giving any terrible service to future vicitims who like to take advantage of special deals.

I was very excited and bought Dealfind vouchers for few of my favorite things. Some were good some weren't. I was first ticked off when a friend told me she got a full refund and I didn't! I got attentive.
After the initial few months Dealfind has been falling apart. Some of the vendors shut down... some wouldn't accept reservation even though their system showed vacancy.
The worst part is that after a short stay in Toronto we moved to California and I had vouchers from last year that I haven't been able to use. I asked them for their Dealfind dollars instead because I cant use Toronto vouchers any more.

I must mention we did not expect this move at all. We were actually looking out to buying a home in Toronto and settling down till this unexpected move happened.
They replied saying that they make excellent gifts...

So I have Canadian Dealfind dollars that I cant use in US and 118 bucks worth of Canadian vouchers... Seriously it's a loss of almost 200 bucks! I am so disappointed! Where do they think they score with customer service?

I had teambuy vouchers and they refunded my vouchers once I explained my situation to them.

Absolutely shameful Dealfind!

There customer service is awful! I have received damaged products and or no product at all. They take no responsibility. I have only had great experience with Groupon. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I purchased several what I thought was good deals at the time which ended being a loss of money. I purchased two carpet cleaning service from MBM Cleaning Inc., one for me and my sister. My sister immediately called, they came out but refused to do the service, said the carpet was too worn. It was less than 5 years old. I later called to see what they would say to me but was not able to reach anyone. I also purchased two spa treatments from Organic Health which was to included a 60 minute hydrating body wrap and a 30 minute 24 karat gold facial mask. Company first said they was booked up to Christmas. Called later, no answer, went to location, gone. The management office said they moved off Bissonnett. Went to that location, name changed but had moved from there as well. I purchase a 25 class pass to Pilates or Core & Abs classes from EGO Fitness Studios, went there several times, would honor voucher but for high intensity boot camp classes. Not what I purchased. Only one service I purchased was honored. That was the chiropractor service at Galleria Wellness. I must say they did really good work. I went like two years after purchase and voucher was accepted. In total I am sitting on five vouchers which cost me over a hundred dollars which was never honored. I'm only giving one star for the one service out of five that was honored. In reality I shouldn't give any stars.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Emailed them for a refund for an unused voucher that I bought, but changed my mind and wasn't going to used it, so the next day emailed Dealfind for a refund. Got a "we received your email" message, but no one followed up. So I emailed again and have not heard from them.

I have the same complaint. DO NOT USE DEALFIND!

I purchased a voucher that clearly reads "No expiration date" for an M & J House Cleaning service who is not returning calls and appears to have closed (they also have a terrible rating on Yelp). I called Dealfind and was just informed that after one year, no refunds are issued. The woman I spoke with insisted it's on the voucher, and I have the voucher right in front of me as I'm typing this, and there is no mention of this whatsoever. I will be contacting BBB and encourage others on this site with the same complaint to do the same. One poster here stated they couldn't file a complaint due to not having Dealfind's number: their telephone number is *******289.

Again, DO NOT USE DEALFIND! They're scammers.

Bought vouchers that don't expire for a hotel room. The hotel has now changed ownership and refuse to honor the transaction. Dealfind will not provide a credit since it is over 1 year but it clearly states in their FAQs that they will provide a refund/credit if the business closes down. Contacted customer service and all you get are canned answers.

Most of the merchants they deal with are shady. Either closing down or not honoring the agreement. Dealfind keeps the money because the merchant they have dealt with has not provided service. Dealfind will not give your money back nor give credit so basically the customer is left out to deal with the loss. This is an amazing business model. Provide fake or shady deals, get people to buy and let the merchant and customer sort it out. Once they get your money they basically tell you to just buzz off.

Has anyone brought this to the Better Business Bureau's attention? It seems to me that there are a TON of serious complaints against this business. People need to get their money back and prevent others from falling into this very, very, very poor business conduct.

I am an owner and operator of a small business and decided that I would give DealFind a try.
Definitely a waste of my time. The consultant was pushy and unprofessional. She said that she had 'suggestions' for my deal, but really she was telling me what my deal was going to be. I literally had no say. She wanted to cut my deal price down even lower than what I had originally wanted, and on top of that, she wanted to add an extra service to my deal. It was getting out of control! I was also sent an email with 'details' about my deal that looked like it had been slapped together within seconds. After reviewing the deal that was thrown together for me, (and reading the horrible reviews online about DealFind), I decided that it would be in my best interest to let them know right away that I no longer wished to run a deal with them. In the long run it just wasn't worth it for my business.
I don't normally write reviews, but after reading all of the reviews on here, I decided to share my story to let other small business owners know that they should really think twice before launching a deal with DealFind.

Ordered a pair of pants on April 16th, 2014 after 1 month contacted company "they will call the seller and get back to me" two days later, "sorry the seller claims it was lost in the mail, do you want it resent" said yes (loved these pants that much). I ask how long would it take for delivery "2 weeks". I asked if I could cancel "sorry seller already shipped". Well today is June 24th, (way past the 2 week span) needed for an event tomorrow and just track down the package is still in China! Since the 21st. Please use the old adage, when something looks too good it probably is. Their prices are good, their shipping is expensive (1 charge per Item even if you order the same item more than once) at least some sellers group as many items and adjust the s&h. Will never do business with them again. I hope my pants are worth all this trouble. PS: I had the same problem with some other seller (not dealfind) and had problems as well. It seems everything that comes from China takes a long time and I've emailed them and apparently there is a language problem... by the way it was cheaply made item. BEWARE Dealplus does not tell you specifically where your merchandise is being shipped from. I asked and they told me they have warehouses all over, it depends where my item would be. Had I known this item was in CHINA I would've never made this purchase

I purchased two vouchers from two different businesses for cleaning services. One of the vouchers is still valid as it does not have an expiry date. After numerous unsuccessful tries at getting in touch with both cleaning services, I contacted Dealfind's customer service via email. Jhardaine responded initially regarding one voucher, saying that they could not refund the money and they hope I understand. I obviously replied as I was inquiring about the second voucher and received no response thereafter. It is very clear that Dealfind does not care about customer satisfaction and are a huge scam! The Better Business Bureau can be contacted regarding this matter, however, the process involves consumers filing a claim followed by the bureau investigating the claim by contacting the business but since there isn't a number listed for Dealfind, the bureau automatically closes the file! Some of the reviews suggest filing a class action lawsuit against them and I am all for it. Nobody likes being defrauded! I encourage reviewers to also contact the Ministry of Consumer Protection and file a huge claim against these scammers. For good measure, I contacted the CEO of Teambuy/Dealfind via Facebook. He may ignore my message but at least it's out there. His name is Ghassan Halazon. If I could rate them at -5 stars, I would.
