DEAL FIND IS FRAUD!

I bought two coupons from deal find or one company Enviro tech, they didnt show up and now they are not picking any calls. And Deal find is refusing to refund. Please be careful while buying any coupon from them.

Thanks

This is a complete scam! I spent the past 3 months emailing being assured my product was "in transit". After contacting Canada Post and forwarding their response to my "claims consultant" I was issued an immediate refund (we will see if I actually receive it)! DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALFIND!

Pretty much the same experience as most people here. Bought a non-expiring voucher a while ago, vendor won't return my phone calls. Contacted dealfind support, ran into the '1-year' no refund policy.

I have ordered two vouchers from dealfind, neither of which their contracted vendor would ever provide service. And now I can't get my money back, just dealfind bucks.

A real Scam
March 11, 2014

A real Scam. STAY AWAY.
Bought a $49 voucher through them and the merchant did not give me the services they were supposed to (Merchant is called AfterGlo FYI) and Dealfind said they would only reimburse me for $10.
The customer rep I spoke with (named Karen) did not care at all that I was not happy. And also lacked a lot of common sense and tact in dealing with a client. She basically told me, take it or leave it and I can't do anything that you are not happy or that you lost money on this, deal with it.
DealFind people, if you read this: FYI I will right now remove myself from your site and stop being your client. You just lost ANOTHER client. Good luck as you fail...

Wow...
May 3, 2012

Wow... about some of these comments slamming customers... as much as I sympathize with >> some <<< merchants, as a customer that has been taken by these deals, I find it insulting to be told we are "ridiculous". It is completely ridiculous for a merchant to not see how 200 customers suddenly wanting massages for 20.00 each, etc is a huge loss. How can merchants promise this? This is not our responsibility! Its poor business sense. Rather than "vanish" changing your numbers, and shutting down your websites on poor customers why don't have the decency to email all the customers and explained what happened? Even I can add numbers to see I can not clean 200 houses at 20.00 each with a staff of 8 people without upsetting customers with 2-3 month long waits for an appointment! So before you slam clients for unrealistic expectations, take a look at what your offering and add the numbers. For any type of service and no cap on the amount of vouchers offered, its poor customer service guaranteed from the start if your going to take a month to even call a client back!

Horrible!
June 26, 2012

Horrible! They double charged my credit card. Sent email within the 1 month time frame... sent 2 more over 3 weeks. Finally got a response, that it was over the 30 days!
Well if someone had responded to my original email instead of delaying
Response this long, then it would not have went over the time frame. After
Doing some research online, looks like this is a strategy of Dealfind.
This was not even buyers remorse, but a double billing on my credit card!
I also tried calling several times, but Dealfind does not have live people
On the phone. Every extension sends you to the website. Customers are just
Not important enough to have the privilege to speak to a dealfind employee.
Deal find has zero support and does not care about their customers at all.
The statement you make on your website "If you're unhappy with anything you
Bought..." should be removed, as it is a bold lie.
Shame on Dealfind! You have lost a customer and I will never recommend the
Site, and will post my feelings on every blog possible.

I ordered items 10/3/13 for Christmas. 12/1/13 i began complaining to customer service, they assured me my items were shipped and will be there any day. By the scond week I asked for a tracking number, the one provided was bogus. Now its Jan 9th. On the 2nd i actually called to complain, i wanted my money back. Now they shipped my porducts and said they dont give refunds. The items are coming from Orlando to Ft. Laurderdale... within the same state. PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME... use a real site like Groupon or Living Social.

SCUMMIEST COMPANY

SCUMMIEST COMPANY. Dishonest misleading headlines, and doesn't honor non-expiring coupons. They should be sued by consumers and consumer groups. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I am glad so many merchants with past bad experience are raising their votes against Dealfind and other sites like them (Groupon, LivingSocial).

I am a merchant myself, running a medical spa. I am receiving daily deals from many group-buy sites, but Dealfind deals are most shocking. When I see unlimited hair removal on (small area) deal for one year for $45 I feel pity for the merchant, as I know that the merchant will get only $21, plus a demanding customer who will visit their spa 8-10 times next year. That customer will take at least 2 hours of work time, so the spa will have a choice of paying their staff $10 per hour, or subsidizing that deal.

What's worse - that demanding customer will ask for a royal treatment, will refuse to pay full price for extra services and most likely will never return. Oh, yes, that customer surely will do one thing - he or she will go to Yelp or Google or whatever to give that business 1-star review.

The business model of Dealfind, and all others group-buy sites are straight-up Ponzi schema (just Google it!). I openly advocate for all merchants to stay away from this marketing method, as by doing opposite we devalue our industries and make our future profitability questionable.

Cheers!

Horrible products, terrible customer service, shipments are always late, products are the wrong types, models, sizes etc.
I bought a bathing suit that came more than 3 months after I ordered it and it wasn't the same as the photo I ordered from. I bought other clothing items that came 3 sizes too small.
They will never refund, you have to request your money back within 20 days of ordering, nothing ships before 20 days so you're always stuck with the garbage they send.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
With other, more reputable companies out there that are similar but stand behind their products, why waste you time with this MADE CHEAPLY IN CHINA CRAP that they want refund.
HORRIBLE

They are terrible
July 6, 2013

They are terrible. BEWARE! As well as the companies that sell things on their site. It seems that they are all crooks.

I purchased two alcohol testers that stated retails for $95 for sale for $19. Once I received it and saw the brand ipega I then saw the value was only $10. They are a rip off and NO EXCHANGES.

Also, they do not warn you that this will be a FOREIGN TRANSACTION on your credit card so on top of paying more for the items I'm being charged an additional fee since they are based in Canada. BEWARE don't be fooled by them. I contacted Customer Service they said that they can't do anything about it. WELL THEY SHOULD WARN CUSTOMERS THAT DON'T LIVE IN CANADA of these charges.

I have bought a few coupons through dealfind and there was something wrong with every single one. One of these reviews says that they are on the customer's side; that certainly isn't true, so apparently it isn't good for anyone.
I bought a dealfind an inn, and it was such a dump that I didn't even feel comfortable staying there. The only redeeming feature of the place was it's pool/hottub, which they failed to mention anywhere, including the inn's website, was closed for renovations. They refused to refund it even in part.
I bought a dealfind for hair services. Dealfind apparently failed to print the disclaimer that hair longer then shoulder length might incur an extra cost. The salon was super, but that was still a little annoying.
One was for glasses; except you could walk into the store and get them cheaper on a store deal. So there's a wasted 30 bucks.
They also ran an ad for a t-shirt that was pretty misogynistic. Similar sites sold the same shirt in a non-sexist way.
Anyway, overall I do not recommend. They don't stand behind their products, their deals are quite possibly $%!#, and they don't try to make it right. If you want a deal, you can find the same thing on Groupon, Teambuy, Living Social, etc.

Worst Experience ever!

1) I purchased a set of earrings and a necklace from the site and was excited about them. Eight weeks goes by and nothing. No product, no contact from them, nothing. I contact them and find out that the promotion was discontinued! I was asked to choose a replacement product and even that got discontinued so I FINALLY got my money back.

2) I purchased a tank top set recently from them. It was two months later and again nothing (you think I would have learned) I emailed them and all i get is "please give us three days to resolve the issue" and "your item has been shipped, we are sure, we just don't know where it is". Then it shows up, now it did say on the deal that "you may not get all the colours listed" but what I got was 10 (instead of 12) of DUPLICATE colours. What am I supposed to do with two of the same colour?!?! Then I get told "it shipped, nothing we can do. Sorry!" stay as far away from DealFind as you possibly can. Even TeamBuy who is now their partner, groupon is the ONLY one I have ever had a good experience with!
