I purchased a voucher that was never to expire. When I went to redeem it, I found out that the place was out of business. I emailed dealfind twice and both times they would not refund my voucher because I bought it more than 240 days ago. It shouldn't matter when I bought it. If the voucher does not expire and the shop is out of business, I think dealfind should be responsible, as they sold me the voucher. I am feeling like I was scammed. If this is their way of making money, they should be shut down immediately. "BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP AT DEALFIND/TEAMBUY"!

Dealing them has been a total nightmare for me, we bought 2 vouchers of
$85 for a 7 Inch Google Android 2.3 Tablet I from Fabuless and it has now been over 3 months since and I never got the product, they finally sent me an email telling me that they will not send the tablets and to request a refund and I did, I followed every step and have not got any reply back. Today I called to ask and as soon as I mentioned what happened they hang up the phone. They sells those "good deals" just to get all the money from the 1500+ customers knowing that they would not deliver the product, who knows what they do with the money from all this people all this months! BEWARE, and stay away!

Although I have purchased some great deals using dealfind, they were extremely unsupportive when I had to go to them with an issue about one if their third party companies. I suggest that anyone looking at http://www.customgifts360.com/ for the canvas offering, stay away. The quality of the product was extremely poor. When I received it, I asked them to reissue it thinking that it was an anomaly, but they would not do anything to replace the product siting that it was the best they could do. If that was the best they could do, I will do my best to let people know to stay away from them.

I've ordered two things from this site directly (Bottle aerators, crystal pendant). The aerators took well over a month to get to me. If I hadn't e-mailed them, who knows WHEN I would've received them. Guess what I'm waiting on now... the crystal pendant. Want to know when I bought this deal? 3 weeks ago. I just e-mailed them a few minutes ago and am now waiting on a reply. Please, let me save you from a load of anger... don't use this site. Ever.

After purchasing 3 products off of Dealfind, I decided to search up some reviews about Dealfind and Teambuy (stupid me decides to research AFTER buying from them). After reading SO MANY bad reviews, I got anxious and concerned about "Am I going to get ripped off? I can't return or refund these stuff cause it's final sale!"

So I had to wait for a few days to call since the Customer Service hotline were only open on weekdays... I gave them a call and I told them the honest truth, while being nice on the phone of course and I told them my situation. I informed the customer service rep that I purchased 3 items and I'm worried because I didn't want to wait too long for my delivery AND I also informed him of the many bad reviews that I saw everywhere online.

So he offered me a FULL refund, not the 'Teambuy or Dealfind dollar credits'. He said that it'll take up to 5 business days for the refund money to be on my credit card statement.

Beware buying vouchers from Teambuy and Dealfinder, they do not give refunds or credits for purchases that were made over 240 days ago when merchants don't honor the valid vouchers.
I have 3 vouchers with no expiration date, got rejected the first time, said not usable in the weekend, contact teambuy/dealfinder to get the refund, they said keep trying! Tried few more times, merchant said the don't accept vouchers from teambuy/dealfinder! Tried to get refund/credit from teambuy/dealfinder, got ZERO since over 240 days old!
Their policy doesn't protest their buyers, they shouldn't sell these kind of vouchers which have expiration day after 240 days of purchases, teambuy/dealfinder and merchants keep the money by not honoring the vouchers. Only winners is teambuy/dealfinder and the merchants.

I have used Dealfind 3 times and all three times I have not recieved the service I paid for and therefore needed a refund. This last time takes the cake. I purchased a Dealfind voucher for Affinity Limousine Service for $29.00. I booked my reservation on line as directed, but never received a confirmation from the company. I called them three times, and now their site is down. They credited my cc for $500.00! The cc was only to hold the reservation. Dealfind does not properly vett the companies they work with. I would never use them again except they don't refund cash, on their Dealfind Dollars. So beware!

I have purchased several coupons for restaurants and they have expired. 2 others the restaurants are out of business. Coupons clearly say that THEY NEVER EXPIRE. Trying to get the original value refunded is a hassle. Complaining to the Manager not possible as it is their policy and the hard headed Rep is stubborn and arrogant. Rep says the coupons expire after 270 days! So why does the coupon say THEY NEVER EXPIRE?
Sorry to have done business with them. Kindly stay away from these shady outfit as they are crooks of first kind. I do plan to escalate this matter further and will take legal action if need be.

We can only warn any potential Customer, we are Merchants who made Deals with this Company. Their Payments for the Merchant shares are either to late ( weeks & months later), or they paying you only part of it and claiming Accounting problems, regarding the merger between Teambuy and Dealfind.
They ruin the reputation of Companies as we the Merchants of course cannot Sent Items or Service Customers when we do not get paid for it.
Buyers please be aware, there are other Deal sites where the Customer and the Merchants can rely on.

It is now February 6th and I have not received my tablet yet. Worst yet I have been trying to get HipStreet to tell me the status of my order and they can not. I keep getting the run around and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. So far I am helpless as Dealfind has told me me they can't help deal with HipStreet. I will not make a dealfind purchase again because of this experience.

LOL when will I ever learn my lesson with dealfind.com :) I have purchased a desk, jewellery, sd card, razors (embarrasingly the list goes on) but have NEVER RECEIVED THESE ITEMS. At least dealfind.com customer service does eventually get back to you but it's not always what you want to hear (what do you expect from cheap labour out of North America). Luckily I have learned my lesson and I always charge these type of internet purchases on a credit card that can be easily disputed as long as you document the correspondence. Sadly dealfind.com does exclusively offer certain deals that no other site offers. Ugggghhhh.
