If i could i would give it zero stars. The worst customer service ever! Just everyone else has stated, they sell vouchers without expiry, the company buys themselves time by not answering calls or telling you they are all booked up, call us in a couple months, you complain to teambuy/dealfind and they say we'll look into it and get back to you which they never do. A great deal of time elapses, you call ghe company again and they no longer exist, so again you call teambuy and tey say oh sorry you're screwed, we can't refund you, and we have no record of you calling us the first time around. So you go red in the face, hang up the phone, and scream WTF?!

I am a customer
August 7, 2012

I am a customer. I purchased a cleaning voucher which will expire September 27,2012. After several attempts to use the voucher, I could not get in touch with the cleaning service. I asked dealfind for a refund and they refused. All they want to give me is dealfind dollars for some other voucher. I don't want to do business with them anymore. I just want my money back but they refuse. Everyone beware... don't do any business with dealfind.

Just to reiterate, Stay away from Dealfind. They obviously do no background screening for the fly-by-night businesses that they present. They have no integrity or customer loyalty and will do anything to make & hold on to your money. READ THE FINE PRINT. Makes me very leary about these on line services, but must say that Groupon & Amazon have always shown integrity. Not so with Dealfind!

I bought a voucher for 2 nights at a resort in Collingwood the georgian manor resort, turns out they have no more availability this summer after selling over 1000 vouchers, when I contacted deal find for a refund they said they could no longer refund me since I had purchased it over 2 weeks ago, I am so angry, this is a clear SCAM, not sure for what part the resort or the deal site. I have also seen the same resort advertised many other sites, why are they still selling if they have no availability, so that means i have just lost $89 dollars, did not get my resort stay and now what? How can they sell something like this, this resort have so many mad, really bad reviews I am just sorry i didn't read them before falling for this.

I'm a business that partner up to feature my business on dealfind/ teambuy. For anyone that decided partner up with them. Don't do it! After my feature close. It was a nightmare to get them to pay you for all the feature you sold. I'm still going after them for my last 40%.

Dealfind.com company partnered with a local "haul-away" service company. A number of months after buying the coupon, I phoned the company to schedule service.

The "haul-away" company refused to honor the Dealfind coupon, which was never supposed to expire. Dealfind then refused to refund the money that I spent with them instead offering "Dealfind dollars" as a refund, as per their policy.

Of course, after this company refused to honor their Dealfind coupon, I won't be using Dealfind again... so offering me "Dealfind dollars" is useless.

The policy to give refunds after a certain amount of time as "Dealfind Dollars", essentially, is "screw you, customer, we got your money and you can't do anything about it. Since you can't do anything about it, we are stealing that money and providing you with no services".

Stay away from Dealfind. Stay very far away.

Dealfind is not that bad like how some people mentioned. I always order vouchers and products from them. The vouchers always work. Only when I order products from them it takes a longer period for time for the products to arrive. Last time I ordered perfume but it never came so I contacted Dealfind and they refunded the money back to me, not the money credits that I must use but it's the actually money back. Sometimes the quality of the products they sell is not that good but I don't think that is in their control.

Dealfind is the worst deal site I've ever dealt with. I've made 3 purchases so far. The first one never arrived, I contacted Dealfind and they issued me a refund after a couple more phone calls. Since they did give me a refund, I thought I'd give them a second chance and made my second and third purchase at the same time (HUGE mistake). Received my second purchase late. It is now 3 weeks pass the supposed arrival date for my third purchase, contacted customer service and they told me it was on its' way 2 weeks ago. Call them again 2 days ago, said they have to contact the merchant. Nothing! Call them again today, said it's procedure to contact the merchant, AGAIN!. A bunch of useless people that works there! Don't know anything and can't make a decision about anything.
Go find your deals elsewhere. Dealfind is a waste of time and energy. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Least to say that there are a lot of individuals who have been ripoff by dealfind.com, myself included.

Dealfind needs to realize the unethical and illegal practice of their business and how much they have stolen money from individuals. By reading some post, I would estimate millions. Dealfind obviously does not respond or implement feedback from their customers. I think we have enough grounds to begin a class action lawsuit in Canada. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit? Any interest in starting one against dealfind? I know there is a classaction lawsuit in the US but any in Canada?

Let's keep the thread going online and enough people are interested, we should start looking to file a case.

I had a problem with a necklace that I ordered, the order was "lost". I supplied the voucher information and it was corrected. I contacted Dealfind twice for customer support and got none. They sell the coupons but don't support what they sell.

Finally the day before Christmas I received the necklace, and it is strung with real cheap sewing thread, and it broke first time out of the bag, actually as it was being taken out of the bag. The tag said for customer support, you must register within three days which I did and I have not heard anything from them since.

You buy deals that may or maynot occur, and there is no support for the consumer.

I bought a salon voucher for $99, value worth ($500 as advertised). On the coupon it said, voucher expires in Jan2013, but the amount paid, i. E. $99, never expires. I contacted the salon, to book an appointment for the $99, which I paid, and they said they cannot offer me any services, because dealfind did not give them any money, and when I contacted dealfind, they are telling me, we cannot help you, because it is upto the merchant. The customer rep was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. She was extremely extremely rude and she hung up hard on me when I asked her questions about my money. So basically I paid $99 and dealfind is not refunding my money or contacting the salon to honor the voucher. Bottom line, They just took my $99.

Per the details below, I purchased this deal on September 12,2012. As of this date, I have not received the product nor the promised refund from Dealfind. I cannot understand how this company is allowed to continue to do business in the USA. Every deal they offer has something wrong with it. I will never do business with them again and will file a complaint with the FTC to try to get them investigated and closed down.

On 10-Sep-2012 at 10:19pm you placed an order for 1 voucher to Dealfind Product ($39 for a 16-Pack of Men's Gillette Fusion Razor Cartridges, Including Taxes and Shipping (Up to $85 Value)). Your order is stored in our database as Order #**************-001. We have processed your order successfully, thank you very much!

They are going out of business. They just fired 30 people last week and claim they are making money. They would be lucky to making 1.2 million a year and thats being conservative. They hold companies' money because they have none, they send cheques to wrong addresses on purpose, and they have hidden fees everywhere in the contract.

Anyone looking for a job; DONT GO TO DEALFIND.

Once you establish enough business for them they don't require your services.

STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY. Mike and Gary squeeze everyone for what they can get out of you and throw you out like a used math quiz; everyone is just a number.

They claim you can make $85,000... with base and comm... haha. Livingsocial, Groupon, Wagjag, Teambuy and all the rest of the deal sites value you and your hard work.

I purchased a voucher for $59 for 3 massages ($225 value). Pretty good, right?! I tried for over a year to contact the masseuses and they never answered their phones or called me back. Called dealfind and was told that the establishment no longer accepted that promotion, but that since it had been over a year I couldn't get a refund. They did, however, send me an e-mail saying, "You are a valued customer, and we greatly appreciate your business and support. As such, we have issued a special one-time offer especially for you, $5 off a minimum purchase of $15."

Hahahaha what a joke. So glad it was only $59 and not the hundreds of dollars some people on here lost. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

I made the mistake of ordering with them. I got my order after 2 months, and after emailing back and forth with deal find. To make things worse, I only got half of my order and they won't reply to my complaints about it anymore. I tried unsubscribing, and the emails keep coming. Their unsubscribe system doesn't work! ANNOYING!

I ordered two vouchers for handyman services. There is no expiration date on the services - that is exxplicitly stated on the vouchers. I called to use the services 14 months after buying them. The merchant says they won't honor them because they have not been paid by dealfind. Dealfind won't refund my money because it has been over a year since I bought the vouchers, despite the fact that they are not expired as they have no expiration date. Dealfind also will not answer the question of whether or not they paid the merchant. After several rounds of my asking for information, dealfind got tired of dealing with me and told me they were closing the matter and, if I have further questions, I can contact customer service. I was, of course, dealing with customer (dis)service all along.

I bought something and they never sent it. When i emailed they said they could not find under my name or email and asked for the last 4 digits of my visa and the date of purchase. I did and they have not returned my emails. I wish i would have done a search before purchasing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have reported them to the BBB

Scam!
September 15, 2013

Scam! Stick with the better sites like Groupon and Socialshopper. Their customer service couldn't be worse and they scam you out of refunds that you are entitled to like when merchant stops accepting vouchers, or goes out out business, you are $#*! out of luck.

SCAMMER!
June 4, 2013

SCAMMER! I bought 2 vouchers worth 150 CAD. The merchant closed and I emailed them(dealfind) the situation, and they said they cant refund my money, so is it my fault that the merchant closed down? They said no expiration in the voucher. If you want to spend your money wisely dont EVER buy from them. THIEVE!
