I purchased a Dealfind voucher for Affinity Limousine Service for $29.00. I booked by reservation on line as directed and I have had no contact with the company since. I have called them three times, and now their site is down. They credited by cc $500.00! It was only suppose to hold the reservation. What is going on with this company?

I paid 25 for a Dealfind restaurant voucher. Is it kaput or will the restaurant honor it?

I purchased a voucher (#4302-4979) back in Sept. Tried to phone 1-888-668-6616 but couldn't get in. I contacted the support team who said they would gladly get in touch with Ramada and reserve Oct. 29 and 30th for me. I haven't heard anything from the support team since and am very frustrated that they haven't confirmed anything for me. I since asked them to cancel my voucher and credit my Mastercard Account but haven't heard anything, yet. Is this the type of service you give your paying customers? If so I don't want any part of Dealfind. I wonder if Dealfind aren't SCAM artists in disguise. NORM

DealFind no longer has someone answer their toll free number of 1-855-631-6368. It's just a recording. Is there a new number which actually reaches a real person?

You would have to check that site and find out what their policy is. I am sorry, but this the only answer that would apply. On the other hand, if the policy does not mention of this then I see no reason for not changing the name. Please get back to me. Bye Bye. Stuart S.
