Be sure to read the fine print as the actual price of the 'deal' can be more than doubled when you add in the hidden costs. A package of 2 massages offered at $29, turns out to be $79 when you add in the SC (company service charge, $15 per massage), plus 'travel fee' ($10 per massage). Plus on top of that you are expected to tip, generally 15% of the 'real' value, which is stated as $100 each. I didn't buy this deal as I noticed and queried these extra charges, but customer service just said they don't want you to worry about paying for these extra costs until you get the service - insane! Stay away, or read carefully!

SCAM! Don't bother buying anything from this site, they will take your money and go missing in action. Don't ever buy anything from Dealfind.com. I had purchased a coupon for haircut, and called the number to make an appointment, it was never answered. So I googled the name "The New Image" and it says that the business is closed. So I contacted Dealfind, com, they told me to keep calling the number and leave a clear message which I did several times with no reply whatsoever. And I contacted dealfind.com again several times about a month ago, and I still yet to hear from them. I guess since I'm not getting my money back, I feel the need to tell everyone to be careful buying anything from dealfind.com

As a person that has used Dealfind to advertise my small business I am surprised by some of the reviews here. Maybe the difference is that I took the time to actually read through my contract and negotiate certain terms with them instead of just getting over excited and blindly signing on the dotted line. I gave them a picture for my page and they had their guys add a nice border and some relevant text to it which I was happy with. Any errors that happened to make their way onto my page I had my sales rep fix immediately. Personally I feel I have had a good experience working with them and will consider doing it again in the future. As for redeeming coupons, we have honoured every coupon that has been redeemed by our customers, so not every company with them is a scam.

I learned from experience that you must check out the company (ratings, legitimacy etc) BEFORE you buy the voucher. Their refund policy is if you used it, you can't get a refund. So if you use the voucher and realize that the deal was a bad deal or you didn't get what you expected, you're out of luck. No refund whatsoever! So it is buyer beware and buy at your own risk. Their customer service promise is a bunch of b. S. as well. We want to make you happy but we won't give you a refund for lousy service. I will not be buying from them again, ever. Dealfind is only interested in getting new customers and not retaining existing ones. Stay away.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I have emailed them SEVERAL TIMES about getting credit (not even asking for a refund) for a business that relocated after I bought the deal. First of all, they don't even have a customer service phone number to call which probably tells you that they know it would get used way too much. Second, instead of a phone number, they have a "customer support form" you have to fill out if you want customer service. Well, i've sent about 7 of those so far and still have not heard from "customer service". I will no longer be using them for any future deals and I'd advise others to stay away!

I bought a deal from them in May of this year. When I received the product, it was not what I had ordered. I contacted Dealfind and told them the issue, they in turn told me to contact the company who ran the deal. I tried contacting the company every week for 6 months. 6 weeks ago I contacted Dealfind and told them the issue. At first they emailed back right away, but it has now been 4 weeks since I have heard anything from them. They run horrible deals and fill their offers with cheap gross products that you could buy for half the price in store. Unfortunately I have had about $100 in credits with them (because they refused to actually refund me on a deal I bought a year ago) and I still have not found anything worth purchasing, a year later.

I've purchased deals from Dealfind in the past and not had problems but, within the last year or so, I've had some bad experiences. A few times, the companies offering the deals have disappeared and it has taken months to finally get a refund. Within the last 2 weeks, Dealfind has really gone downhill in customer service (or NON-service). I have had to send e-mails repeatedly for 2 weeks and not gotten ANY response while trying to get a refund. And the last straw is they removed my Dealfind Dollars from my account. I had 42 Dealfind Dollars and bought something for $19.00. That should have left $23.00. When I tried to use this balance, I found it was no longer there. Once again, I have sent numerous e-mails asking them to address this issue and have had NO response-(other than the computer-generated acknowledgement of the 1st e-mail. I do not want to do business with Dealfind ever again. They are THIEVES!

In 2011 I paid $44.00 for a $275.00 voucher for Perimeter Home Services with NO EXPIRATION DATE. I attempted to redeem it when purchased but was told by the person on the phone that they were booked until the next year. I held onto it until I needed home repairs and called them again this year. This time the person told me that "you must have the wrong number". I advised dealfind and was offered a $5.00 discount. This was unacceptable and I requested a full refund which they refused. They posted a deal for a fraudulent company and refuse to refund their victims. Do not allow this disreputable organization to get your money!

I have a few vouchers that do not have expiry dates but did not know that these companies went out of business I contacted Dealfind and they will not give me a credit or refund. This is HIGHWAY robbery as they have your money without delivering a product or service. They have all this free money as these merchants that went out of business did not get paid unless you have redeemed your vouchers.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Boycott Dealfind and Teambuy. This can be a class action lawsuit if everyone come forward.

Paid for a tablet computer on Dec 26,2011. It is now Feb 17,2012. Still have not received it. Multiple emails and phone calls later. Unable to reach partner site (Fabuless.com). Dealfind also can 't reach them. Total loss = $97.00. Would say that Dealfind offers to refund. Proof will be in the pudding. Will update this review. Dealfind admitted their problems with Fabuless, however, they needed to do their due diligence and research their partner sites.

This is a total SCAM and please avoid this site if possible. I paid for Lawn service with Voucher #5807-0314 without expiration date, but the phone numbers led me to a genuine family and they were very angary with many calls to them.

The Redeem by Phone *******661 will take you to a long distance charge even within the free call range! Unfortunately this website had been widely promoted before it was caught cheating customers.

I ordered 2 of the faux fur lined coats on Dec 12 2013 Received one on Feb5. The fit was terrible, way too short in the arms, too tight in the shoulder area and the belt no where near large enough to properly do up. I received the second jacket that was ordered on the same day on Feb 6 I refused the item, so I`m waiting another 2-3 months to see if they will credit my credit card or just rip me off. Sure wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this site. I have been shopping online for many years now and this is by far my worst shopping experience so far. DON`T order anything from this company!
