Nearly three weeks later i have a non working tracking number a no clear sign of a resolution. Had to escalate a claim with Paypal against Dailysteals and via my credit card company. No response from Dailysteals and refund has been granted. What an utter waste of time.

I ordered a SONY Home Theater Center speaker of EBAY,
After waiting 2 weeks and checking tracking #, and watching Item move from Miami, Fla --> North Brunswick, NJ... I finally received the parcel.
Upon opening the box, and removing tons of packing material, I pulled out a used Clock Radio, covered in a thick layer of dirt.
No response to countless emails to this "Rip Off Company".
I sent the item back to them after Verbally wrestling with EBAY & My Bank.
Let's see if I get a refund ~

Better yet ordered two NFL warm up suits back in October 2021 fedex said del except occurred told me to tell shipper to put claim on it. Sent ticket after ticket after ticket. They just. Close my tickets now. And no refunds to date. Never again
I don't want to give even a single star. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I got outraged when none of the DailySteals customer service never responds to my inquiries.
I ordered a product on 11/29 and recieved an order number. I was told that i would recieve my shipping details in 24/48 hours. Its been 10 days now with no info. However when i login back to my account in the Dailysteals surprisingly it shows that i donot have any orders. Nor can we reach them or can call them. They are simply playing with us. I have opened nearly 7 tickets in the last 1 week with no minimum response to atleast 1 ticket... not even a single case number has been responded back. Such a pathetic and adamant customer support. I was charged on my CC the minute i placed my order, shameless people.

I received an email asking me to use an enclosed link to renew my account (it has been a while since I purchased things). The link took me to an insecure site and asked for my password.
I used my bookmarks to access the DS and my browser tells me the secure site is untrusted. The login site was not a securre site.
I have had several good experiences in the past, but there seems to have been a lot of problems recently.
I would not trust this site in the future.
There business name says it best... DAILY STEALS... There goal is not return customers, but more like who we stealing from today? I ordered shirts for a social and the sizes ran very small. I placed a second order for larger sizes while waiting for a return label for the original order. Once my order was processed, they sent me an email stating "All Sales Final (Not indicated on item at all) & Quantity of 10 or more are CONSIDERED Wholesale and not returnable". YES, A TOTAL RIP OFF! This site is truly one I would not recommend shopping on for self or your business. Don't become one of there Daily Steals.
I have been trying for 10 days to resolve an issue with an order I received. Number one I received a product that is clearly marked on the label FOR EXPORT, ONLY NOT FOR SALE IN THE USA. I e-mailed customer service immediately and explained the situation and told them I wanted a refund. Two days later I received an e-mail asking me to send them pictures of the product I received which I did. Then I was asked to send them Pictures of the package the product came in and again I did. Then three days later I received another e-mail telling me they were working on the problem and it would be resolved shortly. It has been a week and I still haven't heard from them. I don't understand what the problem is, you sold me an illegal product. I want my money refunded.
I ordered KN95 masks to use for Covid-19 Omicron, and not until they arrived is it indicated on the package non-medical use. That was very misleading. Also, the advertising did not indicate "All Sales Final", and the company wrote back (when I asked to return for a refund) that it was an "All Sales Final" product and I could not return and get a refund. Also very misleading... I have a pdf of my receipt, but not a jpg.
I bought a pair of earbuds three weeks ago. One of the earbuds does not come on or charge. I sent an email to Dailysteal customer support. I have not gotten a reply. I resent the email 3 times and still have not gotten a reply. I hve checked my junk mailbox regularly to make sure it didn't go there. I am very disappointed. It think it is unfair to not allow a faulty product to be return or replaced. I will never shop this site again because if the product does not work you are stuck with it.
Daily Steals is a total scam. I ordered something for my son for Christmas and when it FINALLY arrived it was damaged. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a month now with ZERO luck.
The product I purchased was shipped UPS in a box without any packing material at all. The box was crushed and so were the items.
I requested a Return and even sent pictures, but they denied the return stating, "as a final sale site, I am unable to approve a return for the reason you have provided."
In other words, if you don't like what they send or it is damaged, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
Stay away from dailysteals.com and icemonkey.com AT ALL COSTS.

Yes, the prices are low, but only 1/4th of the time you'll receive your item in good conditions! Plus. Delivery takes FOREVER!

Carrier USPS. Reported delivery done on June 01. Nothing received bed here. I was home all day. No delivery man came to our door.

I've purchased many items from Daily Steals and have had good transactions and bad ones... I mainly blame myself for not researching specific items before purchasing BUT some of their items do lack the quality one would expect to see. (especially if the deal looks too good to be true) Having said that, I just had to deal with their customer service team to cancel an order on a poorly advertised laptop. Within 24 hours, I received a CLEAR response that my order has been cancelled and that they will issue a full refund in 7-10 business days. I go to the site, login to my account and voila, order cancelled... I go to paypal and the return is already being processed! Four Stars overall, I'd deal with them again BUT again, LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!
The worst mistake i could of made was making a purchase thru this website. I ordered on Jan 19th 2018 what i believed to be a great deal 4 pairs of joggers for $30.00 which was reffered by Brads Deals. Like everyone else on here only recived 3 pairs. What happened to the other pair? No one knows ive been back and forth woth emails and still nothing. No customer service number either to actually be able to speak to a human being. Just SHADY! If i would of read these reviews first i would stood away looks like they take your money amd send your partial order.
Sent email to request RMA number and shipping instructions to return "defected battery HTC One M9". The item described "fully function" + "unlocked", but shipped non-functional and still locked phone. I am still waiting for their response as of today. If they keep silence I will have to go to my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Daily Steals sells defective products and then makes the return process so difficult that most people just give up. I've spoken with others who've had the same experience and have given up. THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL.

They don't respond to emails, and when you call their automated system keeps you on hold for unreasonable periods of time. I finally held for over an hour to get through. I was then lied to and told that they did not receive any of the three emails I sent. It's now been over a month and I have still not received a refund.
