Order Not Delivered

Placed an order for Windscribe PRO VPN. Did not get a working tracking number and got a message from them saying to contact USPS as they could not complete the delivery. How can I contact them without a valid tracking number?

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION - AMAZON has same or better prices and terrific customer service than dailysteals.com or dailysteals on Ebay!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Ordered a product - needed to switch shipping address 30 seconds later - then received an email they could not switch address. I then requested to cancel order as no one would be there for 3 months to receive. Then a few hours later I received an email saying they shipped.

Ebay was little help either as they said I must deal with them. dailysteals.com name seems to be appropriate.

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION - AMAZON has same or better prices and terrific customer service!

Avoid "dailysteals" on EBAY at all costs!

Ordered an xbox elite controller for xmas. They purposely delayed responding to my request until after 30-days from delivery in order to avoid refunding me.

They are trash--AVOID.

Horrible ordeal with this company. Ordered an air fryer. They sent the wrong item. Emailed them about their mistake the same day (Friday). When I heard back I got a form letter saying responses take "Typically around 2-3 business days, keep in mind we are closed on the weekends." I felt a week was too long and I asked for a quicker response. They ignored me so I opened a paypal dispute. Only then did Daily STEALS send a return label and say I must return it within 7 days. BUT it looked like I'd have to pay for return shipping for a big heavy appliance. So I emailed asking to clarify who pays for shipping. No reply. I ask again. And again. Days go by and I conclude that they're running down the clock so the 7 day return period expires. I try to call paypal to report Daily STEALS' antics and paypal has NO agents working because of "the virus." At this point Daily STEALS has been jerking me around for a full week. So I call my credit card bank and report the incident and they do a charge back. That's the reason I use credit cards of course, for buyer protection against sleazy merchants.

Truly a "steal"

Bought Ipod shuffle knockoff in Sept... dead on arrival... no instructions, no brand name... wanted replacement after 4 emails give RA. Sent it back... sent it back.
Got email saying it was shipped... tracking in email did not show delievery.
Sent 4 more emails all ignored... letter to pres... ignored. Both this site and one sale a day are owned by the same hasidic Jews and they know they can make big money by selling defective goods, used goods etc. I FILED A COMPLETE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF NY, CONSUMER FRAUD... and sent a copy to their $#*!ing lawyer...

Purchase was not shipped for 14 days after payment. There is no Customer Service telephone number. Contact to customer service is via email only. They took 4 days to reply to my email. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST internet shopping site I have ever purchased from. REPEATED PROBLEMS AND THEY DON'T SHIP ON TIME. Long waits for everything!. STAY AWAY!

Slow shipping

I am no stranger to slow shipping. I've waited weeks, even months, for items (from other sites) to arrive. However, that was with proper notification up front. I was told by the people that I ordered items from that shipping would take some time. This website makes the claim that shipping is done in a timely manner. That items are usually shipped with 24-48 hours of ordering. When I made my order for my items, I did in fact receive a notification (with shipping number) that my item had been shipped right away. Great! A week later, I'm checking to see what's up with shipping, and the shipping website says that they are still waiting for my package to even be picked up/arrive at the shipping facility! The company created the order to ship it out, and then never sent it! I don't mind waiting for items to arrive typically, but I needed these items for a trip I'm leaving for in a few days, and now it's looking like there's no way I'm going to receive it in time. If I had known shipping would take this long, I would have ordered something else, or taken my business elsewhere. The least you could do is be honest with people who are paying you for your services.:-/

What a SCAM
February 14, 2022

I order a case of puppy food for our new puppies from them thinking I was saving a couple of bucks WHAT A MISTAKE! I ordered a case which contains 12 13.5 oz cans as shown on the site and at every store I buy from However this morning I got a package…… a very SMALL package…… ONE can of puppy food and it's all messed up! I'm LIVID right now. These guys are scam artist and ripoffs spend the extra couple bucks trust me!

Ordered a military bag

When the bad was ordered, the shipping address was missing the apt number. I caught up on the error, and edited the shipping address, long before they even shipped it out, solve they said they couldn't ship it out due to the error. So it was shipped out, and to my surprise it was shipped out with the apartment number missing... Seriously?

It went out for delivery but couldn't be delivered due to the error. I have been emailing jammin butter repeatedly, and they have not responded to any emails. Now i spent hard earned money for nothing at all... Poor service! Theives... They have no point of contact.

False Advertising
March 20, 2015

Daily Steals advertised a NEW iPad Air, 64gb, wifi with a one year warranty for $399 plus tax, free shipping.It said that it would come in a white box.

When I received the iPad, it came in a white box with a charger that was not the original. I called Apple to register the iPad and when they traced the serial number, they determined that the iPad was used (refurbished) and that the warranty was expired. I contacted Daily Steals 2 days ago but have not yet received a response. I have filed complaints with BBB, PayPal and any other consumer sites.

I am hesitant to return the iPad for a refund based on Daily Steals poor reputation of honoring refunds.

I should have known better and purchased an iPad from Apple... the source!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Never received the $400 IMAC I purchased and the company sent a fake tracking number. I called all mail service carriers and no one could trace or identify the tracking #. SCAM COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK! DO NOT BUY HERE!
