I Bought the Mcrosft 365 Family subscription for 15 months, Received the Product code 2 days later in my email, But before i could Redeem the product code somebody else Redeemed ii. I asked for a refund or another Product code then they were blaming me that my email ID was not secure and somebody else has access to my Email. They were trying to insinuate that I am liar. I do buy downloadable digital software from Amazon, Costco, Sams club etc and I never had such an experience. This is the first time I had to deal with it, they ripped me of $89.99 plus tax, on their site the subscription price was $40 cheaper than waht was in Amazon that was the only reason I Got it from them.

I bought to Daily Steals severas times and never HAD a complain.
But last month I bought an IPad Air and never received.
I let they know it, the aswered me they're going to investígate about it.
I am waiting their response. I hope they Find any solución before Christmas because it was a gift to my wife
I placed an order with Daily Steals for a laptop. They sent me the laptop with the wrong selected specs. I send it in for a refund and they told me they would not refund me the shipping, even though they sent the wrong product. The response back was ridiculous, 'We didn't promise a 120 GB hard drive', but they had it as a selectable option, and the price changes when you select any of the different choices. So it seemed some good 'I never lose an argument' dynamic was put in play by the 'customer service rep', who could have been the same guy who actually shipped the product. It felt like a small operation with little or no business rules process.
It's been over a week beyond the promised five business days and they still haven't refunded me. I'm worried they won't even refund me, which will mean I lost hundreds of dollars on an item I thought I'd save a few dollars on.
In short, the customer service is bad.
Save your money. Do not buy.
What I got was a complete off brand knock off version of what they advertised. Made a ticket to ask for the actual item that was advertised or a refund. Support jerked me around telling me to keep waiting 2-3 business days more then twice. Just to get another email saying that my ticket has been closed. They closed my ticket without even talking or trying to resolve the issue.

They've been jerking my chain since June. Every ticket says something different, that is when they finally reply. They sent wrong item ( appears to be their MO). First I told them I wanted what I ordered, they said they don't do replacements. Finally I said give me my money back, Now they say they have shipped it from Warehouse. No matter how many times I've sent a "Ticket" stating I want a refund I have been ignored. DO NOT order from this rip-off company, you'll be sorry.

Sent the wrong model of the product I ordered. W/out realizing the switch I used it, then noticed that there were attachments missing. Customer service was clueless (wanting me to return it so they can send the missing parts.?). Seems the one I got doesn't take attachments (only reason I bought the thing). They sent me something wrong and won't take it back. Just horrible knowledge of your inventory. STAY AWAY

Placed an order and received an email an hour later from this scam company cancelling my order. I contacted customer service to check the status of my refund. They said they were having technical difficulties and it would be a few days before I receive my refund. Two weeks later still no refund. Now, I have to wait 90 days to receive my refund once my credit card company determines they are a fraudulent company. This fraudulent company doesn't even deserve one star.

Ordered a king sized sheet from them. The sheet that arrived was a full. When I requested a refund they sent me a return label that didn't have shipping paid. 20 dollars to return something that they messed up. Seems to me their scam is sending you the wrong item that costs significantly less.

This dailysteals are scammers. When you order, you never hear from them and then they tell you they have issued a refund and they are lying. Buyer beware! This is a dangerous site. I ordered one airfryer and was charged twice. When I contacted customer support and explained I only ordered one (I live alone) but was charged for two, they said well, your package must have been stolen. I told them I have lived here for 35 years and know all of my neighbors and have never had a single thing stolen from my home, including packages. UPS showed a package being delivered at 11:53 a.m. on 6/1 and a second "package" 2 minutes later. However, there was not a second package. I sent them my Ring doorbell video date stamped 11:54 a.m. and it shows only one package yet they still said it must have been stolen. These people are incompetent and I will never order from them again. Took this issue to my bank who willingly reversed the second charge based on the information I supplied. I should have check this review site before purchasing anything!

First purchase was perfect. Follow up purchase horrible, not shipped as described. Non-Existent customer service. Multiple attempts to contact with ZERO response.
Had to dispute the charges, bigger pain than the money I thought I was saving. Buy from a reputable source, and buyer beware.
Update: customer service eventually responded and the missing items arrived in time for Christmas. Customer service delivered once contact was made.
Ordered an item based on the model they advertised. They sent me the incorrect model and have yet to replace or refund me. Takes forever to get a response. Do not use this company. Items don't even come in original packaging. Almost like they are returns from other stores. As you can see model number on order is not what I received and does not work like the one advertised that I ordered.
Never again! The only steal on this site is them stealing your money. I thought I was getting a bargain "10 different maybelline nail polishes for $11.99" they pick them for you so you don't know which color you will get, which was fine. The problem was that I got 3 same black ones, three same navy, two same dark blue, a lighter blue and white. Don't be fooled like I was.
AWFUL. HORRIBLE. BEWARE. They have good prices but beware. Once I ordered a "refurbished' digital frame. When it finally arrived after two weeks it was chipped, something was loose inside. Basically it was damaged junk. My next order, well, I don't know what I'm going to get. It's been 15 days and still no product. The people who run this company should be arrested!
No instructions or canopy included with the cage. Box was torn open all along one side and had multiple hoes in it. Have emailed customer service twice and received no response back. No contact phone number on the website to call. Would not recommend buying from them.
It's amazing how their website shows nothing but 5 star reviews. Especially since I submitted a 1 star review. Do not order from this company unless you have a month to wait for it. Terrible customer service as well.
Some minor scratches on the body that are pretty noticeable. Thought there would be fewer of them but it's not too bad. The phone still functions perfectly fine and buttery smooth, just as I had hoped. Would definitely buy a phone again from these guys but now with a slightly different mind set.
I was informed my item shipped and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking link never showed it as actually being accepted by the USPS. That was over a month ago. Despite 9 ticket replies "Brandon" keeps auto replying "We are working on a resolution for you right away. Please be attentive to an email update." -- They never respond with anything else or update anything for that matter. I've contacted Paypal to cancel this order. "Daily Steals" is the perfect name for this company.

I have bought several items from the site. Initially it was OK. It took a little longer than expected to get the items. Now it's increasing worse. First weeks and now over a month. Getting help from them is impossible. I received a response to my question about a week later and it was absolutely no help. I enjoy online deal sites but I will never use this one again. If you're looking for deals I would recommend Woot.com. They ship fast and answer question in a timely manner. Avoid Dailysteals if you want your product in a timely manner. My detailed ratings may look a little unusual but how can you give free shipping anything but 5 stars and the quality of the products is not the issue for me.
