The name of the site is appropriate because they steal from consumers. After waiting too long for the item to ship, they shipped me the wrong item. Their "easy return" promise is a lie. When I try to request a return authorization, their on-line system says that my order has not shipped. They keep sending me ridiculous circular responses to my e-mailed requests for help. Do not order from this company. They are a complete rip-off.
Purchased a gaming chair and it doesn't roll properly. Company said I could return but they are not liable for return shipping. I had some questions about that and how to take the chair apart. Have not heard back from the business (been 3 days) and I only have 7 days to return it. There is no phone number or other way to contact this business. Shipping will cost as much as what I paid for the chair. This is ridiculous.
Received Rayban sunglasses that would fit either a Neaderthal or ET. They resemble more like clown glasses then anything a normal human would wear. Horrible quality with hard plastic frames. Not impressed at all. $60.00+ down the drain.
Don't ever buy a Mystery Box from Daily Steals, mine arrived today, what a joke, old filthy items, children's toys from many years ago. When they say stuff packed back in the warehouse, they mean it! Paid $37 for what I thought might be a fun extra Xmas gift, good thing I opened the junk package. Tried to put a review on their website, wouldn't take it, probably because it was a one star!
After 3 weeks and complaining there and here, they responded not only with a credit but the ability to buy it for no charge. More than I expected but only complaint is why did I have to complain here! Thank you sitejabber! I can't hold this against them as they went beyond the request. Thank you!
I have bought many items from this company. First it takes a long time for them to ship. Sometimes 10 days, but most of the time 3 weeks. I had some items not never arrived and when contacted them they always refund my money. The quality has being good on sheets and other things. You have to keep in mind that they are cheaper than a lot other place, so I have not bought anything electronic like computer, phone etc. becuase they are usually returned and you might be playing with luck (you could get something good or get an abuse item).
Never EVER consider shopping there. They misrepresent the product, they do not respond to multiple emails, it takes bazillion emails to get a return label over a month later. So I shipped it back (with a confirmation signature). Can tell that it's been received and signed for a week ago. And - silence. No emails. No reimbursement. If I don't hear from them in the next few days I'm opening a case against them on Paypal. They got one thing right - the STEALS part. Don't be me - take your business to a reputable seller.
It's been 22 days since I ordered from this site. After 2 weeks, my item did not show shipped, so I contacted them. It took 3 days and 8 contact requests before someone responded. It is now 8 days since I first contacted them. They have updated my item to shipped but the tracking number gives me no information and if I go to the UPS site it shows that the tracking number was delivered 3 months before I ordered it, and went to the other side of the country. Instead of simply sending me one or refunding my money, they are dragging it on and on saying that it was forwarded to a manager but this manager doesn't seem to exist? I have given up on getting a resolution. I feel they stole from me and am allowing my bank to deal with them. STAY AWAY!
First they couldn't make any changes to my order and then sold me something that reads it's supposed to cause cancer and birth defects or reproductive harm. These guys are scammers and should not be in business.
I placed an order on May 29th. While I realize there is a lot going on in the world, for a company that tells you they have a product in stock they take their sweet time getting it out apparently. I have submitted 2 customer service requests and have gotten nothing but "thank you for submitting your request" emails and haven't heard anything back. Still have not gotten any sort of shipping notification after 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS. This site is either a scam or a site like wish where you don't get what you're paying for. Hey daily steals, when can I expect an 90 dollar check in the mail for my package?
This website is horrible. They sell the item that doesn't exist in their store. I bought router from them and it has been 3 weeks. When I send an email its hard to get response and finally they said they don't know when the item is going to ship or cancel the order.
Almost all items are way over priced when showing the original retail price. Most items are just a few dollars better than other sites. From personal experience, if an item says recertified it seems that someone wiped it down with a towel and sent it out. Scratches, dents, dirt and all. The site says it usually takes 6 business days to send out the item. Of the few items i have ordered, they've all taken about a month to receive. And don't expect a tracking number. When you look up the order status it doesn't show any updates even months after you have already received the item.
They debited my account on Jan. 3,2014. No info after that except saying they sent out a laser pointer?? Something I ordered from them 2mo. prior. No way to contact them at all!!!! I tried emailing them,calling them(all the phone number does is tell you to email them??). All their "contact us" links go to one kind of page. If you click Submit on this page after filling out,NOTHING HAPPENS. It is a hoax and had to go to bank and dispute charges. Stay away from this site. They almost took my $30 except I used a debit card and my bank will refund any fraudulent transactions.

Anyone who's ACTUALLY used the DailySteals website would NOT write a review saying how easy they are to work with and how simple their website is... because it's NOT THE CASE. Plus, to say that they have fast / prompt shipping? Far from it. For everything I've ordered, it's shipped several weeks after the order date (and well-after they collected my money!). Returns? Well, I hope you don't have one, because it's a BAD time.

This place seems like a total scam. They didn't send ANY tracking information after the first week, then I ended up receiving the product almost 2 weeks later. I ordered 2 pebble watches. 1 came without a box and worked, the other was DOA. Getting them to respond to any communication for an exchange was a joke. They ended up contacting me almost 3 weeks after the actual order informing me they were out of the watches and all they would be able to do was refund me my money. Do a simple google search and look at their reviews. You'll think twice about shopping there.

I have ordered a dozen products from this site and all has gone well. BUT I do not expect timely shipping or good customer service from a site whose return police is "All Sales Are Final." I order name brand items that are deeply discounted (90%), and my order NEVER exceeds $25. I carefully search the web to verify the value of their merchandise and order only items that meet my criteria. I would not recommend this site for medium/expensive merchandise.
I submitted my order on Sept 20th and have yet to receive a tracking number or anything. There is no communication from them to even let you know that your package was delayed. There is no correspondence at all. All I know is that USPS is awaiting the item for the last 10+ days. What is the hold up? It'd be nice if they'd actually keep their customers in the loop especially when the customer has already PAID for said item.

I've used them sparingly over the past couple of years. My first order was a Palm Pixi that was exactly as advertised. I recently bought an iPad mini 2, that was supposed to be new, in a white box (retail), and have a full warranty. When I finally received it after a two weeks, the item came in a generic box, with a non-Apple charger, and a serial number that puts the item out of warranty (I checked on Apple's website). Thus I essentially received a non-Apple refurb. Extremely disappointed in them and will no longer be doing business as they falsified the product and took forever to ship the product. They're fine for smaller non-major items, but major electronics just look elsewhere.
Bought Logitech keyboard that was shipped out approx. 10 days after order was placed. They provided UPS shipping number that tracked the package to my local post office. From there its been a nightmare. I contacted DailySteals 12 days after tracking shows my package arriving at local post office and "Izzy" advised me to contact local post office to see where my package was. I advised Izzy only the mailer can make a claim on a lost package and ask for refund of my money. No response. "Izzy" must be waiting on his own keyboard. Customer Service Sucks!
