I was told four days for shipping and then nothing. I check the tracking number and they gave me and it was a place holder cause the ticket from them was just created but that was it. I reach out and they send me back an auto email with the tracking number that says they have not even given the product to ship yet so I wait another day and fed ex gets the package and ships it. Still no answer why or even a sorry :(
BEWARE! This site sells lot of refurbished items, consider them one level down than described. Usual Grade A can be their Grade B/C. Look for all description and fine prints, item will be mostly what all fine print says, wont be better than that. Only way to contact them is email and wait. Response times are poor, returns can take months, return shipping will be most likely on you.
I will never buy from this site evenif item is 80% off. Images of grade A laptop which I wanted to return.
My experience with daily steals could not have been better. Though I unfortunately had an issue with the product I received, the merchant was understanding and allowed me to return it for a full refund. The whole transaction was pleasant and easy. I would definitely see myself ordering from them again in the future!
I ordered a boss mini speaker. It supposed to be a new item. However it didn't come with the original box nor necessary cable. There were a lot of scratches on the speaker. It was way far from "new".
I returned them, but never got the money back! They basically steal my money and time.

Expected delivery date was accurate from the beginning, and the tracking option included was reassuring throughout. After about a week, I'd say the phone has performed to my expectations and I'm very pleased with it. Screen looks great, and everything seems to operate perfectly. A few signs of wear on the outside, but those are completely unnoticeable with a cover.
If you buy anything on dailysteals.com the chance will be that you receive an item not matching their description or never receive it at all. That's what happened with me and I never received any refund or help from their customer support
Going on 11 days now. They finally created the USPS shipping label at 9 days. Yet, they haven't actually shipped the item. They claim they are having a problem with the shipper. I call BS on that one. This must be a home based business out of a basement somewhere. Will not do business with again and I would advise anyone else to steer clear.
The customer service of this company is non-existent. I bought $1400+ worth of stuff and it never got to me, had to dispute it with my bank. There is no number to call and the customer support takes days to respond, and when they respond with absolutely no resolution, they close the case so that you cant reply. Daily STEALS is right, these people are scammers. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

Daily Steals has failed to deliver the products that I have paid for.
When I contacted Daily Steals via their portal to inquire on delivery, weeks after I had ordered the item, I was told to "allow an additional few days for this item to ship and tracking information to become available". Upon checking status though their portal The order now showed that the item had been delivered but it was not. I tried contacting Daily Steals again but they have not replied, after multiple request.
No refund was provided and further efforts at communication have been met with silence.
A cursory search of the web will reveal numerous accounts of fraud; how they'll take payment but will not deliver the purchase product.
Moreover, they'e been practicing this type of business for years, using two different websites through a holding company (Chaos Commerce Inc.).
Beware! Do not buy anything from them.
Horrible customer service. With over a weeks delay, they still have not sent me a return authorization for an item they sent that was not even what I ordered. Am just told that I will have to keep waiting for them to look into. Not acceptable for an online company in today's world. Quite frustrated with their service and very disappointed as have had a good relationship with them in the past, having placed many online orders. Will be questioning doing any more business with in the future because of this.
I ordered some Ray Ban glasses from them and in their own product description and photos they said they were tortoise print. I received the item and they were a copper color. I have been contacting the company for days to get an exchange or refund since they were falsely advertising the product. No response or even that they're looking into it. Don't waste your money there.
I bought 3 air friers. One for myself and 2 as gifts. I opened mine up and have used it a total of two times. Each time I use it the door falls off. I contacted customer service. The positive is they did reply after 2 weeks. They sounded all helpful and positive. Asked me for info and pictures. Which I sent. Then the last email they informed me they would not help me. I will not be buying from them again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I placed an order with this company on 3/4/2022. By March 13,2022 I never received a confirmation or shipping status nor a tracking number. I did emailed them several times and no response. Luckily, I paid them $138.00 using my PayPal acct. I requested my money back and PayPal did refund my money in its entirety. The Refurbished Dell Computer I purchased, turned on, held a charge and appears to be in good working order. Only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the exterior, around the keyboard feels a trifle sticky.
Avoid this site. Although I have received a number of good items for very low prices, I have found that some of their higher priced items (still less than $100) are not shipped with the accessories shown that are needed to operate the items. When I tried to contact them, I got NO answer. AVOID! When ordering electrical or tech items stick with Tiger Direct. In the 5+ years I have dealt with them I have had one problem which they corrected very quickly to my satisfaction. You can also get great deals on eBay from highly rated sellers.
They take your order, charge your card, then don't deliver or provide status. When you finally ask about it (4+weeks) they cancel it. What a fraud! Don't buy anything you actually want to get from these guys. Completely unreliable and unethical!
Bought a phone from dailysteals.com recently, website stated it was unlocked and did not state it was carrier unlocked, so that being said the phone does not work on my network. Emailed 3 times to return the phone in a week's time and still no response. I would not recommend this shady take your money and be gone seller. I have opened a PayPal claim and hopefully this will get resolved.
I ordered two Amazon Echo speakers (Gen 1 and Dot) - which were shipped together (sold as a pair) for $55 and arrived with a damaged power plug (bent) such that it could not be plugged in. The bottom of the Echo Gen 1 also appears to have been opened, and re-glued. So I created a return support request the same day, since no phone number or email could be found, and included a photo and all information. I requested a return mdse authorization/instructions for me to return it. After no reply I created a second request, same details. Days later they replied stating they received my request and would reply in 2-3 days. It's been weeks with no response from them, despite my frequent re-posting of my request for follow-up. I finally contacted my credit card company, who reviewed the matter and issued me a credit to my card, stating they with this company on my behalf. I will never purchase from them again, and blame myself for not researching their bad reputation before doing so.
I ordered 3 phones from them because the deal looked good. They assigned a UPS tracking number to my order 3 days ago but still not shipped. I sent them emails and tried to contact through their page, but got no response. I may have to go through my credit card bank to get my money back. Will never shop with them again.

Absolute junk. Purchased two "refurbished" electronic devices, a Samsung Tab and Logitech 1000 remote. Neither was anywhere near the condition indicated. Both were very well worn from use, had barely even been dusted off let alone cleaned, shipped with no manuals or documentation whatsoever.
The battery shipped with the Logitech doesn't fit the device and both the Part# and Serial# were scratched off.
No refunds whatsoever. Never. Again.
Answer: Yes, worst customer services experience in my memory not worth any savings.
