Steals your money daily! Took from my bank account nothing sent no refund received a email order cancel due to fraud however took my money received confirmation order placed after took my money say fraud Nothing about refunding me in a crisis now I have no phone and took my money. I have children and have to spend more money for a phone than grocery while wait not only that I text the number they sent me another confirmed thank you for my order then started to continue texting me so how am I fraud when my money was took email confirm and took my money cash from bank not a secondary payment like credit card or finance company. They also have reports on better business bureau with two different addresses and no phone number BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a camera on 12/27/11. Their site says it shipped the same day but the UPSMI tracking number they provided still shows no information 3 weeks later. I have tried to contact them multiple times (their "LIVE CHAT" has been offline for the past 3 weeks) and have yet to even get the courtesy of a response. I have ordered numerous times from them with no problem but this experience makes me wonder if they're not going out of business and just ripping off as many as they can until they get cut off.

I purchased 2 pairs of 3d glasses from them which arrived in a nonworking/ noncharging condition. After a month of going back and forth, and constantly asking for a status update they finally send a replacement which don't work either.

Wow, sorry to see so many people have had bad experiences. I've bought everything from car bluetooths to vacuum cleaners, I've always gotten my stuff in good condition and always working. I see some of the electronics are refurbished but I just buy a square trade warranty, and I've noticed some of the refurbished items even have a full warranty. I got my nook from them and it was refurbished with a full year warranty, got it back in May and so far so good, I use it everyday.

I ordered one low cost items as a test. The item I received does not do any of the things described on the web site. I tried to go through their "returns" process twice, but both times the return was rejected, no reason given. I did finally get an E-mail from them saying I hadn't given a reason for the return: but I did give a complete description of the problem both times using their web site. I answered their E-mail, once again describing the problem, but they don't respond.

The web site design if faulty, and customer service is non-existant. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else.

I ordered CBD Gummies as a gift for my friend. I had them shipped to him when he received them they looked nothing like the website image. There was no label and the seal was broken the gummies looked home made and looked bloated and had some sugary substance on them. They were supposed to look like a regular gummy bear. After emailing Daily Steals I received no response I had to contact Paypal. Sadly, in order to get a refund my friend has to pay to ship them back, get a tracking number and receipt, send me copies of them so I can be reimbursed by PayPal for the shipping and then Daily Steals will refund my money. My friend threw the gummies away. Too much of a headache and too sketchy a return process. Not worth it. I would upload a picture but the website won't accept the images off of my phone

I tried to buy one of the deals and when i submitted my order it says "failed transaction" then I tried again it gave me the same message. Then I found that i was cherged twice and I cant track or find my order.
**(Update):
I just checked now and they cancelled the transaction. I don't really know if this was due to my emails or they really figured it out.

I placed an expensive order, a few days later I emailed them to inquire when I can expect the order, their reply was "order has been shipped" - UPS said they never received the package. The so called company ( Daily STEALS) created a shipping label but did NOT ship. I must of emailed them about 10 times, they never replied…that's what scammers do. I reported them to all the right authorities.

The product was delivered damaged but was denied refund siting rules. I bought a apple earpod from this site though it was mentioned new on the site. The product shell had scratches after contacting the customer service i was denied refunded stating their policy. I would stay away from this site.

So... I love deal websites and order from a lot of them, but I never had an experience quite like this:
I emailed them about a speaker that I really loved but never Could afford... a short while later I get an email from the CEO! And he writes how he Tries to get involved in coustumer service and offers me a discount!
I mean that never happens ever to anyone!
That's what I call dedication, service, and commitment.
I was shocked when I saw some funny reviews about costumer service, but then I found out there is a new CEO.so I guess the last one wasn't great.

I ordered an item on daily steals and it wasn't delivered and after telling them that I have video security around the perimeter of my house and can proved that the package was never delivered, they still wouldn't stand behind the delivery of their product.

I ordered a Macbook Air over a month ago and it arrived damaged. Cracked screen and wouldn't even turn off. Honestly it looked like it got ran over by a car. I have been trying to get a refund for the last month and they do not answer my requests and keep putting me off!

I have been purchasing from DailySteals/Heist/IceMonkey for many years. I have never had a problem with something not being in stock. I will admit on a few concerns I have emailed them and never got an email response back.
Just one item out of so many was i not happy with which was the titanium rings, they were to light in weight for what the so called retail price was.
I continue to purchase from them with the knowledge that I will receive my product in a timely manner and the photo and descriptions will be acurate.

I order a phone on Jan 31,2018... I sent an email to support yesterday telling them that AT&T could not get the phone to work. I got an email back stating that they don't refund after 30 days... well let's see. January 31 - February 20... The stupid TWITS need to learn how to count... NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Every now and then - a company called Daily Steals will show up on a feed with unbelievable temptations.

Resist!

Because "steal" is exactly what they do, if you buy something from them. They notate the order that due to Covid there may be a delay in delivery. Truth is, not only is there a delay, but you will likely not even receive your item. And so that you don't suspect that there needs to be a report filed for non-delivery in time, they conveniently excuse themselves for a late delivery past the allowed time for them to be responsible for your item (30 days), or a back-charge from a bank. And they hope you will forget - which is also likely to happen, making them the winner in "stealing your money"... and any hope of recovering your money. Daily steals. You tempted me and you win. I hope others learn from my mistake.

"DailySteals.com is a total scam. Purchasing from this website has been not only a headache for me but for the thousands that have shopped there. On Nov 7th, I purchased a Roku XS from their website for $59.99 I recieved AN item on Nov 23. The Item I recieved is a Roku XD, an inferior model. I have came across a few other customers online that recieved the inferior product.

On top of sending the wrong product their shipping takes a very long time. But it's stated it take 6-10 business days to ship, in which it did. But having to wait so long to find out that the item wrong is very frustrating.

I have contacted their customer support on friday and have not heard back. They have been contacted again today. In terms of customer service I haven't seen any.

If the seller would like me to re-evalute their score they need to rectify this situation with no cost to me."

Found what seemed to be a reasonable deal on this site via Gottadeal.com. Ordered two 4 packs of HP 564 printer cartridges. Received two 4 packs of HP 564 Setup Cartridges - they can only be used in a new printer that has never been initialized. Only potential person they would be of benefit to would be someone who had a new printer that didn't come with ink - not likely that person even exists. Will not work in my printer, they did not picture setup cartridges, and they will not authorize return. My first transaction with them is my last. Beware of any company that claims to be run by a "Master Thief". It appears I was a victim of their "daily heist".

I have bought a Note 5 Refurbished but after that I found out that the phone is a pice of crap:
1. It's a Sprint branded phone and doesn't work in Europe even if thay say that is unlocked.
2. The stylos is stuck inside the phone
3. The battery drains really fast and from 30% goes to 0 in seconds
4. Lack of customer support
I see 2 solutions:
Give my money back or send me another phone and support the shipping cost for returning to you from Europe if you want the phone back

Ordered a refurb Pixel 3 back on April 2. Was instructed by their affiliate NoFraud.com to send a picture ID AND a copy of a bank statement showing the transaction. Really? I've NEVER had to do this before with any other online retailer/reseller. So I jumped through those hoops and the next day the order appeared to be processed. And here it is the 11th with no change whatsoever in order status or shipping info, even after being told (sorry, emailed, because they have no CS phone number) that "shipping info would be available 24-48 after the order was process". They've gone silent since my last email request on the 9th to cancel the order and issue a refund. Since the transaction was through PayPal, I'll be looking into some kind of recourse with them. Daily Steals indeed!
