I have been trying for 10 days to resolve an issue with an order I received. Number one I received a product that is clearly marked on the label FOR EXPORT, ONLY NOT FOR SALE IN THE USA. I e-mailed customer service immediately and explained the situation and told them I wanted a refund. Two days later I received an e-mail asking me to send them pictures of the product I received which I did. Then I was asked to send them Pictures of the package the product came in and again I did. Then three days later I received another e-mail telling me they were working on the problem and it would be resolved shortly. It has been a week and I still haven't heard from them. I don't understand what the problem is, you sold me an illegal product. I want my money refunded.
