Cvs Maplewood pharmacy many times does not have prescriptions ready for pickup or ready at all for days at a time. Many times wait at drive through for 10 minutes or more. They put you on hold for 20 minutes. They have absolutely the worst service I have ever had!. Seems to me they have constant turnover of employees. There is no consistency in service, for instance I used to get a text message when my prescriptions were ready. Now I get nothing. I wonder who is managing this mess. I am changing pharmacy pronto.
My wife is a pharmacist for CVS. She works alone with no support of a technician during half of her pharmacy hours. This is a discrase putting patients lives at risk. You can't possibly fill prescriptions, deal with the insurance companies and then run the register and be responsible for patient counseling. I am a pharmacist and I physician and the public needs to know that CVS is trying to balance a negative balance sheet at the expense of practing safe medicine. When you see your pharmacist overwhelmed that is because they are with too much multitasking that distracts from staying alert to filling your prescriptions!
In the past the attitude of the cashier has always been terrific, friendly and caring. But NOT today! This one, new, acted like she did not care that I was concerned about a product I always use being discontinued. Then when I asked her if they carried a certain product she said its on isle 14. When I couldn't find it I went back and asked if there was someone who could help me, she rolled her eyes and her body language said the rest. She left her station, walked past me, turned around and asked me if I was going to follow her. I told her I was in a lot of pain, my husband was still looking for it and would she please get it. Again the body language. She and my husband came back with the medication and she proceeded to check us out. Her attitude changed somewhat but not enough to leave me with a good feeling about the experience. We have been a long time customer, especially of the pharmacy! I was really disappointed today!
When I put the receipt through, it only excepted it as one arm and Hammer scanned the other one and it said it was only one instead of two, now it says there's three arm +hammers. I only bought two.
Over a year ago CVS in Stockbridge Ga. Filled a prescription for me. First they gave me the wrong prescription, my doctor ordered a 2,00 unit per capsule of a product and the filled it with a 20,000 unit per capsule. I was not aware of the problem until i got the call from them to correct the problem, I was taking the prescription for several months. I had the correct prescription given to me, but by then i was over loaded on that medicine and i was taken off of it until everything came back to almost normal. I was told i would receive the money i had paid for said prescription and as of until now i have not heard from them not even after several emails sent to their corporate office. My doctor even called them to see what happened with this problem but they refuse to return her calls as well. Since then i have not shopped at CVS and i encourage anyone doing business with them to be very cautious and look very close at your prescriptions when receiving them from them.
I go to CVS to purchase hand lotion. There is a sale for buy one and second one is half price. In checking out I have a 30% off coupon for lotion. Sorry cannot use coupon with a sale item. With the use of technology it seems that coupons would not be offered to customers for the items that are on sale. Either allow coupons use on top of the sale because now the coupon will expire before I need to buy more lotion. I do like the app so I do not have to keep up with paper receipt for coupons.
I can't believe that I got to CVS today and they could not do my test. I received a reminder 30 minutes before I arrived to remind me about the test. I arrived and they told us (me and me husband) that the system was down..."sorry"... I ended up having to bay $240 for tests... CVS you suck!
I just want to take this time to express my delight with my recent purchase. I had to make an urgent trip to the hospital because I was having trouble breathing. I lose oxygen when I walk so, I walk with oxygen. My uber driver took care of going inside for my prescriptions that were sent over from the hospital."VALERIE" was the person who assisted my uber driver. Thank you so very much for making this a wonderful trip. I greatly appreciate all that was done on my behalf. You should be held in high regard! I honestly cannot stop thanking you.
Please be so kind to continue to have a beautiful and blessed day. GOD loves you and so do I.

Had a manager, ( very young) reprimand an associate in front of me. When I told them I was displeased, she didn't say a word. Then she called me back pretending to be another manager. All in all, a horrible experience.
Used a pc with win 10 and firefox the cvs site has a start button then you upload photos from computer there is no indication if anything is being uploaded I waited 20 minutes and nothing. Tried again same result. Went to amazon photos and uploaded 385 pictures no problem and ordered not sure why the cvs site didn't work for me. Cvs fail.
I ordered something from the online site because they sent me a 20% coupon. I put the item in my cart and left in there. The next day I received an email from CVS offering me an additional $5 off if I completed my purchase. So I completed my purchase on Saturday 2/15/14. Today, 2/18/14, I received an email telling me that they had cancelled my order. An explanation was not included. I called and was told that they were out of stock and didn't know if/when they were getting the item back in stock. I asked about buying the item in the store but they would not give me the same price as they offered online. This is nuts! I should have bought it on Amazon in the first place.
If there was an option for negative stars I would choose that. This awful company failed to send out a gift card (that I paid $8 expedited shipping for) with the appropriate shipping method despite charging me for the expedited shipping. Worse, they had no tracking information on the card and after calling them 6 times the card was presumed lost and cancelled and reissued 8 days after the original purchase. The reissued card was to be mailed overnight mail - well it wasn't and the recipient received it 4 days late (and I had to call twice to find out where this one was only to find out that they shipped it later than I was originally told). For my troubles they're sending me a $10 gift card and apologized- really? That's the best you can do. After the countless hours I spent on the phone and the multiple screw ups they should have refunded me the $50 for the card and apologized profusely.
…. Stood in line for 45 Minutes only to find out it wasn't. Was told prescription will be ready at 11 am the following day. 2 attempt with a waiting time of 50 Minutes turned out fruitless- again wasn't ready! 3 attempt ( Pharmacist and 1 Technician working) again after a long, slow line and another 50 Minute wait and 3 people in front me they apologized and closed for the day! Unacceptable! CVS Pharmacy at Target at W 11th in Eugene, Oregon
Went to CVS this week. One person working the registers. She sternly advised that the self checkouts were open as her line grew. I chose not to use it, the lady behind me chose not to use it, and the gentleman behind her chose not to use it.
Frustrated, the clerk looked at me and told me I needed to check out down at the self check out. I commented that I have several gift cards and I am protecting her job. She commented that it was too late and those machines are supposed to be her 2 colleagues... wake up America! Stop using self check out and if need be, stop supporting corporations sacrificing service and costing jobs! Walgreens wins the customer service award currently.
I checked the CVS website for the availability of an item in Oviedo, FL. The stores at 8315 Red Bug Lake Road and 5650 Red Bug Lake Road indicated the item was in stock at both places. 8315 said is was "in stock" and 5650 said it was "in low stock." Well, guess what? Neither store had the item in stock. Lesson learned here is: Call the store to verify their website is accurate before you head out on a wild goose chase, wasting your time and gas money, and in the end turning up empty-handed. Thanks for nothing, CVS.
When I go to sign in on the CVS app for prescriptions, when I put in my password it always says invalid password. So I reset the password and the prompt tells me that it has been accepted, but then when I go to sign in again it says invalid password. So I go through the whole thing over and over again changing the password having it accepted and then it tells me invalid password again. There was a time when that app worked perfectly fine and I never had any trouble with it, but not now. I don't even want to deal with it anymore.
I have never had such problems with a purchase than i have with CVS. I purchased two items in which I wanted to return the following day. The receipt was "sent" to my email but I never received It. I called the store and was told without the receipt I can only receive store credit. I called customer service and was told the receipt would update in their system for 48 hours and to call then. I just called back from waiting 4 days and was told to call back in another 24 hours with a reference number. I will NEVER shop at this company EVER again they are awful.
Many of my friends and I dislike the fact that CVS runs out of my medications. CVS doesn't even tell me when they are out of the meds when I order it! I thank God that I called the Post Office 1.5 days before I would be out of the drug. It took one entire day of my mother and I calling many other stores until we found a store that does carry my meds that I would DIE without daily taking! Then we had to travel 40 miles to the store that did carry my drug. This has happened several times now. I am going to tell my insurance to again cover me under the great store, Barth's Pharmacy, which I use for all my other meds. I only use CVS for one drug because of my insurance deciding to not cover this medication in any place except the very low quality store, CVS.
Scott R and Ed of store 654 gave the best customer service. Scott and Ed went out of their way to help me in printing photo and look for merchandize.
Scott and Ed are kind and patient. Great example for others to follow!
I needed to buy a pre-paid card. The cashier told me to buy a card that was different than i one i already had. I asked her if the card worker for what i wanted, which was to buy games online. She asked another cashier and she said that it was better. When i arrived at my house, the card didn't work. One hour later, i returned to the store and i was told "sorry, gift cards cant be exchanged." which i was never told while paying.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
