Really happy with both bikini's I bought; the designs enable good cleavage and the bikini bottoms actually stay on my bottom and don't disappear up it! The colours are bright which show off your tan.

I ordered a suit from Cupshe and it didn't fit, they gave me a coupon to order another suit and when that suit came it didn't fit either. I used their sizing guide, but it was inaccurate and now they will not exchange either ill-fitting suit. So in the end I spent $30 and have no swimsuit to wear. Save your money and order from a company that will give you 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I ordered one swim suit. Shipping was faster than expected. I loved it when it arrived but the top of the two piece was too big (cup size was awkwardly wide for a medium) Their customer service is quick to respond and easy to work with. I was able to keep that swim suit (I just donated it) and get store credit to order another swim suit at no charge. The second swim suit fit better but the cup size was still awkwardly wide.

For the low price, the suits are descent quality.
They do not honor their refund policy. Twelve days after they received the return there was no return on my credit card. I contacted them via the site web helper.
They made me jump through hoops for about an hour and then while I waited, they credited my credit card. I actually saw the credit. The next day the credit disappeared. They undid it. Very dishonest company. I will never do business with them again. My bank is handling it now.

Do not order from Cupshe! I ordered two bathing suits originally in a size medium, and they did not fit whatsoever. The sizing chart is no where near what it says! I asked to return my items, but they offered me a coupon to try ordering in a size large. Which I did, and once again, did not even remotely fit. Medium was too small, large was too big. I tried giving them a second chance, but now I wish I didn't. I asked to return ALL items as there is no point in keeping them if they don't fit, and now they wont refund me my money because I accepted the coupon. Very disappointed with the sizing of these & not to mention the material is CHEAP and the bathing suits I got in large look NOTHING like the pictures. Will never recommend or shop here again.

Purchased 2 swimsuits and 2 dresses, had to return the dresses as didn't fit my 38DD's properly but swimwear was perfect! Very flattering and good quality material and finishing. I chose to opt for 70% refund and keep dresses as not bothered to print labels, take pics etc etc and will serve as a nice gift to a family member anyway. I can understand why the company opt not to pay return postage, and can't fault their customer service all along my journey. Will be definitely buy again from here.

I accidentally got a size too small and instead of having to return them they offered a coupon to cover it and get the correct size. Which I think is just amazingly kind and I was honestly surprised! But thank you so much, because I really love them :)

I ordered 4 suits in different sizes and styles because you never really know how they will fit. They arrived very quick. Two I absolutely loved and two I needed to return. The customer service was through email and I had Summer assist me. She took care of my issues, got my refund, and then followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I just ordered more suits and some dresses and can't wait for them to arrive!

I was actually shocked with the excellent customer service from cupshe. Usually these sites that offer clothing at s good price are too good to be true... this is not the case with cupshe. I ordered my suit on Jan. 10 and never received it. Contacted Cupshe and they said it was lost in transit. Offered me store coupon with no code. Told them I wanted another suit shipped to me or full refund and not heard from them about this even though I have emailed them three times.

I have ordered many suits over the last year and most recently order number #*******. The suits have all fit perfectly, was as described, and arrived in a timely manner, this last one within a week (less) and dropped via UPS on my doorstep. I ordered 3 suits on February 5th, on the 6th I received an email saying they have shipped. The tracking number they sent doesn't work. I emailed to try to get more information and the provided me with another tracking number. This numbers tells me it left China but there is no other information other than my order may have been sent back to the sender, it may be somewhere held for customers (But no additional info) or maybe the address is wrong. I was told to be patient since I choose a shipping time frame of 12-15 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I still have no suits. Of course your card is charged immediately. If they don't show up soon or I don't get any additional information I am going to have to call my credit card company to fight the charge. Extremely frustrating!

I was skeptical to order from an online company for two reasons 1) I have experienced bad customer service in the past 2) I am 5'9" with a curvy/ athletic body and most two-piece bathing suits do not fit well. When I sent the return request, I was promptly notified that the company had received a request and received a personalized email with instructions later that day. I wish I would've read all the terrible reviews about this company before I purchased their bathing suits. There is nothing worse than customer service. I've been trying to login to my account and it says it's invalid, I've been trying to reach out to them and I haven't gotten not one response back. I haven't received my bathing suits yet, but I hope they are cute, so I don't have to go through the hassle that a lot of people have been going through.

I was nervous to order a swimsuit that I couldnt try on from a website I wasnt sure about but the suit came it fit well and looked nice. Pretty much true to size. Overall Im pleased with my purchase and will probably order again in the future.

Was a bit weary to order after reading some reviews but I was sure to check the sizing (ignore the hip measurements) and the actual suit reviews for fit. My order came in a week. The material is durable, fit was perfect and colours are true. One suit didn't look great on me. They offered 3 options and I took a credit which I used immediately. For the price of the suits and the variety of options, you can't go wrong. I have recommended this company many times to fiends already!
