I'm so happy with this company. I ordered four medium swimsuits that came suprisingly fast. I was disappointed at first because they were too small, so I emailed the Cupshe team to exchange them for larger sizes. They then proceeded to give me a 130% coupon to use online to reorder my items plus more and told me I didn't have to send back the original bikinis I ordered. I've never dealt with an online company this generous. Thanks Cupshe!

This is the first time I have ever bought swimsuits online and it could not have gone much better. I purchased 5 and 3 fit perfect. The other 2, the bottoms fit but the tops did not. Returning is a little tricky, but they give you several return options and the customer service lady I was dealing with was extremely prompt, nice and very helpful explaining how it all works. I am sold with CupShe and will be buying more swimsuits from them in the future.

Cupshe was hands down amazing in every way to me during my shopping experience. Their site was helpful, saw their products and had several fabulous recommendations. I bought about 10 suits with the intentions of having multiple and giving 1/2 to my daughter for summer 2018. All of them arrived, and were of poor quality. 2 were damaged, one had a tear and one was missing the strap so was completely useless. I reached out to customer service and got the run around. I sent pics of the two damaged and noone ever responded. I followed up several times with no response. If you want to order from here because they are cute and cheap, do not do it! They are horrible and will not do anything for you even if they arrived damaged. It was my worse shopping experience to date!

This was my first time ordering bathing suits online without 1) trying on and 2) knowing the quality of material. The size chart was helpful and accurate. I am 5'7 and 135lbs and ordered a medium. One suit with adjustable straps fit perfectly! The second one with non-adjustable straps on the top needed to be exchanged for a large since I'm slightly busty. The process of engaging with customer service to get the correct size top was easy and seamless- they were so friendly! Lastly, the material seems to be great quality especially for the reasonable price.

I can't really speak for the quality of the suits yet as I haven't worn them for any long amount of time, but as for customer service, I would give 10 stars if I could! My swimsuit package was stolen of my porch along with several other packages that were delivered that day. The police advised me to reach out to the companies to explain what happened and see if there was a refund option available for the stolen products. Cupshe responded within 7 hours of my message and not only offered a refund, but also have the option of a free replacement order or 130% coupon. I wanted the swimsuits I ordered so they sent a replacement order the next business day! Very professional and caring of their customers. While the delivery is no longer their responsibility once delivered (which is what every other company told me that had stolen packages) they replaced it anyway! Will continue to buy from this company!

I am sorry that I didn't read previous reviews before purchasing swimsuits from Cupshe. They are horrible. Bathing suits are shipped from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive and smelled horrible. Quality is poor and fit is not consistent. I ordered a small that was the size of an XL. Then when going to return the only options are a credit or to "return" for $5 per item purchased and then not send them back. SHADY! Do NOT order from Cupshe!

According to the size chart I should be a medium. I checked out the amazon reviews and decided to order two XL's bathing suits. The fit perfectly and were exactly as pictured.
There customer services was excellent - they replied within 24 business hours when I had questions.
My order shipped in 3 business days and arrived to my house 24 hours later (West Coast).

Very happy with my order, I will recommend this site to friends, just remember to size up!

I am enjoying shopping on Cupshe.com. I especially like the trendy designs that are flattering for young, old and different body shapes and sizes, and, of bikinis the low, low prices. Cupshe offers a variety of shipping choices that makes it easy to mix and match options that meet your personal needs. PayPal is also available. I liked the style of bikinis on the site and I liked the prices, even more, so despite the bad reviews I took a risk but now I am completely satisfied because of its amazing fabric+ the quality and shipping which has gained my trust. I will be ordering soon. Highly recommended!

I ordered 3 bathing suits from this website at the beginning of the summer. I understood before I purchased them that they would be cheap and likely only last me a season. However, I wore the tie-dye blue suit for the second time today to the beach and the clasp on the back crumbled (yes-crumbled) into at least 7 pieces. I have no clue how this happened considering I was laying on a cushioned chair but when I lifted myself up my top was completely undone. The only way to keep my bathing suit on was to tie the straps into a tight knot which was very uncomfortable. I had to literally cut the bathing suit off of myself when I returned home. I get that these bathing suits are inexpensive and are made with cheap material- but the fact that I wore one for the second time and the clasp crumbled is unacceptable. I don't recommend and will not purchase another suit from this site.
