Besides having low prices for beautiful swimsuits, Cupshe also has amazing customer service. I had to return s swimsuit because I accidentally ordered a size up, and they responded fast and replied to my needs. Never have communicated with a customer service that is better than Cupshe's
DO NOT order from Cupshe! The return is the worst I have ever encountered. They continually offer more and more of a percentage of store credit and never refund your money. Terrible customer service, they don't listen to you but have an automated response. You've been warned!
I ordered three bathing suits, and all were way too large and not the dimensions stated. I requested a return and refund, and instead they are trying to offer me 40% of the $ value in return. Their website clearly states they offer refunds for sizing issues, and I've emailed back and forth with them a dozen times asking for a refund and they keep telling me that they don't want me to send back the bathing suit and will only offer a very partial exchange. Total SCAM.

I was skeptical with ordering a swimsuit online at first but I'm glad I did! I love my suits I ordered and when some didn't quite work the returns process was easy and they were quick to respond and keep in touch. Will definitely use them again!

I ordered several swim suits based on the reviews which I now know are fake. Do not believe their return policy. It is fake as well. You will not get your money back and you will be lucky to receive your whole order. This is a scam operation. The prices look too good to be true because... they are. BTW- They remove all bad posts from their social media and website. Then block you.

Buying a swimsuit online is tricky but the guess work is taken out of the equation as there are sizing guides for every suit. Delivery is fast. Service is automatic. If for any reason you are not happy, you won't be disappointed.

I inquired about making a return the day I received the item and found out it didn't fit. Still have not received a return label and it's been weeks. I don't know if this is their way of stalling so you use up your 30 day return period? Will not order again.

I purchased 3 suits- shipping and arrival was quick! The sizing of the suits is bang on (true to size)- I just didn't love the style of two of the three- I contacted Cupshe customer service to see about returning- there team made my whole experience fabulous- it was a seamless, professional, courteous conversation and very easy process! I have already ordered two more suit- the quality, the style of the suits is exactly what I would expect for $$$ cost suits! I am so excited that I found this site! Highly recommend!

I order swimsuits and one came in and did not fit at all. The problem is the cups don't stay in place and in a one piece could drop to your belly. You have to constantly pull them up. They had me answer about 25 emails to finally say they would not issue a refund but would give me a 50% credit.
If you want a swimsuit in this brand I recommend just dealing with amazon. Their customer service is amazing. Cupshe is terrible and I will never order directly from this site.

Absolutely amazing all around! I am leaving for Florida early Sunday morning. A friend recommended me to visit cupshe.com site I look at this website on Wednesday & I just received my new favorite bikini today! I was iffy on sending an email, majority of online shops take days/weeks to reply. I ended up sending an email just explaining my time crunch & less than 10 minutes later, I get replies THANK YOU Bikini Cupshe for the 110% customer service. Will be shopping here soon!
I have ordered from CupShe several times and each time has been a great experience. Not only are their bathing suits awesome they also go above and beyond if you need to do a return. I have always received prompt and courteous communications from their customer service and swimsuits were delivered within the time frame communicated or earlier. I just received my swimsuit in the mail, and it doesn't fit properly. I wanted to send it back, and apparently they don't return items that have gone on sale. How could a company have such a policy?! I would NEVER buy from them again. 20$ down the drain. :(

Not only are the bathing suits great, their customer service is top notch. When I needed to return a bathing suit for size, I was given several options for the return, with one being to receive a 130% coupon towards another purchase and keep the suit I had.
