Great swimsuits fit is true to size and excellent material! Will definitely purchase again! I am 5'3 130lbs purchased mediums and fit a little big could have gone with a small but I was afraid they would run small. However the medium still worked!

It has been four weeks and my order still hasn't arrived. The tracking shows that it hasn't even left China yet! I've emailed CupShe twice and all they have said is that they will check with the shipping company to "hurry" the order... Don't waste your time!

I've had great experience with this website, I love their bathing suits, it's good quality and great prices! Even if I have a problem customer service is quick to respond and has a good store credit policy. Would definitely recommend and will continue to shop with them.
WIth a late holiday planned and no new beach wear for a few years I found the Cupshe website, and ordered 2 coverups. The products are gorgeous, well made and excellent value for money. Unfortunately one did not fit me well, and so I contacted Customer Service and received excellent help and a more than generous solution to the problem. I'll definitely be looking at this website regularly when planning holidays in future.

After trying on suits all summer, I was introduced to cupshe and finally found the one that is the most flattering. It is a heavy suit. Very well made, and I realize I will need a little sun before wearing this one so I dont appear to be white-on-white! The underwire cups really make a nice difference, and the styling is very complimentary, there where many more of which i wanted but i only budgeted for the few i got, the site was easy to access and fast with responding, delivery was just perfect, i did not have to wait for so long, thanks to cupshe.

I was definitely Skeptical about buying a swimsuit that I wasnt able to try on but both bathing suits I purchased work wonderfully! The patterns are super cute and I love the high waisted bottoms. They fit true to size. I recently had a baby so I wanted to be able to hide my mommy pooch. These have been great to nurse in also. The only negative is that the cups actually run small so if you are bigger chested then you may need a bigger size Or pick one that does not have cups.
Recently I just received my order from cupshe, after having my son I haven't been very body confident, but the bathing suit that I chose complimented every new curve and made me feel confident in a bathing suit. Which hasn't happened in a long time, so I wanted to thank cupshe for the amazing quality and size chart for helping me find the perfect suit for summer.

Wonderful great quality bathing suits and wonderful customer service. The best I've come across in a while! Somehow my package got shipped to the wrong address hundreds of miles away. They resent me my order right after I contacted them about it. Somehow, the original package ended up in my mailbox a week later, and they even told me I can keep the second package. Great great company!
I ordered a dress that was too big and emailed about the return process so that I could purchase a smaller one. They told me not to even worry about returning it and gave me a coupon code to apply for the cost of the dress! Love the quality of there clothing and suits!

I ordered 2 suits... which did not fit my daughters... Return policy states 30 days - now they are offering me a 50% refund... or a store credit... They do not even publish a phone number for you to call - horrible customer service and policy...
How can they even operate like this? I will be reporting them to BBB. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company... SCAM

I agreed with the rest of the review that it's a scam. They are Chinese based company and have horrible refund policy and fake reviews. Everything is on paper for ads but none is true. When I request refund for unshipped item, they offer coupon and allow you to go through all the trouble till you give up. I tried posting 1-star review but it never showed up on their website.
Shameful as it is, but this is their strategy. They charged you for full price even they realized some items are out of stock, hoping you could forget about it or give up going through troubles to get your money back.
Quality? Forever 21. Price? Higher than Forever 21.
I cant remember the last time I experienced such terrible customer service. I purchased two swimsuits from Cupshe and one arrived damaged (thread coming undone at strap). I followed the instructions on the Cupshe website and sent photos of barcodes as well as a photo of the damage. I have now sent customer service FIVE messages via email and facebook messenger and am STILL WAITING for a response. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The swimsuits may be a good price, but they are poor quality and you will be hard pressed to get your money back if they don't fit perfectly or arrive damaged from shipping. Order#*******

I've ordered five bathing suits from Cupshe so far and there is never a shortage of compliments when I wear them. I've only had to return one, a one piece, because I'm 6' tall it's hard to find a one piece that fits through my torso... the customer service was fast and sooo easy.

My product came late, thus missing my entire vacation. By the time I got home and tried to return the product, it was 2 days past their 21 day return policy and they will not take back the unopened undamaged goods. Their customer service representatives are rude and terrible to their customers.
