Sizes are insanely small. They hide information on returns and won't authorize. The quality is very poor. Once they started getting poor reviews, they began 'promising' returns and customer satisfaction However, they won't deliver. Many poor reviews and disappointed buyers. Unfortunately, a lot of young girls are finding this out the hard way. They do a lot of heavy marketing in instagram and pinterest. Being in China, they can take your money and don't care.

I have ordered from here a few times and have been very happy with the quality for the price. I just had an issue that I needed to return a couple items and they gave me different options which was wonderful!

Ordered and received within a week, which surprised me. The quality of the suits was better than I expected for the price, and supportive for a busty gal, even in a size S. I intentionally over-ordered so I could choose my favorites and confirm sizing, so I did have to return. The return process involved a few steps, but they really did guide me through and refunded me quickly. Overall, pleased!

I purchased an adorable swimsuit from cupshe and love, love it! I was very surprised by the quality when it arrived. I assumed it would be thin and somewhat cheaply made because of the price, about $25. It was not cheap at all. The fabric was thicker than expected with nice lining, stitching was all tight and straight. The color was as expected based on the photo. Overall a great purchase! I followed the size chart and bought a size S. The item was true to size but I will exchange for another style. Based on my measurements I need a S top and XS bottom. My bust and hips are almost the same measurements. The high wasted retro cut bottom was just too much fabric. I will go for a smaller air style next. Customer service was great when I explained my sizing issue. Issued and exchange code right away. I will definitely purchase Cupshe again!

Received an order of 8 swimsuits and 6 of them don't fit me properly. Emailed customer service to return items, included pictures of barcodes and followed return instructions as per their website. It's been a week now, and 3 emails sent by me, and still no response from anyone. Seriously disappointed with the customer service at CupShe. It's a shame because the suits are cute, but I won't be ordering from them again if this is how difficult it is to return items. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau needs to be notified?

I bought a 2 piece set; high wasted bottoms & shoe string strapped bikini top with underwire, it looked really nice out of the packaging but l knew it was poor quality even before swimming in them.
I'm a 12 C cup usually. L ordered my size but they're big make in bottoms & the top was really unsupportive, after one swim l won't wear again but will look for a better quality swim suit in this style.
Moral; you get what you pay for, or even sometimes less.

After being very skeptical about ordering a swimsuit online I finally made a purchase from CupShe and I didn't regret it. I ordered a plunging neckline one piece, followed the size chart and got a large. Fit perfectly! I actually went back and ordered two more bikinis afterwards. Order #*******

My order number was *******. I purchased three bathing suits for the price I normally pay for one at department stores. I was skeptical because I am a plus size woman, so I normally struggle to find swimsuits I like even in person. A friend of mine had used cupshe, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered based on their sizing chart, and all three suits fit wonderfully! They aren't too revealing, and they are much better quality than one would assume for the price! I have since recommended cupshe to another friend, who successfully order three suits herself, and loves them! I received my suits within the allotted shipment window, as promised. I will consider cupshe again in the future - and you should too!

I have bought 2 swimsuits from this company and unfortunately they do not fit. I emailed customer service the day I received them. One is too big, the other is too small. I have been back and forth with emails trying to return the items for a full refund as any normal company would allow you to do. I have been given the option of a 50% refund and return the items or an 80% store credit refund (that means I can't return or exchange them). Total scam. Nowhere on their website does it say any of this. I would not have ordered from them if those were my only options and I know I will not order from them again. What a joke.

Received a incomplete shipment. They send things I didn't order, items were missing. The clothes looks nothing like their pictures online. Some of the clothes had an order so bad, I had to wash over and over before wearing. I contacted my credit cards to dispute the items that were missing and not sent. They do not have any return instructions, items came from china and another state. When contacting online customer service. They reply with odd message saying there is a short amount of time to response before the email is no longer available...
Long story short... SCAM... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM... There are so many of these type of online clothing business popping up.

I didn't really care for the suits I purchased, so I wanted to return them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.
Every day I get an email with a different coupon code, but no return address. I'm happy to pay for the return shipping, just want the money back for the suits!
I would have purchased from them again, but not now seeing as the customer service just gIves you the run around hoping that you will give up.
Really disappointed.
