Very satisfied with how they handled my exchange, and love my new suits! Only slight issues with fit on two that I've ordered recently, but the majority of bathing suits I've ordered from here over the years have been great quality for the price, and they make exchanges/returns so easy that I have 100% confidence in ordering from them again.
Was unhappy with 3 suits that I ordered from this site and wanted to return (I kept 2). The English in the email correspondence was terrible, the return options made no sense, and it took almost a month before receiving a return address to send the suits back. I google mapped the return address and it's a shady looking home in Ontario. Seems like they give all sorts of different return addresses- clearly not a legitimate company. Fake profiles and paid reviews of "5 stars". Buyer beware!

Paid extra for Express Shipping for 3-5 days. Arrived 3 1/2 weeks later. One bathing suit did not fit. Tried to return it. Said non returnable when it wasn't. Spent 30 mins on phone with chat. Demanded "evidence" of of my order when she had it in the system. Had to email them my confirmation email saying it was returnable. Took 30 mins. Would not credit me for shipping.And I had to pay for it to be returned. The bathing suits are poor quality and very very tiny.

The customer service I received was incredible. I ordered two swimsuits that were really cute and high quality, however they unfortunately ran a bit small. I asked if I could exchange them and instead they offered to give me a coupon that would cover the cost to buy them again in my preferred size. They were super nice and accommodating, and I'm very excited to get my new ones!

The cupshe website was very simple to navigate and had many filter to search the swimwear section which i so much appreciate when looking for a specific style. I signed up for the emails and got really amazed instantly. The brands carried seem high quality and I will definitely be purchasing more swimwear from this cupshe website. I really do not have so much words but i know that cupshe is really worth your penny so do not hesitate to place your orders.
Buyer Beware - This company is completely unresponsive to inquires, regardless of the topic. It took forever to get my order. One item was delivered but their website showed both items were delivered. When I contacted them about the second item I got no response. I continued to email and received only canned answers. Eventually the item was delivered; two weeks later.
I was dissatisfied with both items. The fabric on the sleeveless dress is more like a material you would find in a nightgown. The vintage dress has a strange cut causing the neckline to plunge halfway down my stomach. Again, I sent communication regarding the return, expecting a return shipping label. Instead I received another canned answer that said they would refund 1/2 my money and I could keep the dresses. What a scam! The dresses are not 1/2 bad, they are all bad. I don't want 1/2 my money, I want all of my money. There is no address on their website for returns and they will not respond.
Absolutely terrible service. I spent $150 on low quality swimsuits. When I tried to return some for a refund, they just didn't answer. I sent three requests and no answers at all. Now I've wasted my own money on terrible quality swimsuits. I'm so angry and will surely never buy from them again. Don't make the same mistake I made, just don't buy from them at all to prevent from this to happen to you.

I purchased 6 pieces of swimwear: 3 bathing suits and 3 bikinis in a size XS but for one of them which was not available in that size, so I went for an S. All looked awesome and great quality... Except for the bikini in size S, which fit me very big. I contacted the customer service and they replied in no time, offering a full range of options to either return it or keep it and get more than a full refund. I finished ordering a couple of bikinis more, and I am eager to receive them! I live in Madrid and it took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive... I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I have sent several emails in order to even obtain my Order Number since it was not put in the email confirmation and no one will email me back. I have even messaged through FB and nothing. There is no way to even contact a live person to obtain just this simple info! I paid through PayPal and now I am in a sitting an waiting game. This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a small and they sent me a large. All I have been receiving back is automated emails with no direction on how to speak to someone directly. This is not what I paid for. I am hugely disappointed. I will NEVER order from this website again.

I ordered two bikinis and they both are very good material and are so cute but one of the tops did not fit. So I contacted customer service and since they sale bikinis in a set I could not just exchange the top but customer service sent me a coupon code to order an entire new bikini for free! And I didn't have to send the other one back. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! Thank you cupshe!

I ordered 4 pairs of bikini's from CupShe, my mistake that I ordered the incorrect size. I emailed the company and within hours I got a response and offered a 130% refund so I can reorder the correct size. Very friendly and prompt to respond.
As for the bikini's - they are of excellent quality and very vibrant colours. They fit perfectly and all come with padding (which isn't always the case when you buy from department stores).

I just received my first order. Like the quality, but am very petite (started kindergarten in 3 toddler clothing) and only order XS. Did not notice different sizes in my confirmation verses what I ordered. In particular, I only order XS in one piece suits and received a medium. It is HUGE on me and not sure what to do with it... I leave on vacation tomorrow and will be unable to fix this situation prior to departure.

I paid extra to get the bathing suits here in time for my vacation. Unfortunately neither bathing suit fit my chest and I requested a return last night. This morning I was told I could get 45% partial refund or 75% refund in store credit/coupon and both options let me keep the bathing suits I CAN'T wear. I feel like you are not honest about your return policy. Your website says you can return anything as long as tags are on, not worn. If you were clear and upfront about your policy I would have never ordered from you and plan to tell people to stay clear of your site. How many women can order a bathing suit online without having tried it on and have it fit perfectly? Not many, and not this person.

Great product and selection. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the swimsuits! It does take a long time for shipping but the product comes in nice packaging and customer service is really good.
