I have so many suits from cupshe I think I might have a problem. The quality for the price is unbeatable. I love every suit I've received. Most of the suits are true to size, but I have gotten a couple that were too small. When I contacted the help desk they gave me a code for another suit for FREE (including shipping) and didn't require me to return the previous suit. Unbelievable! I get so many compliments whenever I'm on vacation. 13/10 would recommend.

I purchased 2 swimsuits. One fit very nicely, is good quality, although I am not very happy with colors (are slightly different then on website). The second one is disaster. Doesn't fit at all.
I tried to return one and they offer you 120% value coupon. You can buy another one but if you again will not like the item you can't return it. Second option is you will get 50% money return and you can keep the swimsuit.
It should be clearly written on website that returns are not that easy as in many other online stores. I will probably never order from them, especially stuff like swimsuit knowing their return policy. I rather go and spend 10-20$ more and buy one in regular store or online where their return policies are normal.

I ordered from here because it had a wide variety of cute bathing suits in nice patterns and colors. The tops on the bathing suits were too small but the bottoms fit well. I wish you could order different sizes and tops and bottoms. However, when I emailed to try to exchange to see if the bigger suit would fit, they let me keep the old one and sent me the new one for free plus a coupon. The fast and easy customer service was great and now I am happy to have a bathing suit I really like that fits me well!

First of all, the suits are adorable, comfy and great quality! Some I have received are a bit big for me but cupshe took care of me, making getting the right size easy and stress less! I have never received service like I have with cupshe! They reply to emails within a day of sending! The return/exchange is unlike any I have ever experienced! Honestly the best! Thanks for making online buying comfortable and easy cupshe! I have been recommending to my friends and family! :)

I purchased this beautiful, well-made suit before my trip to Marco Island. Received lots of raves. I purchased a Double D, my bra size, but the swimsuit was a bit large in the top. Should have purchased a D but too late now, it has been worn. I did not notice the issue during my size trial, but thats my fault, cupshe's service is amazing and outstanding, i love them.

I'm always scared of purchasing products over the internet because you never know what you are going to get. Especially when it comes to clothing. But I needed some bathing suits for my upcoming vacation and a friend introduced me to this website. The bathing suits were super cute and reasonably. I decided to test out the waters by only ordering one at first and see what happens. My product arrived in 4 days and my bathing suit was really cute and it fit according to the sizing chart. I was really excited and pleased and so then my proceeded to order more and all the products that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and the products were all good quality. I did have one that did not fit me like I wanted because of my chest size and I asked to return the product. The return process was super easy and the customer service was amazing. I have told a lot of my friends about this website and I definitely will be purchasing from them in the near future.

Great service! The bikini I received was of excellent quality and high level. The products arrived at the original date given. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will also place another order very soon.

Am highly impressed with the level of service delivered by Cupshe, the quality of materials used for the bikinis are top notch they fitted well and looked exactly like they looked online, i have been wearing them and they fir so well, another thing that impressed me was the speed with which the package was shipped, it arrived right on time and no mistake was made about the size, the size i ordered was what was delivered. I highly recommend cupshe, they rock my world.

I absolutely love the swimsuits that I ordered from Cupshe and their Customer Service is amazing. I submitted a ticket for an exchange due to ordering the wrong size swimsuit. The response and solution to my issue was handled quickly and efficiently. They offered me a coupon for the full amount of what I paid, which allowed me to be able to order another swimsuit without the hassle of returning my original order. I wish I could give 0 stars. Cupshe is the worst excuse for a business I've ever experienced. They are Chinese scammers who have crappy products and use fake photos to advertise their swim suits. They're whole business model is to entice you with cheap swim suits and then they do not fit and you cannot return them. That is IF you even receive your swim suit. I ordered one, they offered me the credit to get a new one because they would not give a refund, and then the new one I ordered never arrived! HORRIBLE. This is they type of business that we need to keep out of America.

I've been searching for an affordable dress for a year now and I decided to risk buying this one. I LOVE IT! The fabric is super soft and thick!. I would recommend L to anyone similar to my size. I will be buying more in two different colors :)

Very satisfied with how they handled my exchange, and love my new suits! Only slight issues with fit on two that I've ordered recently, but the majority of bathing suits I've ordered from here over the years have been great quality for the price, and they make exchanges/returns so easy that I have 100% confidence in ordering from them again.
