I highly recommend buying from this company. Their selection is original and suits are of good quality, arriving in stylish individual suit packaging. My daughter and I ordered a total of 6 suits so far for our upcoming Hawaii trip and we are so pleased. Their return policy is awesome as is their customer support team. I ordered the wrong size and they took care of it for me.

Best Beachwear!

I have been shopping with Cupshe for about 6 months. We are a boating and beach family. I spend a lot of time in a swimsuit. I love the quality and fit of my Cupshe suits! This company is amazing to work with. They have great return options should something not work out. They have the best support staff. Cupshe wants you to be a satisfied customer and will do all that they can to help you out.

The bathing suit was pretty, and the dress was nice. However, as a plus sized girl, they do not cut their plus sized items for plus sized girls. They unfortunately just make it bigger without considering how plus size women are shaped. Hence, stick to vendors who make clothes specifically for plus sized women.
Worse, I never wore the items, left the tags on them. My BF took me on trip to Mexico (why I bought them) and upon my return, I was very busy with work. I forgot to process the return. I missed the 30-day window. But what is worse, they did not even offer a store credit. I would have given my niece my store credit. Better vendors offer at least a store credit. People have busy lives, with jobs, etc. I think it is a poor policy. No matter how cute the swimsuits may be, on principle, I will not give them my business again.

Thank goodness for reviews. I am usually a small but ordered a medium based on other customer recommendations. Item arrived much sooner than expected and did not disappoint. Nice soft, thick fabric, color appears as in picture. Good price, very very happy with this!

Avoid!

Swimsuits are so cute, but the sizes are ridiculous. I ordered two different suits and the bottoms are SO tiny (I'm a size 6 pants, so I'm not large by any means), and cut in a way that it makes it dangerous to move in certain ways without possibly being slapped with an indecent exposure charge. Their customer service is alsop garbage. I paid additional money for expedited shipping — I was supposed to have my order in 3-5 business days, and now part of my package is currently stuck in Shenzhen, China (today is business day 8), and they're giving me a hard time about refunding that expedited shipping cost.

Avoid them if at all possible.

Please kindly note that the shipping efficiency shown on our website is calculated in business days, and our warehouse takes 1 business day for processing. Somehow I've become addicted to Cupshe and I'm not even that big on wearing bathing suits. I have a collection of over 20 now
Heres why... great quality... customer service is out of this world like it should be and the price is tight
Obviously their swimsuits are really adorbs too
Definitely try it out if u haven't yet ladies. I highly recommend

I purchased two swimsuits and a jumper from cupshe. The first time I wore one of the swimsuits the beautiful coral color faded and is now almost a dingy white. It also faded very unevenly with streaks of coral remaining so it is obvious it's not meant to be white. I am now afraid to see what happens when I wear the other items. You can see in the photo the top portion used to be a bright coral pink color that matched the plastic rings on the straps. Even the straps have faded slightly.

POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. I used the link at the bottom of the email and waited a week between each request. Even if it takes longer than the standard 10 business days. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. It's not worth the 3 emails they send a day and lack of confidence I have in the company to order again. It's too bad.

Fit and Returns

I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I've been emailing for 5 days about returning my items (which are totally cheap quality and don't fit right) and nobody has responded to any of my emails. I keep getting automated responses that someone will get back to me. Horrible customer service.

No customer service number that hasn't been disconnected. Waited 7 days and my product still has not been shipped. Contacted Zendesk who claims they have nothing to do with this company even though all correspondence has their name on it.

Contacting them is almost impossible. I have emailed for a return on the items that do not fit and they are being difficult. How is this an actual company. I don't understand how so many people can give good reviews - probably all fake. I want my money back.

Never had an issue

I've ordered 3 times now and have never had an issue! Do I need 8 bathing suits. Not really, but they are affordable, and I think the quality is pretty good for the price! Very happy with all my purchases!

I will give them 5 stars because of Cupshe's customer service department which excellent. They responded to every ticket/email within 24 hours. The items in my order were just as pictured on the internet. I received my package of beautiful dresses fast and it was more than I could have hoped for, I love this company!

Please believe me when I say do not order from Cupshe! With so many other retailers to choose from, don't succumb to this one - it is tempting because you see the cute swimwear on Pintrest and it is reasonable priced. I ordered 5 suits, paid express shipping and when received late, the inner bags had Chinese stamps - the items come from china and there is a middle-man distributor. I had to return 3 suits because they were not as pictured. Well, many emails exchanged, offers for 140% store credit, etc. it took an arm and a leg to get my money refunded. The customer service is terrible - they don't even make sense in emails and I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and never got one. I actually had to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve. I finally received my refund. Trust me, do your research before you buy!

I received my dress today and I really like it. Appearance: I love this piece! Its in style and different than most others Ive seen. The straps over the breast set off a trendy aspect while still remaining somewhat classy with the lace running down the center. Your bottom is fully covered in sheer black fabric, which was a conservative change to the cheeky or thong-like bottoms.
