I have platinum status with Comcast. The first 2 years were trying with loss connections ongoing. They tried to say it might be my modem/router which is an Arris surfboard. It was never that snd eventually the connection was resolved.
All was well for a while. Then everything went very wrong. For 2+ months I have called about loss of service for minutes and even hours, multiple times a day. I was told a technician was ordered, but before the appointment was to happen, I received emails saying the problem was resolved and no technician would be coming. This happened 3 times.
Finally, I would cancel the appointment in spite of the email. The tech came and removed a splitter on a straight line, pulled up my outside connection which still needs to be buried. He thought he fixed the issue.
The very next day internet dropped for 2 hours.
I called back for another tech. My appointment was for Sunday from 1-3.
I was here visiting with my Son. No one came. When the time was almost over I saw a telephone message stating I was not at home.
I remade an appointment for tomorrow. I'll see if they show!

Awful company service. The Robotic help doesn't help at all. Did not give me information needed. Could not help.
Hire a knowledgeable technician. Money grabbers. Go elsewhere.

I wish I will don't have a deal with this such piece of Sh...t, horrible company, some people who works there,don't know what they doing, I stay on the phone with them for 2 hours Monday 8.14.23 to fix my problem. Some representative are liers there they say,, u all set,, but the issue never been fixed. They are piece of shi...t company. U will never receive back phone call from them when representative says we will call u back, I had to call them 3days on a row to rich and talk with supervisor. No body call me,u will need to do it they jobs,than u will pay for some representatives mistakes and lies,they will charge you a lot of money and don'tcare what are u thinking about it,they don't do they job properly! Fu...k Comcast, xfinity company. Zero stars Zero. Not even one.

One star only because I can't give it a negative rating.

My cable went out 15 minutes ago without warning. I tried to text them using the direct-to-agent number they gave me. No answer. I called the main number: it told me to reboot the box (it already did that itself). When i refused to reboot a second time, it hung up on me. An agent finally answered my text and told me to call back tomorrow. When i finally got an agent he refused to speak to me (texting for long periods of time is difficult for me) and told me i was rude and I should either call the main number (again, hung up on me once already) or ask for a callback (why should I if they're already right there?).

A few weeks ago they moved a whole chunk of stations without prior notice. So I had no idea where 30+ channels went.

Just an awful, awful company. Overcharges, poor service, terrible agents, zero accountability.

Worst company

Make payments arrangements with them for the 11. They turn of my service on the 6. After they ask me for my debit card. Call them to ask them why my service was off after making arrangements.she stated they couldn't hold it. I ask speaks to a supervisor she stated the billing the was close for the day I told her I been with them for over 20 years that's not how you treat your clients. Now I'm looking forward to find a better company. They nothing but theft over charging people even if you not home you getting charged don't he them

The prices are crazy high. The automated service is awful. (Pushing so many buttons for a recording). The majority of their call center employees do not speak proper English and are VERY hard to understand. (BTW my last name is Flores yet I speak very well) again I must reiterate THE PRICES ARE HIGH! And lastly just in 2023 they have lost 12% of overall business and it is my goal to see them lose even more so they will bring their prices down.

I was on the phone for over a hour spoke with five different people and asked them one question over 12 times and couldn't get an answer to a simple question. It was so odd that each person avoided answering my question.

Friday, I tried to get a little more time to pay my past due ony Xfinity account. The computer does not allow extensions. I found out live agents can not work with customers in short extensions. I have been a customer since middle 1980s. You would think loyalty would count for something. I am looking for alternative more reasonably priced services.

I wish I didn't have to deal with this horrible company but there is no other company available in Ocean City NJ. As crazy as it sounds I suspect they actually want to annoy people with their automated systems so that you will just hang up.
The title of worst company in America is not easy to earn but they have held the title for at least the past 30 years.

Don't deal with these people. Not able to get a hold of anyone. Bills go up out of now where. Totally hate this company. They say one thing and do another. Took 3 months to get them to turn off our service.

We've had problems with Comcast for many years. We used their internet service for our business, which was hit or miss depending on the day. In January of this year, we lost internet service and asked them to repair it. After 4+ months of having NO SERVICE, they insisted we should continue to be charged. We closed our account because they never sent anyone out to repair the service. We paid over $700 in this time, and received no credit or refund from Comcast. After we closed our account, they continued to charge us monthly. After going to collections, and paying the amount due, we are now out over $900 due to fraudulent charges from Comcast. I will NEVER US THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

Where do I begin?

Accidentally paid full amount. Immediately called back customer service and was given a refund ticket number. 3-4 days for refund. THREE WEEKS LATER, still no refund. 10 times I've called. The texting assistance is useless and found out even talking to someone is just as bad. I'm paycheck to paycheck. Couple hundred dollars goes a long way. Credit cards are maxed. Empty promises and assurances from them. On top of that I had to exchange for new equipment. Start the setup and it freezes. Tech support is useless as well. They've tried 4 times from their end and no help. I see a breakup happening. Has anyone been able to get through with these people?

They take money you do not agree to and harasses you to pay daily. You can not speak to a person. They rely on the computer to answer you questions which it can not answer every question and when they can't answer the question it hangs up on you

Comcast/xfinity has a company-wide policy that if they owe you more than $100.00 ( because your cable went out, etc.) they KEEP it.
They have told me this 10+ times by phone. I was so appalled I started asking in the chat room, so I could see it in writing.

Yep...thats' their policy. Now I have it in writing another 10+ times.

That is theft. That is robbery. They should be sued on a Class-wide basis.

Oh...but all telecom companies have arbitration clauses...so you can't sue.
How convenient.

If I stole from my customers I would go to jail. Just think how much money they are stealing each year. It must be in the hundreds of millions.

No he tenido internet en todo el dia y cuando llame me informaron que estaban cambiando unos cables y si queria servicio tenia que incrementarlo $30 mas o sea total $100 y si cancelaba me cobrarian un penalty por abandonar el servicio. Cuando le dije yo no tenia un contrato con ellos pues fue lo que me dijeron cuando inicie con esa compania dijeron que me lo cobrarian porque no llevaba 6 meses con este nuevo plan.En julio hace 6 meses que estoy con este plan o sea 6 Meses llevo. Me atendio un supervisor Enrrique Avalos que fue muy prepotente,grosero y sin tacto alguno. Le pedi hablar con un manager y me dio un nombre Reeberto Lopez con el telefono *******708 dicho numero ni existe porque ni timbre daba. En fin un total desastre. No valoraron que llevo anos con ellos y que simplemente no puedo incrementar mis pagos de 70 a 100 porque ellos estan cambiando los cables. Ademas deberian haber avizado a sus clients antes de subir las tarifassin previo avizo. Una gran falta de respeto al cliente. Buscare donde poner una queja formal porque simplemente no puede ignorar al cliente.
