There is no other service available in my area. I have to pay comcast outrages rates. They hike the cost every few months. Comcast are the worst MRBs.

No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.

Answer:

They are awful incompetent poorly trained and don't know what they are doing The phone system takes forever to navigate It's sole purpose seems to be to keep you from speaking to an agent
