We've had problems with Comcast for many years. We used their internet service for our business, which was hit or miss depending on the day. In January of this year, we lost internet service and asked them to repair it. After 4+ months of having NO SERVICE, they insisted we should continue to be charged. We closed our account because they never sent anyone out to repair the service. We paid over $700 in this time, and received no credit or refund from Comcast. After we closed our account, they continued to charge us monthly. After going to collections, and paying the amount due, we are now out over $900 due to fraudulent charges from Comcast. I will NEVER US THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!
