They are a great website! It you check back often enough, they have great promotions and have some unique clothes that you don't find any place else. Returns are easy and have gotten and loved some of my favorite clothes here!
BEWARE this new Coldwater Creek. It's NOT the same company. When you thumb through the catalog, you are looking at items that are out of stock. I've been waiting six weeks for that cute Vest for all Seasons!
I returned a sweater that was on sale. I wanted a smaller size. When I went to order the smaller size the price listed was twice what I had paid when it was on sale. CC is a total rip off.
The rea son for the 3star review is only because I was never notified that it had shipped. I contacted customer service & no response. Then I read the 'horrible' reviews, and was sick because I was afraid I had been scammed. BUT! One week from when I ordered...I received exactly what I ordered. They really need to communicate better though.
I purchased a pair of pants that were advertised as two for the price of one. Only one pair of pants were delivered and they refused to rectify the mistake. I returned the item as a matter of principal and will not buy from again.
Tried to order 4 items by phone. 3/4 were "out of stock". Not the first time. A tee was not available for 2½ months, middle of December. A tee shirt. Going to shop elswhere. Catalog sale with CC suck.
My wife tried to order two items from the catalogue with painful results. When she first called she told the young man on the phone that she wanted to check that the items she wanted were still in stock before preceding any further. Under protest he did so but when she was assured that the items were in stock he made the sarcastic comment "maybe we can now start". My wife then told him that if was too much trouble for him maybe she get another agent to help he changed his tune and my wife ordered two items to be sent directly to our daughter. One item was sent to our daughter but the second was sent to my wife who called customer service. The young lady in customer service ignored the miss-sending of the item and kept insisting that they needed our daughters bank numbers to complete the purchase. My wife finally gave up, told the girl that she would now resend the item ourselves to which the lady merely said "that's good" and ended the session.
I will never buy another pair of pants or top from Coldwater Creek Again. Each time I bought a pair of pants the zipper either ripped or the clasp broke off. The shirts are either too big or too small. Never again
The item was returned 11/25/21, following their stated process. I followed up 1/3/22 because I heard/saw nothing from CC. As of 12/26/21, they said they did not have return. I sent copy of proof of return and they instantly found it. On 1/3/22, CC cust service responded and said credit would happen in 5-10 business days. It is now 10th day and no credit. I sent email again (1/14/22) asking for credit. The email I received said "Please allow 7 to 10 business days to investigate and process the request." FYI, I called Cust Service and the rep was rude and not helpful. I will not be buying from CC again.
I received a dress, size 6, and it was much, much too large for me. I returned it and after awhile they returned it to me, with a comment that i had worn it; therefore I could not return it. There is no way that I could have ever worn it, as it was so large. I returned it to them, but never got a refund.
I waited weeks for my order to arrive. Tried calling over and over to report it missing, waiting on the phone over an hour and no one ever came on the line. Emailed twice- no response. Still waiting. Never ordering from CWC again.
I received what I thought was my order, 4 tops and 1 pair of size 10 jeans, but when I opened the package it contained only 2 size 4P jeans. I called customer service immediately and was told to wait until they could investigate the issue, not to return the order until someone contacted me in 5-7 days. I decided to followup with an email 2 days later and still have not received a reply. I called customer service again and was told that I had to return the wrong items before I could be issued a refund. After reading these reviews I realize I may never get my $263.80 back. I will defintely be contacting my Attorney Generals office, Better Business and my credit card company!
I love Coldwater Creek's styles and colors -- they have things I would really love to own -- if I could get them. No matter how quickly you click on their "just in!" items -- they are "sold out". In June I ordered a dress. It was "back ordered". Every few weeks they put a hold on my checking account for the amount of the dress, it ticked me off a bit, but I dealt with it. Sept 6, I finally emailed them to cancel the other, I was tired of waiting, summer is now over. No response. On the 9th I received an email that said they couldn't cancel the order because the dress was shipped out on the 8th. Hmmmm... I smell BS. Never again.
Like many here, I love CC and am sad they're going. I made my last order in late July, and got both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation from FedEx. Now, they have no way to be reached (email or phone), and Fedex tracking number only says "Pending, awaiting package from shipper." Credit card WAS charged, so it has been paid for. Fed Ex is worthless in helping- they just say "Contact the shipper." I even found another CC email to try here, and this was the result: Your message to *******@coldwatercreek.com couldn't be delivered.

I've been a customer of Coldwater Creek for many years and have been ordering lately on line. It always took more time than anyone else to receive my order. On July 8, I placed an order. One month later, I called asking where my order was & was told it wouldn't be coming... out of stock or no longer available or who knows. Nice of them let me know! Plus, I found out I was talking with a lady in the Phillipines! I'm done doing business with this company. I refuse to deal with a company who outsources their customer services to a foreign country and doesn't do a good job.
I paid an extra $22 for overnight shipping so that I will have the item I ordered with me before I leave on a long trip. Called two days later to check package status and was told that it was just shipped today and will not arrive tomorrow (that woulld be overnight) but on Monday, a total of FOUR days after it was shipped. Incredibly disappointed and upset. They did refund me part of the shipping fees I paid, but bottom line I will not have the item I was hoping to take with me. Wish I had read the many other negative reviews before ordering from Coldwater creek...
Several years ago I purchased some T shirts that I liked. A few months ago I wanted to order some in different colors. The reviews for the shirts were terrible, but I ordered anyway. When I got them, I realized the reviews were correct. They were far inferior to the originals. I had to donate them to a thrift store.
I wrote a review, and received an email saying that my review violated their review policy. I'm not sure why. There were tons on negative reviews about these shirts, I don't know why mine was singled out except that I compared the quality to that of a known cheap discount store. I wrote a different review and submitted it. When I went to check if it had been posted (I hadn't heard anything this time.) I discovered that ALL of the negative reviews had been removed! Nothing but 4 and 5 star ratings were there. Stay way!
Ordered item the middle of April. It was on backorder. Ok. I can live with that. Shipping date listed as May 6th. Middle of May, no item. Customer service offered 20% off next order. NEXT ORDER!? Are they nuts? Just spent 20 minutes on hold to find out they shipped item yesterday, June 10th. There was no email to notify me of shipment. Hope I don't have to return it, as the return service looks like a nightmare also. I will NEVER order from CWC again. Catalog makes everything look great. Poor quality and customer service and high prices for such low quality construction and fabrics will see the demise of this business. If I could rate Cold Water lower than one star, I would.
My parents are victims of fraudulent activity with this company. Apparently it is very easy for someone to open a credit card and make purchases. We filed a complaint with the company and received a letter today stating that my parents are still responsible for the purchases even though they did not make the purchases or open the account. They don't even have the account number only the last 4 digits that came with the bill. I am very dissapointed with this company for being so porous such that you can easily be a victim of Identity theft. Purchases were made in a store in Glen Burnie and my mom was not even in the country at the time. The company stated that they investigated the claims and found that she is still responsible for paying for this. 11/3/18

When I placed a final order with this company, they never notified me that it wouldn't be arriving. This is the second time that poor management has ruined this company. I am not confident that if they attempt a third resurrection that I would shop with them again.

Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
