When issues arise citizen shipper does nothing to help. There is no one to call, only email and they don't email back. I was called names by a driver who went 500mi off route unannounced for my VIP solo trip. RNR Pets & Stuff showed up 5hrs late at pick up and was going to feed my 2lb chihuahua once a day and citizen shipper doesn't care. Their drivers are not properly screened. There's no conflict resolution. They lost my business. RNR pets & stuff has life360 which Lists all their speeding violations and citizen shipper does not care. RNR pets & stuff's driver said he drove for citizenshipper which is also against CS policy. Save yourself the headache. It's all bogus. And citizen shipper only has M-F hours, so your screwed even further on the weekend if something goes wrong. Screenshots are clear proof that I can't possibly be the issue if Christina, the owner of RNR Pets&Stuff transport, is firing their daughter/employee over the issues. But Citizenshipper doesn't care that they led me to this horrible company that does not properly train their employees & put my 2lb chihuahua at risk. There are so many other better companies out there. I had to learned the hard way, you can learn through my mistakes. Save yourself the headache and hassle and terrible customer service from both companies.

CitizenShipper was absolutely phenomenal! I found them through Google and boy howdy am I glad I did! I was looking for someone to transport my brother's dog to him where he is stationed from our home 1,400 miles away. Their website was very user friendly. It was seamless to post my request and I located someone to help transport my dog within the hour. I am so pleased I went through CitizenShipper as their website is so easy to use and their platform makes it easy to navigate. I received multiple quotes within 20 minutes of posting that I needed help transporting my dog across 1,400 miles. It was very easy to communicate with multiple shippers about transporting my dog. The messaging platform is easy to use and the bids that come in are very easy to see and compare with one another. They also offer the ability to bookmark the quotes, so I was able to bookmark the quotes that were the cheapest and the ones I wanted to reach out to. I highly recommend CitizenShipper to anyone looking for these services. This is a wonderful service for finding the best deal when you need to transport pets. We had a wonderful experience with our transporter, and we had plenty of options to choose from.

I used CitizenShipper for tranporting my new puppy from TX to GA. I never had someome transport a pet before so inwaaant sure whst to expect. I liked this sote because i was able to read reviews and see the driver had a background check and excellent driving record. My driver stayed in co tact with me throughout the entire process and allowed me to veiw his location. On this site you look for a driver and people place bids for you so you can decide if it fits within your budget and you see their credentials before hiring. Highly recommend fhis website!

This company allows scam artist, criminals and trafficking rings to become drivers. My puppy was supposed to be transported from Florida to California. She was picked up on July 17th by the transport company. I received one video 4hrs after pickup of my puppy and then all communication was terminated after calls and text messages. I notified citizenshipper that their driver was not responding and they said they would look into it. On the afternoon of July 19th the transport finally contacted me and stated that my puppy along with 2 other puppies had been stolen out of their vehicle. They stated they rented a hotel that didn't allow pets in so they left the pups in the car alone over night. I have found they lied about the hotel, the police report they filed contradicts the story they told me. Citizenshipper basically said sorry for your loss and talk to the transporter who has since disconnected their phones. He went from a loving retired veteran to he has nothing to do with transports the last time we spoke.

I think in my opinion the cost to use your service is too high. I have no complaints about the driver he was awesome. But too pay that much to post on your site is a bit much.

It was fine, a bit expensive but it did the job well. The shipping fee itself that goes to the site cost an extra hundred dollars to pair me with a shipper. Other than that everything went fine.

Be careful! I had a down payment of $309 stolen from me through this website! I had a gentleman offer me a price that was too good to be true! Once everything was set I asked him what the next step is. He told me to pay him through PayPal. I thought that it was secure. He never showed up! I contacted CitezenShipper to give them a chance to make things right but they said because I didn't pay through them their hands were clean. I had no idea or intent to not use them and I was taken advantage of. I am extremely upset. My husband is active duty. We just had a baby. We scraped up what we could to get our fur baby to us and some theif took complete advantage of that and stole our money. I am now using the bank to get it back who completely agrees that the website should be responsible for who they contract. CitizenShipper didn't even ask me about the driver so that means he's still working for them! His name is Albert H. Do not let this individual take advantage of you. And don't trust CitizenShipper to have your back.
