I had just the best experience with this service. I was very apprehensive about anyone taking my extra large breed and dealing with the fact that he still has puppy like behaviors. But Melinda was amazing! She kept me in the loop form her ETA on pick up to pictures during the drive and ETA of drop off time. I felt so informed that I couldn't feel anxious. She took her time to let Mozart sniff her out so he was comfortable With her and then let the other dog in her trip come out and let them get completely comfortable before she left so that I wouldn't worry. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shipper to ANYONE LOOKING for someone who is willing to take the time to relieve your anxiety when it comes to transporting your beloved pets!

I contacted MTM shipper Through Citizen Shipper late Sunday night. I informed him I couldn't call the person to set up a time. He told me he could pick up the item the next day great. The Monday MTM contacted me and told me that he has waited all morning and now I would be charged. I explained I was waiting for the shipper as explained when I booked it he said thats not his problem and he would be charging me anyway. Bottom line is once you confirm want to use them they charge you and don't concern them self with picking up the item. CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK!

For some stupid reason if you are a shipper of some items, you ca not get a quote to ship a car. The customer service is horrible too

Citizenshipper was great! We were going to drive out to get our pup, but ended up unable. We looked at a couple different companies and ended up going with them. They offered great options.
It's a good platform to find local shippers. Their support via email is decent and prompt with response. Recommend going with shippers with good reviews only as quality of shippers can vary a lot
