I also paid $41.00 for a life like baby shark and what I got was a 6" flapping shark that are used to entertain cats. I don't have any cats So it's worthless to me, I've been emailing with them to get my money back but they only offer $2.00 store credit or percentages returned to my account, they started at 10% and now they are at 37% which I told them no. I want all my money back that they are falsely advertising this shark. Finally I got tired of dealing with them and called my credit card company, they said money would be credited back to my account. Scammers

Bought 3 sweaters and amount deducted the very same day, have not received my products and my emails are left unanswered. $100 short for nothing. I wish I would of read theses reviews before ordering with that scam so call company. First time bad experience with buying on line

I ordered sandals for my wife for the summer back in April. Didn't receive them until September. Tried to get answers from customer service and even tried to cancel order in August but never got a response. Company kept saying they were coming and now sit in the garbage. Also, sandals were very poorly made and not as described.

Haven't been to a Cici's since before Covid. Upon my entrance, there were only 4 other customers at this location in Chester, VA. The salad bar is sad looking, the pasta looks dried up and the selection of pizza leaves everything to be desired, bit not an option. This location needs to save itself and lock the doors. Too much money to be spent for no options to choose from. I should have had Panda Express. At least their food is FRESH!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered (having seen nice adverts on FB). I ordered a pair of shoes in June, for my holiday in August. Despite repeated emails reassuring me they would be dispatched (with me doing all the chasing) I received nothing. I have now had a refund after raising a dispute through PayPal.

Scam artists

The company advertises one thing and sends you another and then won't issue you a full refund unless you pay to ship the item back to China. Do not order anything from them you will be wasting your money.

So... the baby shark that I was suppose to get and that I paid 41 dollars for is the one that looks like a real shark. It was suppose to sing, move, flip over and many other things. The one that I received is the one that looks like a carnival toy... they refuse to give my money back I am on a mission to let everyone know what a rip off they are

Bought sandals. Took more than 2 months for delivery-product comes from China. VERY cheap material, poorly constructed. Sizing way too wide. Dont' even think about the possibility to return. Buy at your own risk! 100% regrets!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered in early June. Tried cancelling when no delivery after six weeks. After numerous emails complaining and getting replies about tickets being sold out... which was not even relevant... they said my order was dispatched. Further six weeks passed, complained again and told them to cancel order. Same drivel in emails then the order arrived. They are the worst sandals ever! Rubbish materials and supposed to have had cushioned sole and arch support... cork sole, no arch support whatsoever and no invoice enclosed. Can't return because more than thirty days since original purchase date. They will be going In The Bin and I would never order from them again. Angry

Do not fall for this

I wish I had read these reviews! Ordered shoes June 4... it is August 14 - still waiting and getting the run around from online support. SO UPSET. Also - they claim they will not offer a refund since they shipped already (in theory).

Disgusting

Ordered shoes over 10 weeks ago. They took payment at the end of June. Today I received a flat package with a small star in it still no shoes. Absolute scam. Do NOT order. Thankfully paid by credit card so have set up a dispute.

Ordered sandals on 6-3-19. Tracking stated that order was in US on 7-16-19. Today is 8-15-19 and all I have gotten is regrets and excuses. Latest email states I cannot receive a refund because items were "on sale". They keep saying the items are on their way. Been hearing this for 2 months!

SCAM! Ordered shoes on 6-5-19. It's the end of July, and all I have is promises - and one empty plastic envelope. They were "surprised" by the interest in the product and that's why it's taken so long. Glad to know I'm not alone. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal after getting no information about my shoes.

Scam

I ordered sandals at the beginning of June and still have not received them. When I tried to track the order it shows my order left Laos in July, but they will not track after that. I have emailed the company twice but just get a generic response that they are behind on orders. I too receive a gray plastic envelope from the Philippines a few weeks ago and thought it was empty, but then saw a tiny silver star that had fallen out on the counter. No paperwork or explanation and I didn't know until reading these reviews that it was linked to my order. We need to put them out of business so they cannot scam others. Does anyone know how?

Same as everyone else. I'm most annoyed that facebook has made money from this company using their platform to scam their uses... us As far as I can see Facebook has enabled, supported and given them access to my information to help them scam me through there advertising... which the company pays for. Shame on Facebook for supporting fake companies to make money from its uses illegally.

Worst company ever

Every time you email them, they give you all these excuses about it coming from China & that this merchandise is so popular that they're having a hard time keeping up with the orders. I asked that my order be cancelled & asked for a refund. Their response, it's already been ordered & since it at a discounted price, they don't give refunds. Now my next step is to call my credit card company & have them reversed the charges. That's what everyone should do too.

Ordered a pair of sandals almost 3 months ago. Over a month ago I finally got an email with a tracking number and shipping information. I just checked the tracking info and it's not saying anything about where my order is, just that it was shipped from Laos and arrived at the country of destination which is also Laos (mind you I live in the US). So yeah. Have no idea if these sandals will ever get here.
