Ordered shoes from their FaceBook ad in June. It is now September, no shoes and no refund that I keep demanding. The web site (T-REXECOM, INC) where my money was charged to my bank has now closed due to being scammed. THIEFS FOR SURE
I parted with my hard earned money on the 1st June of this year, today is the 1st September, and I have received absolutely nothing, over 70 emails containing lie after lie. I initially raised an issue with PayPal, unfortunately I believed the lie from these charlatans, that the product had been dispatched, so at their request closed the case, PayPal refuse to reopen it, as its against their policy. Don't touch this company.
My shoes finally arrived, the quality is poor and there are very narrow. But the package they were sent in was reposted from the country of origin. They cost USD$3.00. The person Yanwen then redirects them to you. The return address on the package said they were sent from Southall in Middlesex. I think they were overwhelmed with orders and had to wait for the sandals to be sent from abroad, where things are very cheap, Large profit for them
I ordered shoes, paid with paypal, thank goodness. Never received order, emailed several times and they did reply, just never answered my questions. They said check with my neighbors and the post office after over 3 months i contacted paypal. The never could make contact with this company so they refunded my money, almost $40. I really wanted the shoes, now I'm afraid to order off anything on FB.
After being fobbed off for 3 months as to the whereabouts of the sandals, receiving the plastic wallet & over 30 emails telling me the same as everyone else on here. It was finally explained by Jay (customer service) that the advert had gone viral and they could not keep up with the demand but I would receive my order. They have now arrived and I have to admit I love them. I gave a 2 star because of the lies cici threads told me, but I would give the sandals a 4 star
Am still waiting for my order placed on 29th June. Several messages sent and always told be patient as there has been a high demand. Summer is over!

Basically my story is the same as everyone else´s. Placed the order, tried to chase it, initially got apologies for delays and eventually received a stupid tiny little star wrapped in loads of plastic! I only realised it was there as it fell on my toe! Steer well clear! It´s a total scam!
I purchased a pair of white sandals June 13th for summer. As to date I have not received them. Summer is over and I have requested a refund twice now and have heard nothing from them. Guess I got scammed like the rest of the people. I am out my money I paid for them. Got ripped off!
All I can say is thank god for Paypal. Same story as everyone else, emailed several times and got replies saying they were overwhelmed with the number of orders, etc etc. Got a package finally, with a teeny little silver heart (almost thought the bag was empty). Now they say they were scammed by china suppliers. I call BS. They are the scammers. I definitely learned my lesson. But Paypal came through and refunded my money, but I'm sure others won't be so lucky. I hope Karma gets Cici Threads!
Ordered sandals beginning of July. Payment was taken out in beginning of July i sent several Emails enquiring why it was taking sooooo long to deliver, i even received an Email from CiCi Threads asking me if i was pleased with my sandals i replied i hadn't even received them However after 12 weeks i finally received the sandal today. They are ok and i have decided to keep them as i feel i will have to wait weeks before i have a refund. I won't be ordering anymore.

This company is a scam. I ordered in June for two pairs which seemed like a very good company. I have emailed numerous times only to get like everyone else a automated service. Very quick to take my money. Absolutely disgusting. I hope they get what they deserved. This is peoples well earned money and they must think it is funny to scam us all. I would put less than the one star if I could. Does anyone know how we can get our money back.
DO NOT order from this company under ANY name they may come up with. I ordered 2 pair of sandals in June. July, after many complaints, I got the same computer generated responses as every one else. I contacted them 2 weeks ago, afte I tried their site and saw that a "new" store was coming. It was told to me that because of the volume of sales and the back log that they were answering emails as they came in. Do not send another as it would go to the back of the que. So today? Store is closed for good and they will no longer have customer service. I will try to get a refund through my bank, but this development may have come too late. Don't know if it's too late to file. I tried no stars but couldn't submit without a rating. Minus 5, maybe?
