You will never get it because they are thieves. I don't think anyone ever got either ordered goods or a refund

Cicithreads is a scam. Took my money and never delivered my shoes. Will not refund my money.

I finally got mine after 3 months & numerous emails sent & inboxes sent via Facebook. I love them, so comfy but a pity summer is almost over. I won't be ordering anything again via Facebook though as it's not worth the hassle

I ordered four pair of sandals in April. It is now Oct and I have only received one pair. I got two response to my emails. One telling me (after 7 wks) that the order had not been processed yet and one was from Michael and he said I could not get a refund because you only have 24 hrs to cancel. The order had been placed at least 8 wks before and hadn't even been processed yet.

It happens a lot that people steal pictures of products from legit websites and companies and use them for advertising their own, often lesser quality products. Sad but true.

I ordered in June too and still nothing then when I asked for a refund I get no response... Looks like they stole money from me too!

Contact your bank and get your money back. The shoes are absolute rubbish and nothing like the illustration on the advert. This is a scam.

You won't get your order. It's a scam. They will send you an envelop with a tiny star as receipt of your item being sent. They don't answer emails for refunds.

This company is a scam. Takes your money but don't send items ordered.
