Haven't been to a Cici's since before Covid. Upon my entrance, there were only 4 other customers at this location in Chester, VA. The salad bar is sad looking, the pasta looks dried up and the selection of pizza leaves everything to be desired, bit not an option. This location needs to save itself and lock the doors. Too much money to be spent for no options to choose from. I should have had Panda Express. At least their food is FRESH!

The company advertises one thing and sends you another and then won't issue you a full refund unless you pay to ship the item back to China. Do not order anything from them you will be wasting your money.

Bought sandals. Took more than 2 months for delivery-product comes from China. VERY cheap material, poorly constructed. Sizing way too wide. Dont' even think about the possibility to return. Buy at your own risk! 100% regrets!

I am out 48.00 for shoes I believed to be authentic. The QVC attached to the site is misleading. Now their website is closed.

I also paid $41.00 for a life like baby shark and what I got was a 6" flapping shark that are used to entertain cats. I don't have any cats So it's worthless to me, I've been emailing with them to get my money back but they only offer $2.00 store credit or percentages returned to my account, they started at 10% and now they are at 37% which I told them no. I want all my money back that they are falsely advertising this shark. Finally I got tired of dealing with them and called my credit card company, they said money would be credited back to my account. Scammers

In April I ordered 4 pair of sandals to take on holidays July 12. The middle of June, after several enquiries, I found out that the order had not even been. I asked that the order be canceled and was informed that it could only be canceled within 24 hrs of making the purchase - even though it had not been shipped. September I received one pair of sandals - the cheapest things I have every seen. Now I am sending 10-20 emails a day asking for my money or my sandals. I want to try and jam up their email system. I would like my sandals or my money and hope that the scammers get scammed. There must be some payback.

On 6th July I ordered 4 pairs of sandals from this company. Total $95.96. Paid by Pay Pal. I was wanting them for my holiday from 5th September, 2019. Finally went back to check re: non-delivery Their website now had a home page stating that they had gone out of business due to a scam by their Chinese suppliers. I then contacted Pay Pal who said that they would contact the company and inform me of progress or otherwise. On 3rd Sept. I had sent company an e-mail asking them to now cancel my 8 week old order as the items were no longer required. Pay Pal sent me an e-mail while I was away to say that my order was in fact in transit. On arriving home I found the parcels with 4 pairs of sandals, They are very cheap plastic covered heels with sticky black plastic to make them look like cork. I ordered as they looked comfortable, what a laugh! Someone should stop these people trading. I wouls not have even paid £5 a pair for this rubbish.
We learn by our mistakes and I have certainly learnt from mine £75+ later. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the tri-colored sandals June 7. It did say allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks I emailed and they said my order was being processed. After that I just kind of forgot about it and thought I can kiss that money goodbye. Live and learn. Then, much to my surprise, I received them this week. No bad smell, very cute and comfortable. They run a little small, but I can still wear them. I've gotten numerous compliments on them. It took a long time, but I did receive my order, and I'm very happy with them.
