Every time you email them, they give you all these excuses about it coming from China & that this merchandise is so popular that they're having a hard time keeping up with the orders. I asked that my order be cancelled & asked for a refund. Their response, it's already been ordered & since it at a discounted price, they don't give refunds. Now my next step is to call my credit card company & have them reversed the charges. That's what everyone should do too.
Ordered a pair of sandals almost 3 months ago. Over a month ago I finally got an email with a tracking number and shipping information. I just checked the tracking info and it's not saying anything about where my order is, just that it was shipped from Laos and arrived at the country of destination which is also Laos (mind you I live in the US). So yeah. Have no idea if these sandals will ever get here.
UPDATE 10/10/19: much to my surprise, I actually received the 2 pair of shoes ordered. They are cute and comfortable. Would never order again though. Ridiculous process and still a lot of people never got what they ordered.
My story is the same as everyone else's. Ordered two pair June 5,2019. I was given tracking info from Laos. Took forever and what arrived 2 months later was a clear plastic envelope with a customs form inside. No shoes. Not even a star for me. The form is what was being tracked, not sandals. Multiple emails has proven to be useless.
We saw the advertisement on Facebook. Wish I knew how to report them other than just through a review. I usually check reviews before purchasing from non reputable companies, but I failed to do so this time.

A few months ago i ordered and paid for sandals that you advertise on daily basis and it has never arrived. Totally rubbish shoes. I over ordered by 3 pairs by mistake. Contacted them as soon as I place order but they never reduced the order so I paid around £75.00 for these sandals that were probably worth a £5.00 at the most. It took them months to deliver and only finally received them after putting a dispute into pay pal. Summer was over when they came sizing is out I'm a size 40 and they won't fit. They are that rubbish i would never wear them
I ordered sandals on the 1st June like so many people I was convinced this is a scam. After 3 month and persistently sending them emails I received my sandals to day. It seems to me if you don't keep at them they keep your money. I will not order from this company again.

This company is a scam. I ordered in June for two pairs which seemed like a very good company. I have emailed numerous times only to get like everyone else a automated service. Very quick to take my money. Absolutely disgusting. I hope they get what they deserved. This is peoples well earned money and they must think it is funny to scam us all. I would put less than the one star if I could. Does anyone know how we can get our money back.

I could repeat here the same horror story of all those 100+ people who left a 1-star review before me. For me too, it took 3 months for the sandals to actually arrive after multiple inquiries and even a Paypal dispute. I thought my money was wasted. When the sandals actually arrived, I was in disbelief and shock. Like others said, rather ugly and cheap-looking and bad smelling. I let them air out outside and ignored them for a while. The smell went away after a few days, and when I actually tried wearing them around the house, I found them to be quite comfy! My feet cannot tolerate many shoes due to various problems but I was able to wear these for hours at a time. Scam it was but if the story of why Cici threads went out of business is true, I feel for them.
Almost two month not receiving my order and they kept telling me that due to many orders received we will not be able to commit to the shipment time line provided while you are purchasing the product.

After I told them I was turning them in, they sent a threatening email back telling me not to contact them in some weird nice wording that was trying to say they are handling it. Don't buy anything on FB ads! They just get money and we get no products!
