I ordered sandals the first day they showed up on Facebook. That was June 21st 2019. I wrote to them weekly sometimes daily asking where my order. My last email informed them that I would not give up and might even get the Atty General of my state to check into this fraud. This morning I received an email and text saying my shoes had shipped and gave me a tracking number too. Also, notified me that they themselves had been scammed by their Chinese supplier and were forced to close down.

Scammed

Bought and paid for two pair of sanders. I contacted the company after a couple of months they tracked my order a showed me that my order was in the country from Laos on July 15. Well no shoes arrived and now the company is out of business. Scammed again.

SHOES? WTH?

After waiting well over 2 months for the two pairs of sandals I ordered, I got a tiny package today with a little tiny star in it. Where the hell is my money? This place is a rip off. See my pics attached. See the tiny star beside the pen? The pen wasn't included, it is to show size. The package is to prove they sent it. Where are the shoes? I am reporting them to Paypal and my Visa! I'd advise you all to do the same!

They posted a picture of leather toe post sandals which looked great, what I got was plastic the colour was crap and they looked nothing like the picture.To give them away to a charity would be insulting so Ive binned them.To return them to CICI you have 10 days or they don't accept, funny how it takes them about 5weeks to send them to you. Please don't use this company as they eat your money then have a laugh...:-(

Poor services

I am extremely disappointed, the times I was told that there was a high volume of orders I could enter, however the amount of time that has passed and I have no answers from you, the merchandise does not arrive or I receive the refund of the money. It just makes me think they are irresponsible. Taking people's money and not sending merchandise is called stealing. And it is those who have done with me.

Please, I require you to return my money as soon as possible.

Avoid these SCAMMERS!

Order my shoes 2 months ago and still have not received them in the mail. I emailed the company and they gave me runaround that the shoes are coming from China and that they should arrive soon. No way to contact them via phone. Company is misleading and fraudulent to customers. Warning do not buy from CiCi Threads!

Ordered sandals 06June19, never received receipt or order number etc (only daily emails offering goods to purchase). Three weeks later when order still not delivered I emailed company with proof of payment they told me it wasn't them, and to check who I had ordered from. I have reported to AMEX and PayPal. I consider them a scam.

I ordered a pair of sandals June 3rd, received email saying ordered received and they were getting my product ready to ship. 2 weeks later I inquired regards my order, was told in an email they were short the product, then a few days later I get an email saying they shipped my order, I received a tracking number, what they sent me was a flat plastic mailing envelope with the shipping label and tracking number, envelope was empty no sandals, now after filing a dispute with Pay Pal, they sent 3 emails with the tracking number telling me they shipped my order. Just a scam!

Ordered sandals in June for my holiday in August. They wrote and told me there would be a delay, so I told them to cancel the order as I wanted them for my holiday. I must have told them about 10 times to cancel the order and refund the money, but they kept ignoring my message or telling me to be patient. They then messaged me and said that the item had been dispatched, so I could no longer cancel, even though I had requested to cancel and have a refund several times previously. The item finally arrived in September (way after my holiday) and are absolute rubbish. I have emailed to say this and have had no response. Complete waste of money. Worst quality shoes I have ever seen and they will probably go straight in the bin, as they will be no good for my holiday next year either, as the quality is abissmal and there is absolutely no comfort to these shoes at all. They are not as described or as the picture shows. Prepare to be ripped off if you buy from this company

Like so many others, I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order back in. Early July. (it is now mid August) They took my money IMMEDIATELY and days later informed me the item was on back order but no chance of knowing when the item could be shipped.
Requested to cancel order and refund but that hasn't happened. Only response is an email stating that they "are busy". I advise all to stay away from CiCi Threads.

NO STARS WARRANTED!

Wish I had read all the reviews before I had ordered! Still waiting on product. Got a ParcelApp tracking number. Item shipped from Laos received in US on July 16th. US Postal Service delivered a flat shipping envelope with address label. Took picture and sent another email to CiCi threads indicating nothing received. Parcel App message says "no longer tracking". So, now I'm going to protest charge through bank.

I ordered 4 pairs back on July 4th and on August 4th I emailed asking where my order was. Said that they were back ordered and will mail out soon. I received email on September 4th saying my order was shipped. I received my order last night and only got one pair of the sandals and they smelled so bad I had to put them outside. Could not stand the odor.

Ordered these sandals then thought I had ordered the size in American rather than UK, emailed prompt response back saying they had changed the size to U. K then received another email saying they were on their way and I would receive another email with shipping dates - never arrived, emailed x twice, no response. Checked site - non existent or looked as though it was being taken over, contacted my Mastercard, who will re-imburse me the money and follow through themselves. STAY AWAY

Got a refund via Paypal then 2 days ago got an email from Cici to say my order was being dispatched! Parcel arrived today and I have refused to accept it but as the courier had left it on my doormat I picked it up and felt through the plastic bag that it was not even what I had ordered! Oh and also about a month ago a plastic bag was delivered with the original parcel number on it! The bag was about 16x16cms and I thought it was empty until I was brushing the floor and saw the tiniest gold coloured heart so I assume it came out of the bag(not even actual gold) Steer well clear.

Like everyone else, I ordered a pair of sandals and paid for them June 9th through PAY PAL. I have contacted this company several times and the last reply that I received indicated that the "shoes are in your country now". I also received an empty gray envelope but mine was from the Philippines. I wished I had used a Credit Card because I could just report it as a fraudulent charge and be done with it. This Company sucks and when my husband looked it up the site indicated they were in Bradenton Florida. Maybe I'll have to contact the Florida Attorney General. Any other suggestions?

I also wish I had read the reviews as well. I also received a grey plastic envelope with a tiny silver heart shape and was sent' from Malaysia. I ordered my shoes 2 months ago! Nothing! I also emailed and said my order was on the way... sorry for the delay as these shoes are very poplular. So I've been scammed!
So be warned shoppers... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
