Three days in a row I went to you guys and all three days you guys didn't have no food. Place is dirty long lines. You guys should've never extended your hours till 11 if you guys cannot fulfill the orders for your customers you guys need to go back to 10 o'clock or shut that place down.

Went to the store on 22nd/Harrison in Tucson Az. Arrived with a friend around 100m. There was no grilled veggies in the showcase as well as meat but the children were standing around. We asked when they will have these items refilled for purchase and we were told 3 minutes. 10 minutes later and having to ask to have the veggies put back on the grill due to not being cooked we had to have our bowls made over. Most of the children working were Ok but once we got to the cashier, she was rude, sarcastic and out of line. After giving that little girl a piece of my mind we ran into the manager, Sara, that clearing was not managing her employees. Sara did not once apologize or make me feel any better about our poor experience at her store. Sara made excuses for her staff and for not having food ready to be sold and was not very respectful of our complaints. Sara needs to have customer service training and needs to be aware of what her employees are doing or not doing. Was very pissed off when we left this store and were treated negatively when we complained. I will end this review with our food was very good after we finally got it but it was not worth the problems and rudeness we had to endure to get it. Will not go back to this store again! Please help Sara be a better manager!

The food is really low quantity and it has too much Lettuce and it has only less meat in it. The cheese is less as well.
Three bowls are not worth fourty dollars. Moes is just as good but cheaper even with the cheese added and the bowls are bigger. The food was cold and had no tasteI. I will never do business here again.

After eating at chipotle five or six times a week since they opened here in Dallas I'm deciding this is it after today. They are getting greedy. Got my normal plain boring bowl for just rice and beans which is already over priced and asked them to put the salsa on the side so it's not cold when I get to eat it and they tried to charge me another 1.80 for that and I usually get a lime juice on the side and they tried to charge me $1.80 for that too. I was OK when they started charging for the sides of tortillas but not this. At first I thought maybe it's because I go to the same locations every day and they don't charge me, but they said this was the new rule. So my group and I will be looking for a new daily lunch spot.
Very disappointed will not be back until more consistency in portion size. Annoying that they are still using a spoon to dish out the protein, not sure if they have heard of a measuring cup? Tired of paying for double protein to get the standard amount.
We have gone to the recently opened store in Meridian, Idaho on Chinden a couple of times. One night we went in at 9:00 PM (they are open until 10). They literally had one meat option available and no quacamole. The next time it was 2:00 PM, they had only pork and about 6-7 pieces of their "signature" barbacoha beef. It looked like pieces of dried shoe leather. They had 1 scoop, barely of quaamole. I remember years ago when we lived in Utah and it was really good. The commercials are misleading. Neither time did we walk into the store and hear or smell fresh cooking. We won't be back nor will we recommend it.
Order a quesadilla queso and chips. When I viewed my receipt there were three other items added. On top of that my queso did not have a lud and was dumped in the bottom of my bag. Cannot get anyone to answer their phone.
I had an issue among dozens of others. No food left even one hour and half before closing. It's not the first time. It happened dozens of times. Good Luck trying to call Customer Service. It's outsourced overseas to another country. It just goes in circles.

The only server was preparing a large takout order. After that he proceeded to prepare another order of 3 burritos for a guy infront of me. When my turn arrived, I said to him that there should be another server because by this time there was a line of 6 other people behind me.
A woman suddenly appeared. I believe she is the manageress as I have seen her before. Here is how the conversation went.
She: You can go away.
Me: Why should I go away. I have been waiting over 10 mins.
She: You are rude.
Me: How am I rude when all I said was there should be more servers.
She: What am I doing now.
She said that while putting on gloves and then proceeded to serve me and there was no further interaction.
So if you lose customer, know that you have a staff member who tells customers to go away for politely making legitimate suggestion.
Always have loved Chipotle. However that has changed. Prices are going up while portions are down. Last order I wasn't sure if they put chicken in and then I found a few pieces. I asked for extra cheese and I got a sprinkle. Very disappointed. I will not pay these prices for what you get. Sorry Chipotle but I'm done.
I will never order from this company again. I run 4 healthcare offices and periodically purchase lunch for physicians and staff. I ordered $244.58 worth of bowls for staff through their website for delivery. It was marked off as delivered but yet we never received anything, No one will help you and all they do it talk over you. The customer service is extremely rude also. They are fighting me on refunding my credit card and absolutely refused to remake the order and deliver it. This is the worst place i have ever dealt with. Sad but never again. I wish i could rate it a with a -1 star
Ordered the bowl with what was labeled as "steak". Every piece of this so called "steak" was at least half gristle or fat. Disgusting! Wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog. Over-priced, substandard food. I will not be back.
I'm super upset. I've had a really long day I've been up since 4am and I just wanted a burrito for dinner. I order a burrito, my receipt says burrito and the sticker on the package says burrito. I got home opened my burrito and I didn't get a burrito. I received some meat and cheese, rice and beans slopped in a bowel no tortilla, NO BURRITO. Do you know how frustrating it is to get home and not get what you paid for. This is so ridiculous, you are a burrito restaurant, my receipt says burrito. I wasted my money and chipotles employee ruined my dinner. I went on to the website and they have a bot running their customer service, lazy AWFUL business. They truly don't care.
