So I ordered school clothes for my granddaughter for this school year, and Fed x delivered them to the wrong address, that was on a Friday so customer service department was closed so I had to wait until Monday to call they basically was no help no real solution, She just keep on saying "so sorry for that Mrs Edwards ",and they mailed them again still have not received my order or an delivery date, so I have to start all over again just to get her something to start the school year, it was not easy,but I had to spend that extra money for my granddaughter.

I have placed an order like 10 days ago and no email or ship confirmation nothing. I cannot get through to them by phone or emails. I just want my kids school stuff. So what do we do from here? If we cannot even contact them? I have never had a problem before til now. Some please help! This is very sad. We depend on this for our kids for school. I have 5 in school! Just terrible.
Order was placed on 8/17/2019. Order is still processing! I have called them twice. Each call was over an hour on hold to talk to someone. Each time they said we are just very busy and your order will probably ship tm. They also said it has only been 6 days since I placed order and to be patient. My patience jas 100 percent ran out!
I know have to go school shopping AGAIN! I will never order from them again. Worst service ever.
I ordered 50.00 worth of clothes first they sent the items one at a time, they were sent to my neice and 1st she received a pair of socks, that was so embarrassing then a outfit it was ridiculous she got a 6pk of socks so she's thinking that's all I was sending then a week later another item then so on until eventually she got it all. Then I'm sitting at work and my card was getting hit over and over and over. It was crazy, it added up to over a hundred more dollars, I had to leave my desk to find out what was going on and it was Childrens place… I canceled my card and after I got off work I called credit card company and filled a complaint, they ask me to call the company and they were temporarily closed… nothing got resolved through them my credit card company took care of it I went online to see that they were ripping people off left and right.
The Children's Place is a rip off. Shopping in store is okay and let's not mention the ridiculous prices for clothes that shrinks! Don't ever order online! They say the package is delivered and you never receive it! Customer service will only say they can't do anything about it and they can't give a refund that's its company policy! So that's a lot of money down the drain! The ceo director is also very snobby!
I made an online purchase for two toddler shirts. I received a notification via email when my order got delivered, and upon checking it, there was only 1 shirt in the package. Although it said both shirts were delivered, they did not package one of them. I needed the shirts for an occasion I am attending out of town, and unfortunately they do not sell this particular shirt in stores. Although they issued a refund for the missing shirt, it was such an inconvenience. I am now on the search to find something similar for my son before our flight leaves. I don't trust ordering anything else from The Children's Place online.
Probably one of the worst customer service I've ever come across. They are literally NON-EXISTENT. Their chat is never available and if you email, you won't hear back. If you try calling, you'll be waiting and waiting for ours due to high volume of calls. Don't buy from this place online otherwise you will end up issues if you do have a problem with an order. You won't be refunded, and the problem will not be fixed. You'll be out of your money with a faulty item.
Love the styles. Great sales and usually free shipping. I buy most of my kids' clothes here during clearance sales. My boys tend to destroy the jeans, but at around $6/pair that isn't too big of a deal and I think they are just rough on clothes. The girls do not have that problem.
Good quality khaki pant--not thin material but mid-weight cloth. Fine for winter. Got a size 14 for my average-sized 12 year old and they fit fine. They're not baggy or skinny fit, but what I'd call "regular" fit. They do have an adjustable waistband.
Like everyone else, I purchased my child's school clothes on 8/6/19, items still in process, been on hold over an hour and still no answer from customer service. Funds being held on my card. Also right after I placed the order my credit card had several fraudulent online orders and my card was shutdown, and now I am waiting on a new one from the bank. It appears maybe their online website was hacked?
Like many others, I had a package that USPS says was delivered but I never received it. They told me it was my responsibility. What company doesn't have insurance for this type of thing. I will never shop there again.
I spent $274 on school clothes for my son. I live an hour away. When I got home I realized the particular pajama set I'd bought, was missing the bottom. I immediately called and explained and she said she only had a size 4 but she would put aside the pants and I could pick them up Sunday. So we drove all the way back, where the same girl from the phone told me she only sold them in sets and I would have to return the top in order to get a whole new set. I wish she had mentioned it over the phone so I wouldn't have waited an hour. She was not apologize in the least. I don't even have words right now..
I ordered school uniforms, shoes, lunchbox, and a water bottle 10 days ago, and my order is still processing. My child had to start school without new items and is very disappointed. Customer service is unreachable over both the phone and email. The phone sends you to a VM that states they're experiencing high call volume, to call back later, and then disconnects. Email also sends an auto response of high email volume and they'll respond when they can. They never respond though! It looks like the same thing is happening to hundreds or thousands of customers all over the country!
Ordered school uniforms and only received 3/8 items ordered. Contacted them be email and got nowhere. Called them and was on hold for a long while, finally got through and was issued a refund for the missing items. Got a confirmation email about the refund but the amount was incorrect, so I called them AGAIN! They are issuing another refund for the remaining amount due-which will take 7-10 business days. In the meantime, I've had to purchase those uniforms and spent extra money that was not originally budgeted.
This site has super cute clothes for kids. The quality is good; the pricing is very reasonable; and they ship promptly. I order from them several times a year and haven't had a bad experience with them yet.
I have 5 boys and one daughter ranging from 25 to 7 I have always shopped at children's place for my kids clothes. However in the last couple year the quality of the clothes have gone to crop. Walmart jeans are better and that's bad. I will not continue to shop here and buy over priced garbage. Good bye children's place
I had an issue where I did not receive my entire order. They were no help. Once the shipping company claims it's delivered. You better investigate yourself because a refund is out of the question. Very unpleasant experience. Word to the wise...not worth the stress! I couldn't give 0 stars. Why would a large company like this treat their customers so poorly?

I have called multiple times but it gives a message saying they are experiencing high call volume. $204.00 later and school today but no uniforms! Awesome!
I understand the whole confirmation and making sure the payment is good, but seriously 10 days after you order it is shipped. Honestly, at this point I would rather shop at Gap Kids or Old Navy. Even if it is in Alabama. I have shopped plenty of other places in the East Coast and doesn't take 10 days. Honestly, it is a little ridiculous for it to take more than 10 days for something to get here.
I have been shopping here for a number of years. Their prices are competive with Walmart, yet their quality surpasses it by leaps and bounds. Lots of coupons available, easy returns, fast shipping, and cute stuff.
