I went through their online site. I purchased a few pants one didn't fit right they said I could return them by shipping them back. I had to pay shipping which cost the same price to buy them. They did not pay me back. So out $12.99 and no pants. Definitely don't buy through them a very dishonest company. Yes I wrote them they said someone would reach out and no one has. Been 4 months. NOT IMPRESSED...

Terrible service

Placed 3 different orders never got a confirmation email but they charged my account all 3 times. Called and they told me my orders were never placed. They said it was something wrong with my card, then they said it was a technical issue. So now trying to have someone else reorder but everything I had in my cart is sold out. So glad they are closing because their service is trash.

Going down hill...

The quality of the clothes are going down hill and the prices are going sky high. TCP used to have great prices and great sales, not anymore. One day they will have an items marked $8.95 on their website and they next day they have a HUGE blow out sale going on and all of a sudden that item is now $14.95 so even after the 20% off you still pay more. I don't even bother to go into the stores anymore b/c they are always a wreck and disorganized and the stock is very low. Some items don't fit the same. I can get a pair of leggings in the same size just different colors and one pair will be an inch longer than the other, very frustrating. I hope to see an improvement at least in their pricing and sales.

Awful customer service
September 25, 2020

I have been using them for years with no issue, until recently I went to place an order and my total JUMPED up by $25 and every price changed as soon as I hit checkout, immediately called and they said they cancelled It, reversed charges and then days later recharged me and said there was nothing they could do when I called to confront them again. Now my package is apparently coming, even though the tracking number provided doesn't lead anywhere and the only thing I can do is return the items if they ever arrive. Absolutely awful customer service and I will never be using their company again. I never ever write negative reviews but am so disgusted by how this company runs its business.

Been shipped two weeks after my placed order but no update, and no tracking even with the tracking number. The birthday has now passed and still no word. I'm very upset. Will not order again

Horrible

2 online orders were never delivered. They were lost in transit. Children's place refuses to refund my money even though they can clearly see they were lost. Will never order from or purchase from again. Customer service sucks and won't help.

Stay clear

I order a a heavy amount of stuff, missing some items and and sent the wrong size. I called customer service they hung on my face and emailed customer service so many times it for to the point where they don't accept my email I never shopping here again

Never again

I did a order for in store pick up when they were still open and than couple days later they closed ive called numerous times to just get it shipped was impossible to get ahold of them when i did they told me there were unable to ship i asked why they said because they cant shipping was still free there was no price difference and they told me it was not sent or ready at the store for when they do open i asked for a call back they said it would he 3-5 days its been 2 weeks and still nothing. I got a email stating my our would be fine till the store reopens than a week later its cancelled because my time to pick it up expired. Very unhappy with there customer service.

I have tried contacting The Childrens Place by message, email and phone. No one has gotten back to me, It is obvious they do not care about their customers. I oredered over 20 items and have only received one. I am frustrated and want answers but no one will talk to me. I refuse to pay the credit card for items I have never received. I am very disappointed in The Children's Place and will never order from or shop at their store again.

Unethical Billing!

UNETHICAL LATE FEES
This is beyond belief! If you have The Children's Place credit card, beware of the interest charges on late payments. I purchased uniform pieces for $38.90. The following month I received an errant late payment charge along with our bill for the $38.90. We paid the $38.90, and the late fee was canceled. One month later, today, I received another bill for the same items, only this time for $41.90. When I called, I was told that there was a two dollar charge to cancel the late fee, so I now owe the entire amount again plus the two dollars. Does any of this make any sense to you? It sure doesn't to me. I have cancelled my card and will NEVER do business with The Children's Place again.

Crazy 8 is one of my favorite stores to shop for my son as well as my nieces and nephews, and the website makes it even easier to get shopping done. My transaction was completed easily and everything I purchased was shipped and received on time.

I purchased an item online using a coupon code and a $10 rewards certificate. Unfortunately, the the size was wrong and had to reorder the correct size. They are exactly the same item and price so it was an even exchange. When I called customer service to the price adjustment, they said that they can't do a price adjustment or reissue the rewards certificate. They rewards program is the worst that I've ever encountered. I would give a zero rating if possible, never order from them again or recommend their store to others.

Very very very pathetic customer service. They sure do not know how to take care of their customers specially you are their long time customer. Can't not even help you or try to hear you out even though it's their fault. Can't even combine coupons that you have your rewards and percentage coupons. So what's the point of having rewards if you can't use it.

Went to Coral Springs mall and dealt this a Leslie who was the "manager".
The most disgusting display of a person! She was rude, bitter, and not happy. Corporate should really assess who they have "managing".
She was nasty and rude and willing to help with anything! She should be re-educated on why a managerial role is.

Waaaay too many emails

I really wish they would spend less time putting out so many emails and concentrate on their website. It's difficult to navigate and sometimes it's impossible to put things in your cart. Customer service is nonexistent so good luck! Sometimes you get multiple emails a day! Once a month is adequate, once a week is pushing it and every single day is irritating. We won't even discuss three a day!
I unsubscribed and have their emails going to junk.
I will say they ship quickly and everything was in good shape so if it's on sale, they have some good deals if only they would please stop bombarding customers with emails and work on their difficult to navigate website.

Horrible!

I placed an on-line order 11 days ago, part of it was shipped and it was missing an item and one of the other items had a store security tag on it. That's a trip to the store now to get the tag removed. The rest of the shipment was not shipped until yesterday 10 days after ordering! School is going to start and most of the order hasn't even arrived. I have called numerous times on different days and keep getting a recording stating that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and then It disconnects me, every single time! So then I sent them an email and got an email stating that they are receiving a high volume of emails and that it will be a while before I get a response, that was two days ago and I have not received my order, any emails nor any calls from them! I will NEVER order from this company again, EVER... STAY AWAY because if your order never comes or it's wrong you will not be able to get it sorted out!

Do not order

This company is awful, and I will never buy from them again. I ordered a shirt at a store in Connecticut. After a month of waiting for the shirt to arrive, I called the customer service number. I was told that although my payment was processed, the order did not go through and that there was nothing they could do to help. That is the most absurd thing that I had ever heard. I told them that I had my bank statement where it shows the charge. And she said, I had to ask the bank to call them. What?! So crazy. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered online 3 tops with matching pants, a beautiful set as a gift for my nephew.
2 weeks later, i got an email saying half the order was out of stock. Only the pants would come. What would i do with sunny yellow or aqua pants without those tops? Immediately i emailed them back saying i did not want half the order, please cancel it completely, no response, i called in, i got an automated message "due to the high volume" and it hung up. No way to reach out to them. I sent multiple emails and called. No response. A week later i received the pants, i do not want them and would like a return label to return them. Yet there is no response. In a world where all stores are a click away, customer service is a big factor. And here there is literally NO customer service.

The first time I ordered online from crazy8, I processed my order - double checked everything and sent it through. When I got my confirmation, it had the wrong address? I immediately called their customer service agent and they said they would fix it and could see that I had made the order just a few minutes ago. 2 days after the order was placed, I received a confirmation text from UPS stating my order had been shipped and on the way - to the wrong address. The customer service agent lied and did not change anything.
