I placed an order on 08/04/2019 but I have not even received a status update. It still has not shipped. I sent an email with no reply given to me. I have called multiple times but it gives a message saying they are experiencing high call volume. $204.00 later and school today but no uniforms! Awesome!
I understand the whole confirmation and making sure the payment is good, but seriously 10 days after you order it is shipped. Honestly, at this point I would rather shop at Gap Kids or Old Navy. Even if it is in Alabama. I have shopped plenty of other places in the East Coast and doesn't take 10 days. Honestly, it is a little ridiculous for it to take more than 10 days for something to get here.
I have been shopping here for a number of years. Their prices are competive with Walmart, yet their quality surpasses it by leaps and bounds. Lots of coupons available, easy returns, fast shipping, and cute stuff.
I'm very upset with Crazy 8, because I put in an online order on December 17th. My order status was 'In Progress' for a week. I called more than 4 times to your customer service at all different times of the day, the lines always busy. I never got through to speak to a person. I sent an email, auto response received saying you would respond in 2 days - never happened. This was a Christmas gift and it wasn't shipped till 12/23! Horrible service, never again will I order from here again.
Recently purchased a winter coat. The coat hadn't arrived when I saw it 25% less than what I was paid. I requested a store credit. Received a canned response cut and pasted of the website.
Once had their credit card. They didn't process my payment correctly, took 6 months to fix the mistake!
Decent clothes, poor service.
The Dallas Galleria store is a mess! Management needs training to be more organized and the store should completely be redone. It is hard to maneuver and get in-between the racks of clothes. This store is ALWAYS a disaster. Clothes and shoes on the floor, cash register stand a mess with piles of clothes, employees drinks, etc. No one ever offers to help, but will help only if asked. I only go in if I absolutely need something but it's so frustrating going in here. Please get this store cleaned up!
I give them no stars … Customer service sucks all the reps suck the business just sucks all together… They sale you what they want you to have and not what you ordered. I purchased my sons school uniform shirts from here which is a size 14 Xl… Mind you he's a 15 yr old sophomore and they send me size xtra small that my 4 yr old can fit. Then tells me they won't send I return shipping label… I'll never shop here again in my life because they are false advertising and needs to be stopped…
I LOVE The Children's Place! My daughter is 8 years old, and somehow I had never shopped there before. I bought her a dress from there for back to school, that I found on amazon, and it is so cute and the fit is perfect. After that, I ordered a ton more stuff on their own website. Everything is so cute and it's so easy to make nice outfits out of the various clothing items. Quality is always great and they fit perfect. And you can get really nice items for under $15, tons of sales. Will continue shopping there until my daughter grows out of their clothing. I only wish I'd started shopping there sooner.
I started an order yesterday and was planning on using the last $10 of Place Cash and today when I went on to finish up it has a shipping charge attached even though right below the order summary it says, "Always free shipping. No code needed!" So what's going on? It also said I could email them which I tried to get to the link and it won't give me anyplace to email. No answer on their phone number provided. At a lose of what to do. I've had good luck the past year with them.
I ordered my clothes from them for my kids school uniforms on July 19th! It is now August 6th and UPS tracking says still processing. I called Children's Place customer service and waited for 50 minutes to talk to someone and all they can do is offer me a refund for my package in 10 business days. They said they do not know what happened to the package it is most likely lost in the warehouse! So hopefully soon I will get my $100 back, for now my kids start school next week and I don't have the clothes I need. I will never order online from them ever again! Be warned!
Terrible service and poor quality everything. Orders always late and they don't notify about anything late or any changes. Also don't cover return shipping for messed up orders. When trying to figure things out with customer service they will just cut you off and end the chat or hang up on you.
Ordered a bunch of clothes for our children 5. 28. 20 and for some reason they were shipped in multiple packages! Even though ordered the same time!
1)packages arrived late! Super late! Weeks! And the last package never received! Received email that it was returned back to CP?! Called them and they said USPS has it. Although, they did say sorry and they were gona refund us. I called USPS and they said they don't have it, so they told me to file a claim since it's been longer than 15 days since shipped. Now it's the waiting game and see if the package shows up or not. Super disappointing experience.
I placed an order paying for expedited shipping 7 days later items still have not shipped. I tried several times to call, but ended up sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes, before hanging up.My 4th call determined to stay on the line and 25 minutes later a rep finally answered. I was told they had high volumes of orders to process and my order would not arrive until atleast 12 business days
What about expedited shipping. Now I don't have the gifts I need for my grandsons. Not happy and will not order again!
They will flag orders and cancel orders that are legit. And when you call the customer service line they are not helpful besides telling you its no exact reason why your order is canceled their system just will flag the orders if they are suspected fraud. Lol wow. But before I was placing orders no problem now all of a sudden when I enter the tcp lawsuit all of my orders get canceled.
If there was a zero rating I would have chosen that. I am so displeased and disappointed. I ordered Children items from Crazy 8 since July 2018 worth over 1000 CAD. I never got my order. I made several calls and sent several emails but no one could resolve the issue.
They gave me fake tracking numbers to call Canada post and when I called Canada post the tracking numbers were wrong. I told them about this but apparently they do not take their customers seriously.
It's amazing that I order items from stores all over the world and it gets delivered to my house but ordering from crazy 8 for the first time and I didn't receive my item. It's quite distasteful considering the fact that Canada is so close to US and there is no reason whatsoever why I shouldn't get my item.
Now I have lost my money and I am so upset because I could have used it for other things.
I shop at crazy8 and thy Don't honor There word. I went on November 30,2018 and spent over 100 and the young lady that was working told me on December 8,2018 to come back and it will be 50% off and a additional 20% off if I take the Survey. And she hand written it on my receipt. I present it And the manager that was there started no she will not honor it but she will do the 20% off. I really like buying from Children's place. Really good prices and good quality clothe. The kids t-shirts are true to size and they don't shrink. Their pants are also true to size. They have lots of nice clothes for my boys. I highly recommend this store if you have kids and you want nice outfits at a great price. I never had to return anything.
I haven't received my purchase, that they marked as delivered. They won't even reply to any emails. Was on hold fo over an hour to find out that they won't do anything, no refund, exchange or anything, you deal with shipping company, they won't get involved.
Recently made an order at Children's Place for back to school items for my kid. I did not receive the items and children's place reps insists that it was delivered and that I should check with my post office and neighbors. I did as they instructed just to make all checks. When I informed the childrensplace customer service rep that the package was not at the PO or any neighbor I was told that there is nothing they can do from their end and that the only recourse I had was to talk with my bank. I have been shopping with childrensplace for years, never had to about an issue and all they did, after waiting extremely long on a call to customer care was to be informed they will not refund my money.
If you have kids to buy clothes for, this is a great site. They are a division of Gymboree. The prices are very reasonable, as is the shipping. I find the the quality to be very good, although some of the pants seem to run a little big for my son. But I'd rather them be too big than too small. The fleece sweatshirts are super soft, and they often have great sales.
